If you have a cat, RUN FROM THIS PLACE! I was in tears by the time we left.😿 Our groomer, Nancy, was in filthy attire & the shop stunk terribly. We were her 1st clients of the day! I had told her on the phone he was a young, super sweet, albeit skittish stray that had been neutered, 10 days prior. I reminded her again before she started grooming. She jerked his tail up & said, what's going on here, looks like some debris is stuck, she began picking & I had to tell her immediatelyto STOP! It's scabbing from the neutering. She showed no empathy or kindness. When the lil fella hissed @ her when she was grooming his tail, she doubled down. I told her to stop bc she was hurting him. Her response was "he's fine." She then regaled me with the saga of her non-binary granddaughter. So inappropriate. Golden rule of Customer Service: Know your audience. And if you don't,you keep it nice, light & neutral. I prayed she would shutup & finish. Then she took a 10 minute phone call while my kitty was clearly stressed out. I told her the vet had just trimmed his nails. She proceeded to do it again anyway. WOW....All the while , blabbering on about how animals don't feel sympathy🤦🏼‍♀️No dum-dum, it's YOU that feels no empathy OR sympathy towards God's creatures. I paid and left a $10 tip, in the hopes she will use it for gas to go to church & find her heart.And you're a dog breeder??? God help them.

Took my 50 lb Aussie there today. He is a big ball of energy and nerves. They did a great job with him! They kept him calm from the car to the building. Then washed and gave him a trim and cut his nails, which is always a nightmare for me to do at home. He looks great and seems very happy. Took about 2 hours. Very reasonable prices as well.
