The Best Place to be in a Broke Down situation conveniently located in between Comfort inn & Pilot Truck Stop besides that at 11:30 to 11:59AM at noon the staff feeds the driver Lunch for waiting. I was fortunate to be in good hands from experts that know what they’re doing. Trusted went in for a SCR code DPF I was at Full Derate They replaced the Part and fix the issue cost less than $1600.00 it was super clean there. They open at 7 AM to 5 PM for the amount of time I was there which was 4.5 Days the bill wasn’t to bad. Every person situation was different but for the most part the same. People who know what exactly what they are doing.

As one would expect, this is not a cheap place to visit. The staff was all very friendly andnthe quality of work was great in my experience.Not sure if all Pete Stores have the same policlcy or not but here, if you're broken down, the dealership provides you a lunch around 1215.

Just had a weeklong job done in 25 minutes thanks to Bill. He immediately put the right filter changing what love’s did down the road. Spacious lot for your trailer, comfort inn& suites, and two big truck stops by a walking distance. I wished they worked 24 round the clock.

If you need a diagnosis, this is probably the last place you want to go. We got an extremely expensive diagnosis, only diagnosis after 2 days, but you don’t have your truck back. The 3rd day we got it back because it takes 2 days to verify payments.

For the 10 Years our trucking fleet has been in the business, I can assure you that out of so many places we have bought our trucks, this place has helped us the most. Specifically Bill and his team have continuously throughout the years taken care of us with great, accurate and on time customer service. They got me in quick to diagnose the issues and fixed me up quick. Good people, very personable and easy to communicate with. Comfortable driver's lounge chairs, and the parking lot is easy to park in unlike some other dealerships I've been too. I hope I don't have a breakdown again, but if I do I hope I end up here again.

The worst service. Took about 2 days for verifying my payment. Besides of that, they wanted to fix something that was not the problem I brought my truck for. So I get to think they only want your money, not your needs. Hope not to be back.

Tina, my buddy at the service is a true jewel. Bill did everything for me both times I stop thru with issues. First was a turbo blown with damage to regen system. Had me up and going within 4 business days. I returned the today because engine light was back on. They put me right in and then fixed my other issue before going home. Water pump was bad. Not bad for service and time not on your side.

OTR driver and had a check engine light and engine derate warning come on. Diagnosis was a bad sensor. Bill had it replaced and my truck back on the road within 2 hours. Definitely stop at this shop if your in area and in need of service!!

A simple repair, heater blower motor replacement, and 2 quick air disconnects leaking. Called the evening prior they asked me to be there at 0630, I was done and rolling by 0830! They had the parts and the personel to do the job quickly and friendly as all get out!

Not happy at all. Charged 837.42 in labor and parts to replace 1 foot of flex pipe one air bag and two quick connects. The air leaks were obvious and not in difficult places to get too I had a good experience here about a year ago when I got an alternator replaced butt today was horrible I feel totally ripped off

The worst place to check your truck, they need 2 days to know what you know before leave your truck but the only difference is they have to charge $1500 just for a wrong diagnosis, my son with 10 years did a better diagnosis, I hope never be there again. This place have to be close use just like a yard that’s it

Got me right in and fixed up but padding my bill $28 dollars for 1 gallon of washer fluid that I didn't even ask for is a shady practice. Just so there is no confusion that's $5 for the fluid and $23 to pour it in. A $20 discount was applied after a mention of this but still brought it to about $9 for washer fluid that again was never asked for.

After speaking with Robert who I believe is the shop supervisor, everything went very smoothly... Two mechanics; Danny & Johnny B (from New Jersey) got everything taken care of and I was out of the shop in no time and back to making money. I thanked each individual personally for their help!
