Don't use the pharmacy. I left an urgent care in Richmond and had the prescription sent here to try it out. It took an hour to get here, with traffic, and the pharmacy "just received it;" they were going to lunch in half an hour and it would take awhile after that. I came back over two hours later and they still hadn't filled it. I've been waiting around the pharmacy for half an hour more now because they still are "counting it out." None of the employees seemed friendly, especially the female filling the prescription who I interacted with both times. Go somewhere else.

I switched from Publix pharmacy at White Oak to this pharmacy pretty recently. I need a specific brand of my generic medicine, and this pharmacy is fantastic about filling it for me.They are very busy but it’s a trade off I’m willing to make. The staff has always been friendly and I’ve never had an issue with anyone.As other people have mentioned, there is one pharmacist in particular who makes you feel very seen and heard. She’s genuine and attentive and has helped make sure I got the correct medicine several times.

Wait time is way to long !! Especially when they’re 6-7 people working. And every-time I get my meds ( 4 times ) they’re saying my insurance won’t cover but really they keep filling the prescription wrong.. today I called ahead and went to pick up my prescription before my trip and once again it’s filled out wrong and was told it would be an hour but I have a plane to catch. Would not recommend foodlion to anyone. Save yourself sometime and go elsewhere!

They will not inform you when prescriptions are ready and you can’t call to find out because they don’t answer the phone. The drive through doesn’t exist anymore and you will wait multiple hours to get an Rx when you go in the store as you now have to.

Convenient to my residence. They are very busy. Allow plenty of time, about 48 hours, for your prescription to be ready for pick up. Friendly staff. Open every day but Sunday. Closed for lunch between 1 and 2 PM. Recommend

This place WAS AMAZING!!The best pharmacy ive been to in a long time. Now they changed computer systems ( in May?) And unlike most companies they did the training the sane day as installed.Every time I go there is a issue.Seriously it's like Joe biden is runny the place!!

Slowest pharmacy ever. Yes, the staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for the snails pace that they fill prescriptions at. Not sure why they're closed on Sundays, as they could clearly use the extra time to catch up & the Food Lion Pharmacy in Ashland isn't closed on Sundays, so why are they? If I send my prescriptions to the Target on Laburnum they're ready within 30 minutes at the most. My 1 year olds pediatrician send a prescription for antibiotics first thing this morning, its now almost 7 at night & I'm being told it'll be at least another 30 minutes. Won't be using this pharmacy anymore.

This pharmacy is by far the most helpful, sincere and efficient pharmacy I’ve experienced. There’s one pharmacist in particular who is absolutely wonderful. (I don’t want to mention her name on the internet.) She helped me with a very frustrating prescription situation. She was patient, empathetic and supportive of me during a stressful time. I can’t thank her enough. I have a pharmacy 2 minutes away that I pass and drive the extra 15 minutes to this pharmacy because of the staff that work here.

I had work insurance and never had a problem then when one of us lost out job we had to get medicaid and every time I get a prescription filled they give me a time and when I come they say it's being filled and it will be 30 minutes, mind you I cane hours later because this always happens and now I truly believe they treat people differently based on your insurance

Staff always professional and friendly. A friend switched to this pharmacy recently at my recommendation. She loved the fact that the labels on the medication labels had larger print than her previous pharmacy.

I changed pharmacies because they are much closer to me. They aren't open on Sundays!The people are great and attentive. The pharmacists are also! Especially Janeese ( I don't think I spelled that correctly )! You can talk to her about anything!!!Alot of times their prices are less expensive!!!
