Absolutely terrible service, the card Reader was broken and after spending 30 mins inside the store getting the items I needed at 9:30 p.m. the lady at the counter refused to wait for 5 minutes past closing for me to run to the nearest ATM to grab cash to buy my groceries. Will never do business here again... Would give 0 stars if possible.

I am in here at least 3-4 times a week. The girls are always really nice and I have no complaints save one, sometimes a favorite item is out of stock and it's a while in getting it back in. But at this time, that's to be expected.

I shop here all the time bc its close to my jome. These ladies in here are always so friendly and helpful. Ive never had to wait in line, and im always greeted with a hello, and always ask to come again! Thats what home town shopping is about!! Prices are great too and a wide selection of Name Brand products!

Ooohhh my! I have to laugh about a situation we had experienced here at this store in Richlands, Virginia! We came in to buy a new leash for my 'Service Dog Jac'. Well we went ahead and did a little shopping in the store. So why my husband found a new leash for my Service Dog, he took the new leash and placed it on our dog while in the store and kept the store tag in his hand so we could pay for it when we checked out. Well as we were checking out, we got our stuff in our vehicle and heading back to where we were staying. That night my husband was taking things out of his pockets and placing it on the dresser and LOW AND BEHOLD, he had the dog leash store tag in his pocket and he ran out to our car and got the receipt and found out we didn't pay for the leash!😬Well he tried calling them, but with no luck they were already closed. So we went back the next morning, took our receipt and dog leash store tag in to let them know we didn't pay for it. The gentleman was happy to help us pay for it, it and understood it was an honest mistake on our part, but also laughed saying 'We don't get to many honest people that will come back to pay for a $2.00 leash" Thank you Dollar General in Richlands, Virginia, for understanding our misfortune!

Great place to shop. It's a nice neat, and organized. Workers are so friendly and helpful. I do most of my shopping there. It's so convenient also. I highly recommend shopping there.

Usually stuff is ok the milk leaks I've had to pour 2 gallons of milk into a container as soon as I got it home because it leaked so bad you have to stand at register and wait on someone to get there it's just ok I love near there so that's the only reason I go there
