Just recently shopped here and I have to say the store is understaffed and lack of attention to customers waiting to get checked out is ridiculous, also overpriced items.

Wow, when I walked into this establishment I thought, “I guess this is just another ordinary Dollar General” but BOY WAS I WRONG. I have fallen in love with their selection of necessary items, and the service is phenomenal. I would give 10 stars, but they only gave me 5. I highly recommend!

This is most the time the best store ever to shop... but me and another customer were looking at fall decor as the lady put it on the shelf and was waiting 7ntil she finished to buy the items we loved and she just quit putting the stuff out and moved to another new cart of stuff for hair care. I asked if she was going to put the rest of the fall stuff out after about 20 minutes and she said " no mame not right now maybe tomorrow.. I said well we were waiting to see all the rest of the fall stuff can we look she said no mame come back in a day or two.. Then she went outside and smoked I assume.. because when she came back another employee showed up with her.. She told him right in front of us... you dont need to put the fall stuff out til later..She had black hair a little past her shoulders and the guy was slim and had medium length hair over the top of his ears... he seemed confused about why she said that as did we... so I went to another dollar store and spent my 250.00 on fall decor and crafting supplies... so rude and uncalled for...

I like this place because the food is like homemade food and Mondays are Senior price day. For $4.99 you get soup, salad, food buffet, and dessert. The food is very tasty. They are friendly people that work here. The atmosphere is like family.

Used to be THE Dollar Store to go to for years, until more local locations spiraled into existence. It'll do the trick if you just need some frozen foods/snacks/drinks/maybe even discounted clothing or crafts, though it's DEFINITELY seen better days.

Clean and lots of essential things but no toilet paper. Some people need to learn to share and not hoard things during a pandemic. DG is giving their first hour open to senior citizens during this time due to younger more aggressive shoppers who disregard the elderly',s diminished abilities. This makes DG a 5 star place in my book.

The employees aren't the most polite and they really didn't have anything I was looking for usually find myself spending around $100.00 or more for not very much stuff even if it's not name brand items clothing is usually cheap made and shrinks alot or easily rips or tears and it's usually very hard to find clothing that has the right size for example a XL shirt is more like a large or a 2t outfit is more like 24month

I like the Dollar General. They have really nice welcome mats, plus my dogs Denta Chews. Have a nice selection of pillows and candy.

Very clean, not crowded at all. Many different items, they even have groceries. Very helpful employees. Very cost efficient.

Store is very disorganized and cluttered...my biggest issue with this location is the fact that the employees do not honor the advertised sales alot of the time and if ur in a hurry you don't notice that you've paid full price for an advertised discount until you've already left the store.then when u have to return to the store,it turns into a big to-do...also they do not honor your digital coupons alot of the time,or even when they do honor them,they (the employees) act as if you've done them a disservice of some kind,not sure why considering all it requires is me putting my phone number in as they scan my items:/AND Everytime I've caught them NOT honoring an in-store advertised discount,they staff always blames someone else.ive even had one clerk be extremely rude over my coupons...NOT cool DG,not cool

Freight all over the store all the time. Cob webs hanging from the light fixtures, outside lighting not working, floors look they haven't been mopped in several months. Overall this store is just plain nasty!!

Need wider ailes. Can't get by stocking çarts. No wedding cards. Had two kinds of popable chips but not the one I wanted.

Store in Rich Creek, Va has isles that are too dark after they turned the store shelves around a few years ago. Store needs additional lighting over some asles.

Slow service, horrid attitudes while checking out, and the store is never EVER clean....but the people are never at the counter because they are "cleaning". Hmmmmmm

This location is always a wreck messy disorganized and I always spend 10 min just standing at check out waiting bc they are outside smoking or no where to be found
