Not clean, slow pumps. Sticker on the pump says VISA limit is $125 but the pump shuts off at $75. Bathroom was disgusting. My last stop here.

I adore this Valero/FasMart, which is something I never would have thought about saying before I moved out here. Every single one of the employees are absolutely fantastic, particularly Josh. Even new employees will start recognizing you and employees may even start addressing you by name and/or asking how your workday or weekend was if you're there fairly regularly. You'd also have to be on casual, familiar terms with them, though their questions are always appropriate, never too personal or prodding. They'll all start remembering whether you want cash back, to donate a $1-2 to whatever fund/charity that Valero is sponsoring that day, or if you want that extra drink for $1 more when they're on sale. Because of the wonderful employees, this place has the small-town feel that you only rarely find at old-timey country stores, much less at a station so close to an interstate. The owner is polite and friendly (even if he's looking grouchy that day), and they always have whatever you came in for stocked, and the coffee is usually fresh and delicious. Gas prices are competitive, the food is decent and the place (usually including the restrooms) is clean. I very very rarely ever go to any other gas station. There also seems to be 2-4 polite locals that hang out there during most night shifts when there isn't a police officer there so, combined with the well usually well-lit parking lot, it's also very safe. There is also a very very small but delicious family owned/operated pizza place to the left of the store if you're just stopping by to fill up on a long trip. :)

Only reason i gave 1 stars instead of 5 is because its not opened 24hrs. I have had many nights that i needed kerosene and have to wait on a very cold night to get it,due to this store is the only store around that sells it within a 15-20mile radius. And is normally closed between 1am to about 3-5am. Something needs to be changed at this store if it says open 24hrs. Need new management and employees since management cant keep store open 24/7 or change store hrs.

I went in about a week ago very thirsty. I went to their drink machine and filled a large cup with ice. To my horror, large chunks of black mold fell into my cup. I took some of it up to the counter and gave it to the manager on duty. I called today to see if the machine had been cleaned. The guy I talked to with on the phone told me is not his job.

Very friendly service. The chicken was flavorable but a bit too greasy. They need to layer the chicken with paper to absorb the grease. I ordered 50 pieces and the bottom layer was laying in grease.

Great service and always have what I need. Gas is competitively priced for the Eastern New Kent area. Only the pilot rivals the price level. Staff is awesome!!!

Is it that difficult to put receipt paper in the gas pumps? It's been at least three weeks since they had any. Everything has gone down hill in the past year here.
