They lost my medalsAnd replaced them with used medals in a lot worse condition. This became apparent when the work informed me that he did not know where they went and when I finally received them with several medalsMissing stars and they came backed scratched and chipped. Also they used masking tape to tape your medals and don’t even cut off the excess tape.Service: Alterations

Don’t actually expect to get your alterations on the day they say you will. Apparently it’s your responsibility to call ahead of time to make sure a week was enough time for them to do a name tape.

I do not recommend this place at all, I have had no proplems up until now. I requested a custom unit patch to be made 2 weeks ago. they told me to come in on a thursday to pick it up and when I went to pick it up they told me it was not done and to come back on the next monday. I went back on that monday an again they told me they haven't even started working on it. and to pick it up the next day. I am have wasted more money on gas than the patch is worth and they dont even bother giving me a call to let me know it is going to be delayed. I am never coming back to this place and will never recommend this place to anyone.Service: Dry cleaning

Its all profit for them since the items are left there.I bought a new Navy Cross bravos shirt for $10 . Got French cuffs put on for $20 so $30 total. At the MCX it would have been $110.

I have been going to Jenny’s for years and the service has always been outstanding. I’ve been in a pinch with needing something on a quick turn and she was able to manage a less than 24 hour return of my garments for cleaning. Her staff is friendly and always go beyond to help you. As long as I’m in the area I will never use any other business for my cleanings.

I gave this place multiple tries but never again for alterations. She doesn’t do alterations you ask for even though it doesn’t look right. My Shirt was altered beyond repair.

Lost the medals that were given to them as a reference. I got a bunch of excuses and offered my medals including two I didn't rate. I told them I need the ones I stated and they wrote down. They told me excuse after excuse, so I asked for my old medals and was just given the run around until it didn't matter anymore. I ended up wearing bravos to my last ball.

This has by far been my favorite tailoring place for all my uniform needs. They will custom tailor your uniform to any aspect of which you desire. Be forewarned if you go for the full service, in which they “take-in” the shirt, you better not gain an ounce of weight. Otherwise they have you coming out looking like the sharpest person in town no matter if it’s a uniform or normal clothing! Definitely recommend for any and all your tailoring needs!

Jenny has been serving Marines for a long time. She has pictures with past commandants and SMMC on her walls who have been customers. I trust her with my uniforms and uniforms for my dog. She is able to create unique projects and thinks outside of the box. If you want to look good, or have the Marines you know look good, send them to Jenny's!

These sweet laides are too nice and will fix just about anything Uniform or clothing Related. They also sell masks and can make them too, for about 10 bucks to buy and to make I'm not sure. Also make sure you have Cash Handy. If you don't have cash they have an ATM that takes $2.50 per charge. Nice place to get anything done!

Jenny's in Quantico had my husbands jacket. He was there THREE TIMES TODAY because it was supposed to be done by 3:30. They were working on it so he visibly saw them doing the work. Then they said he'd have it at 4:30pm. 5:08pm we were there to pick it up and THEY LOST IT. This is unacceptable and it We will not be going back and we will make sure they do replace it. This place looks like trash inside, is not well kept and should be shut down. They have no record of their customers either and weren't remorseful at all. This is SO disrespectful and should not be how they take care of their customers especially in a military town.

My husband got his nametape created and stitched onto his camis for a LOW PRICE WITHIN AN HOUR. We were on a short timeline, we dropped off a little after 5pm , and his camis were done around 6. We are both floored by the customer service and expert work done here. We highly recommend, thank you so much again!!

Goodluck getting your stuff back.Such a terrible place, that tries to charge you HALF of the uniforms price, when THEY are the ones that lose uniforms.Terrible, terrible awful place. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area, go there.Edit- And I'm pretty sure they may be committing tax fraud as well.Edit- They also treated me TERRIBLY when confronting the issue. Took pants there to get them hemmed. After about 1 week I went to pick them up. They could not find the pants. 15+ Minutes later I left and asked them to call me when the pants are found. Finally received a call 2 weeks later. Shame on me for not checking immediately if they had done the hemming. THEY DIDN’T ☹.

I take a cover in to get clean and pressed with nametapes on the inside. I pick it up and it's the wrong name on the inside, cover not pressed at all. The lady says she's sorry, and to come get it tomorrow. I go pick it up and all they did was remove the wrong name and put the right one In there. The cover was bent and folded like it just came from a seabag then they proceed to tell me I have to pay again for clean and pressed. Why would I pay twice for their mistake?
