This place is packed with healthy plants, flowers, vegetables, shrubs, trees, outdoor decor, bird feeders, tools, soil, animal feed/supply products, and much much more! The staff was kind and helpful. Definitely worth a stop if you are passing through, or a good local source for farmers and gardeners to get supplies at a reasonable price.

My husband and I love love love this place! They have a huge selection of plants, all of which were beautiful and well taken care of. None of them were dry or dead looking. Their prices are amazing! We drove 1.5 hours to get there and it was well worth the trip! We even got our dog some dog treats! We will definitely be going back.

Large space, great quality of plants, trees and bushes to choose from. Got there just before they closed but I will make a note to stop there next time we drive by. And provide a more thorough review. I do suggest giving a look if you are in the area or driving past. The health of what we saw was well kept.

Nice place. Great end of season pricing on flowers and vegetables. Great selection of espoma products and priced less then the co-op. Nice and friendly staff. We will return. Especially nice at this time of the year. We enjoyed seeing the vegetable 4 packs priced at $2.

Great location, amazing customer service, and fabulous, affordable plants. It is our one and only place for our plant, trees and shrubs. Amended review. This place is convenient to our home, their sales are great but after today I have to wonder if I will go back. They have got to install automated doors. One must be a ninja to either push or pull a cart of plants through the door to get to the cash register. There is no one to help. I have been to all levels of private greenhouses and the ones that move a great deal of merchandise have a person with an invoice sheet that comes out to you before you get to the cashier and this person writes down all you have purchased, you leave your cart walk in and hand the cashier the ticket. If you want us to do it, then provide a little ticket and pray we are all honest. It is getting ridiculous at this place. There is also no one around to talk to about the plants they sell, growing conditions etc. I had to google the plants I bought, to make sure that a. they were perennials, b. growing conditions. Disappointed today.

I purchased 2 beautiful ferns on Friday to take to a funeral for my mother in law .They were absolutely beautiful and looked perfect with silk roses and babys breath. The family got so many compliments on them and even funeral director wanted to know who florist was.These folks are so wonderful.Thank you everyone.

Visited today after a few years. The business has expanded and has a huge selection of shrubs and plants as well as unique gift items supporting local artisans! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also have an excellent selection of horse, dog, cat and chicken supplies and feeds. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

My husband and I like shopping here. We buy in our community and help local businesses to stay open. We recently bought pellets from Deep Roots and we were taxed? Fuel is not taxed. We've reached out to them twice, with no response back. This is disappointing. It's not what my husband and I expected from them. If you buy your wood pellets from them, be sure to look at your receipt. Hopefully, someone will contact us, and refund the taxes.

Deep roots is always our go to nursery. We've purchased many trees, shrubs, bushes, hanging baskets, potted plants, lattice, and animal feed. The staff is always willing to help, very knowledgeable, and always answer any questions we may have. The various plants we've gotten have always been very healthy and continue to thrive years later. Their prices are also very competitive with the bigger feed & plant stores. I prefer to support a smaller local company over a big box chain store any day and they make it an easy choice!

Love this place. The assortment of plants is insane, which are also very reasonable, moreso than Home Depot or Lowes. Plenty of employees who are very knowledgeable and eager to help out with any questions one may have. If they do not know the answer, will direct you to someone who can help. They seem to be happy to be at work which makes for good interaction with the customer!!!

I purchased 2 trees from Deep Roots. Their staff have consistently gone above and beyond in helping me to understand everything I need to know in order to make my transplants successful. The trees were the exact same price as a lot of other stores but of far superior quality. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

Deep Roots installs are fantastic! Becca comes to your home and goes over all the areas where you want to have trees, shrubs and flowers planted. Then she sends you a list of possible plantings so you can look them up and think about what you want and where. You can meet her at Deep Roots and walk around and choose your items. Then you pay and set up an install date. Becca, Eleonora and James were wonderful! I will be using them again!

Staff are very polite and friendly. Prices are very competitive with even the large "Box Stores". Most everything so far that I have purchased is the same price or cheaper than others. Best thing about them is that they are Locally Owned and Operated and they remember who you are and what products you get after just 1 business. Keep up the good work and great prices and I see myself shopping here more and more in the future.

Hhave been here several times. Enough is enough. I just purchased a bunch of plants, and there was an employee dusting shelves right across from the door. I was struggling to get the cart full of plants out of the door by myself. She didn't bother to help. Cstmr svc means you pay attention to customers.Generally the people here do not know the plants, do not know how to grow them, do not know what they're good for. Or they argue with plant ID bc they used Google lens. God help us.

Great plants, wonderful staff. But, I was charged 10 dollars for the 5 dollar baskets. Was overcharged 20 dollars and the woman at the cash register said she should charge me more. The only reason I gave 3 stars is the yard employees and quality of plants.
