We got chicken strip baskets with extra fries, and fudge sundaes. Asked for fresh chicken + fresh fries, didnt mind however long it could take. We got through the drive thru quickly, and the employee was friendly, but she promised they'd just pulled the food up and it was hot and fresh. We drove to our destination (literally less than a 3 minute drive down to the store), parked, and all of the food but one order of fries was lukewarm. The chicken was gross, the vanilla ice cream had a weird texture and flavor, with a strong aftertaste.

I don't like being negative in reviews because I'm the type that doesn't like complaining when it comes to being fed, but this Dairy Queen is a no-go 9/10 times. Their chicken is either mediocre or decent, rarely ever is it completely pleasurable. The fries are alright, but everytime I get them, they're undercooked. Every. Single. Time. The onion rings are pretty good, however the amount of grease concentrated in each one will make you feel like your arteries are on their last breath. Overall, the food is way too expensive, especially with September 2022 inflation rates. Definitely not worth the current prices.

Not worth the wait in the long lines or paying for the items on the over priced menu. They have a new guy cooking and he's just slow, and his appearance is sloppy and unprofessional. This certain cook at the dairy queen in fairlea WV needs a new job or better training for his position because we have eaten there a few times and not once has our order we waited way to long for been correct. It's awful when they are slow and I'm the only customer and my simple order is still missing items on my receipt and the food that was in the bag was completely wrong. I just won't be wasting my money or time until they decide to get someone in their kitchen who actually knows fast food and wants to learn the position.

Past three times I’ve ordered there it was a chicken strip basket. Two of those times fries and/or toast was missing on top of use bare hands to prepare my food! Isn’t that like a health violation?? And to beat it all the last time I went through the drive through two of the employees made comments about my truck, and informed the manager of their remarks. This used to be a great DQ but now It’s not.

My family and I celebrated our Mother’s birthday here as this location is near her home place. The staff waited on us by bringing our food to the table and was so attentive to make sure our party of 13 people got all their food.

Don't order a shake! Even if you ask for a thick shake it's so runny and on a hot day it's completely melted in less than 5 minutes!

Frozen foods like milkshakes, blizzards and smoothies are the saving grace most of the time here. On the other hand the burgers are usually dry and thrown together, the chicken following the same dry spell as the burgers, the fry's seemingly always too oily. Most of the breakfast menu follows in suit, for the prices you pay for the food, (Menu price hike after renovation?) they're mostly better options available. The service itself is always quick and snappy, Unless they get your order wrong then you'll be there for a while, but everyone that works here is nice, it's just the food that could be improved on and the presentation of said food. Renovations are nice and the gas is affordable.

Ordered the 2 for 4 cheeseburgers, a sundae, and a small blizzard (had to repeat order several times and still got it wrong).Only gave me one COLD burger, and the sundae was already melted at the window. I asked about my other burger and they acted as if I was a problem. No sorry no nothing, so I asked for my money back. Took 15 minutes to try to put it back on my card and had to call someone to do so. Not to mention the horse play by the staff in the background. So rude! They really need MANAGEMENT on night shift.

Out of electric last night so I decided to drive to Dairy Queen for a couple of cheeseburgers. Made some specific directions on the orders, mustard with lettuce & tomato on 2. These were absolutely the worse cheese burgers I have ever tried to eat. The buns were stale, the meat was cold, instead of mustard on two, mayo was used which my husband can not eat. The burgers had no taste to them. Even my dogs, who are not picky eaters, turned their noses up when I tried to feed them a burger. We have had great burgers at this place before, but last night's were the worse. Not going back!

It's a hit or a miss, honestly. Sometimes you get fries so hot and fresh you have to wait to eat them. Other times, you get fries that taste like they were left over from yesterday. Same with the chicken tenders and burgers. But, the ice cream is always good.

I'd leave a "Zero" star review if possible. I'm not sure who owns this place but I think they need to reevaluate some things. The food we ordered come out burnt but I knew if I brought it to their attention they'd be as rude to me as they were when I made a 2nd to go order. They ran my card, gave me a receipt and I sat down. Then they come to me and said "Sir, there's something wrong with your card." I go up to the register and show my receipt and the red headed Male manager "Daniel" comes over and starts saying well since there's no card number on the receipt, the transaction never went through. So while I'm checking my account he continues to sit there and state rudely how its clear that it never went through when in today's world you can never be safe with your money. It took me less than 2 minutes to check everything but yet the entire time he acts like hes in such a rush and has an attitude towards me. My family and I wont be back since he's chose to act the way he did tonight. Need to learn managerial and customer service skills because it was obvious the young man behind the register was too scared to say a word even though he was respectful towards me.

Don't ask for a blizzard cake from this store. I ordered a oreo blizzard cake for a birthday party and it was just a regular ice cream cake with a super thin layering of oreos on the top, if you can even call it that... I contacted the store and they argued with me that this was how it was to be made and I would have to make a special request for the oreos to be inside the cake? I contacted cooperate months ago and of course nothing has been done. I did post pictures to social media and have had multiple people tell me they have ordered blizzard cakes before and mine was not done correctly. Poor customer service.

Owered a hotdog kids meal with no winnie add slaw well all i got was a bun with slaw on it so i took it back and the lady told me the kids hotdog comes plan just winnie so i asked her to add chilli and mustard and ketchup to it well got it to the car and all it had was slaw mustard and ketchup and slaw so i guess they were out of chilli
