Stopped here on a road trip from Virginia to Tennessee. There is a Wendy’s inside so we got lunch and walked easily over to the travel center area to get some fun road trip snacks. The cashier was friendly, the travel center is right off the highway so it’s really convenient.

I stop at the Raphine store whenever I'm driving to my daughter's house (and back). Have always had a good experience there.One question though. I am not a truck driver and I know there is a separate building for the pro drivers with showers, items to purchase not found in the convenience store that are generally for the pros and now I see a restaurant is there in some of the photos. Can just anyone use the "pro" facilities like the restaurant and showers or are they strictly for the pros? I have seen some places those facilities are just for pro drivers and others where anyone can use them? Thanks for any answers and safe trucking.

This was a decent place to stop and relieve our bladders. My wife and I decided to get a couple of sides for a bit of late lunch as we'd been traveling for about 12 hours, and my lovely lady stated that her broccoli was hands down, without a doubt, the best she's ever had. We actually went back in to get more for later, but couldn't get anyone to come over to the counter to help, so we left.

Well lit, neat, orderly, well maintained facility. Friendly staff, clean rest rooms, and fuel prices lower than across the nearby state line in North Carolina.Wide variety of ready to eat deli food and soft drinks.Well stocked store, plus a Subway here too.

The showers are down so I went to the manager to ask why...I walked up to her and said "hi", she looked up and said "what". She told me it's an act of God why the showers aren't working. Then she told me to go to Petro. I asked her if she was going to pay for my shower because at pilot my showers are included with all the fuel I buy at flyingj and Pilot. You all need to tighten up! This is complete bull! For real! Do something!

I had a relatively positive experience here. The gasoline was reasonably priced and so were the beverages that we purchased. The bathroom was a bit on the sloppy side and the place was packed. The service was friendly at the register though, so that made up for a lot in my personal opinion

Big Truck stop !...Newly renovated bathrooms and showers...Very clean.Kinda awkward to get in and fuel up.Not everyone comes around the back of the garage and gets lined up at the fuel pump.The need signs to let drivers know which way to go.

Nice truck stop that has quick groceries and auto supplies. It has a Wendy's restaurant and a buffet of cooked food options. It was very clean with nice and clean restrooms and showers.

Absolutely the worst pilot I have ever been at in 20 yrs. My usual reviews I try to be understanding and not be opinionated but this case should be reported. I reserved parking online for 34 hr reset and arrived Nov.12th, 2022 Saturday evening, go inside to print parking ticket and regretted it immediately but unfortunately had already started reset. Which the reserved spots are in the back for some reason and nobody cared that people parked in the reserves without reservation. I overlooked this at first but then ....well here's the rest and I am posting some pics also1st: Sign on the door that showers were out due to hot water and plumbing issues, even after talking to the manager no refund for even 1 of the nights, instead told me I could walk 2 miles to the the other truck stop ..take note that suddenly 6 am on Monday morning, not at 4am when I went in btw, but just before 6, its working yet I never saw a single plumber2nd: women's bathroom out of soap and dirty until after 8 pm on Sunday when rolls of tp was placed on the baby changing table and soap filled...still dirty however until again 6 am on Monday morning3rd: trashes overflowing even after calling and talking to manager Cathy who only said "ok", trash covered the entire parking lot and especially at the back lot until again Monday morning just before 64th: while checking out I asked price that was ringing up for an item and cashier argued that couldn't look to see price until transaction was complete, which I simply said I didn't want to complete until I knew what I was being charged...manager came over and told me the price5th: pizza and hot foods looked very old and soda coffee area very dirty until again Monday morning6th: coolers not stocked and nobody wanted to go back and get a gallon jug of water so I ended up getting couple bottles, an hour and half later they had jugs out...no deliveries7th: wendys employee working the drive thru and bagging customer orders kept running his hands thru his hair at the fries warmer and eating (chicken nuggets or maybe fries, not sure) right at the fries warmer as well. Most employees had a loose tie to help keep their hair back but not really how I would normally prefer to see, he did seem to help keep things going smoothly but I didn't order fries.8th: many fuel isles were closed and funny how that around 4 pm cell data suddenly gets extremely slow and difficult to use

Showers still not available ,..are out ...just arrived today, thursday...i went to the clerk and asked polite if there is any chance to get a shower tonite, he said..not even chance tonite but next monday!..whats going on in here? Read few reviews back and seems like this is not for very first time.🤨🤨

Didn't think 🤔 this setup first all the way. Cramped. Rude people. Customer service supposed to matter. NOT TO THIS CHAIN. SHAME ON YOU. I've contacted headquarters but no response. Without TRUCK DRIVERS nothing on shelves in your store or anything.

Nasty to the truck driver. Had to wait over 45 minutes to get a shower. They had shower ready and refused to give me one as she was saying their system is down. I had 6 showers credit on my card. She could have simply override me for a shower after all this waiting. When I asked her name and tried to call corporate, she went inside and all in a sudden system came back on again. I started thinking of switching to Loves or TA, instead of fuelling at Pilot anymore.

An alright gas station.They were having some problem with their machines the day I went through and the chip readers weren't working. Luckily my card has the RFID chip and that system was working. Don't know why one worked and not the other but in the end I got my gas and was on my way. (And my chip worked at the next gas station a few hours down the road so it wasn't the card.)

The layout of this truck stop is messy, hard for Trucks to come and go and park, as well as there's no state souvenirs at all for any tourists (compared to other truck stops),Waited over an hour for an available shower just to be cleanedBeen sitting next to 2 used showers still waiting to be cleanedCleaning cart was just sitting out in the hallwayThe staff said they paged the guy over the walkie talkies, but then said how the cleaning guy doesn't even have a walkie talkie.So they had to send out another worker to go find him outside.There's apparently 2 other people still currently waiting to go before we even arrived.This is ridiculous waiting over an hour for an available cleaned shower.

I RARELY give pilot 5 stars, but these guys and gals are great! I have an injured ankle, so am on crutches. I fought my crutches and shower bag into the store, then asked if I could get help back to my truck. They helped me get to my shower, helped fix my drink, helped me to my truck, then when my drink was messed up, they fixed another one and brought it to me. These folks are good people

The damn gas pump had an issue with reading my card, so I had to go inside and see the cashier twice. Their price for a cup of coffee was more than the Wendy's in there charged. The lines for the gas pumps were awkward, as was the parking, and some confused trucker was messing me up with him trying to drive in to what was plainly labeled as being the AUTO entrance!

Play absolutely do not want to, but they definitely will come out and figure out who is in a reserve spot that shouldn't be.. If you didn't pay for a reserve spot, do not park here, they will have your Truck towed if you do not move when they ask politely. You wouldn't want someone to be in your hotel room. That you paid for don't park where you don't blow. I understand it's hard to find parking..

Good place. They have Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts Express, CAT scale, 157 big rig spots, 10 reserve spots and service center.Downside: Enter far west driveway (it goes down hill) and exit out at the fuel island (which it can be a pain in the a**, so close to the intersection and can't have more than two trucks leaving without blocking the road). Suppose to be no exit at the entrance but many drivers do so anyways. Pilot had big rig spots pointed to the entrance.

These new pilots look so nice.Great coffee selection, a lot to offer on this particular stop than I had thought.I usually go the other way at the 205, over to the petrol, however, I think I like this better. Parking is limited though.

I've read a lot of the other comments and I agree.It's time for a new manager because you can only blame so much on the employees. Good supervision is key to running a good operation. Doesn't matter what industry.Send in some undercover customers to get the real story on this store and you'll see why you have so many bad reviews.
