Doctor was wonderful especially to our dog who had hurt her leg. He gave her a shot and medicine to take for about a week. She is doing much better. Very reasonable prices also. We won't go anywhere else.

We have transitioned all our pets with in the last couple of months. We have been using the same Veterinarian in Waynesboro for over 15 years so it was difficult to change. With that said it didn’t make sense for our Veterinarian to be so far away, especially since we have some senior animals. I have been impressed with the people and the quality of care for my pets.

Took my dog there for a mammary tumor. They checked her and scheduled surgery for 3 weeks later to remove it. Came back for surgery and they didnt correctly schedule the surgery and said they couldnt do it. They claimed that the appt they scheduled was for a follow up. A follow up appt was NEVER discussed, only the surgery. When I was upset and holding back tears (I stayed calm and respectful), the vet got an attitude with me and made me very uncomfortable. At that point, I lost all trust to leave my dog in their care. I was already on edge because I've been worried sick about my dog for over 3 weeks while waiting for the surgery and was looking forward to it to finally be over with. They attempted to reschedule her, but I was so appalled with the level of incompetence I was seeing all around, I left and immediately found a new vet. The experience was worse than what I can even describe on here. I will never go back there or recommend to anyone. Not to mention that NO ONE was wearing a mask during Covid pandemic, nor was I asked to wear a mask. Also, there is a Confederate flag hanging up inside that was unwelcoming and disturbing to see in a place of business.

Horrible, as we waited an hour with no other patients in the clinic. Attendant disciplined my son for being too loud in the exam room...what do you expect you have a 2 year in such a room for an hour. She should have addressed the parent! After an hour and 25 minutes before they close, the doctor finally arrives they begin arguing. No concern for waiting patient who needed stitches on the face! At this point, the dog, son ,and my wife simply walked out. The attendant asked, "Well aren't you leaving the dog?" Reply: "Nope!"Kicker: I call three times and no one answers. Really?
