Super nice employees(Jennifer Meadows is amazing) and a good selection of a variety of items. The Holidays wouldn't be complete without a trip to Big Lots.The Halloween and Christmas selections are incredible. You never know what you might find!

I bought a 1 LB box of brand name cereal for $4. Love the home section. I could have moved in and claimed the gray, leather, sectional sofa....beautiful set. You can buy anything from cereal to a sofa here! Wish our store could be updated a bit on its facility. Great staff. Great service. Good inventory.

1st time in there in abt 6 or 7 yrs. They had everythg plus more. They had a lg selection of broyhill. Which I've always liked their quality. Now broyhill makes a bit of everythg nice. They had a much bigger variety of everythg. It's been a 21+ yrs going there. It just keeps getting bigger and better. Just wish they had more Gabtiel Brothers. I love them both, save lots of money and get all brands. Try it, you'll keep going back. Dont forget to get a rewards card. 1st time there, saved me abt 5.00.

I cannot sing their praises any higher! I was there with a friend looking at mattress and a sofa for his first apartment and we were met with the nicest employees I have ever dealt with. The store manager and the employees in the furniture department were so very kind and helpful and also assisted with getting us the very best deals. If anyone in Southwest Virginia needs furniture or bedding I highly recommend going to Big Lot's in Richlands first before you go anywhere else! Again, I cannot express how appreciative I am for their help!

Employees are always friends. They are very fast at their jobs. Store was clean. But I couldn't find any christmas lights like I wanted but other than that I found every thing else easy peasy

Huge luxury for this rural area! Most rural areas have not much more than a gas station that stocks a few groceries. Big Lots has so many household items, plus charming indoor and outdoor furniture, home decor, pet supplies, unique food items, bedding, even flannel pajamas all for discounted prices. Love Big Lots

After a bad experience at the Big Lots in Princeton WV we came to the Richlands store to get outdoor furniture. What a difference. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and pleasant. Store was very tidy

They have a very wide range of stuff to choose from and the prices are not to bad at all. Only down fall is they only run one cash register 95% of the time and line is long.

No rating because 15 people in line 1 cashier .having no one opened up another lane I don't think you can afford to loose customer's WHERE WAS THE MANAGER !!!! If he was on the floor he should have resolved the issue and helped but no the 2 girls was doing what they could . I thank them for that.

It's ok nothing great things are overpriced and the manager there is very rude I saw her screaming at a cashier that was new.they have a big turn over because they seem to not know how to treat their employees and I can see why. This store doesn't have anything that you can't get at the dollar stores slot cheaper
