This was my first visit, great experience! Great cigar selection in a well kept walk in humidor. They were very friendly and helpful. I am glad to find a great shop so close to home.

In there every week same purchase 2 vapes for 50$ as posted. This time sons mother clueless as she dosnt smoke was told they were giving her a deal for 55$. Quite the deal but for who. To add insult to injury 1 device dosnt work.I will say with over 100+ device purchases and misc wares, only 3 vapes and 2 510 batteries were defective. The 510s did function for a day or so and the vapes were tested in store and replaced.This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I asked how much I owed and she said "happily" only 55$ because they gave me a deal. if it was just a 55$ charge accidents happen but to verbally stage a deal that charges more than the posted price is a bit more than accidental IMO.

Tobacco Hut in Purcellville, VA is well worth the trip from anywhere in NOVA!!!Trisha is more knowledgeable than most and the manager Rahim is a stand up man that will match or beat any written price from from the Smoke and Vape chains but without all the haggling that company makes you do. Thank you to this Tobacco Hut in Purcellville for keeping the experience pure and fun… like it should be !!!

I was there today to pick up some coils for my voopoo vape. I like the PnP-VM4 coils 0.6. The gentleman that waited on me by the name of Brayden was so friendly and professional. I’ve been to this establishment twice now and Brayden has waited on me. He went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Brayden for your dedication to your customers. Rahim (I think he is the owner) always is attentive and polite. Mo is an excellent customer service representative. I was there on 7/26/23 at 8pm. Went there on 1/4/24 again excellent customer service. They were out of my favorite pod juice strawberry kiwi Pomberry a few months ago but they ordered it for me.

So wishing I would've found this shop sooner than a week before I finish my 13 week contract. Large variety of juice, fair prices, and Clara was absolutely wonderful, especially first thing in the morning. She was incredibly helpful, and genuinely enjoyed interacting with customers!!

Brandon is an amazing help! Asked for a specific brand cigarillo on Friday and they didn't have it. But I get a call Monday from him saying they ordered some and just got them in! Definitely will keep coming back as long as I live in purcellville.

Awesome spot for more than just your tobacco needs/wants... Rahim and Clara are awesome, always friendly, kind, knowledgable, and helpful. Convos are great too.... that's the key to this place I think. The attitude and vibe is always top notch. They've got me as a loyal customer for sure!

I needed something and called 10 mins before they closed-fully prepared for them to say I had to be there or they were locking doors, but instead he said “come on in, I got you” and I arrived 5 mins before they closed (probably every store owners biggest pet peeve) and I got what I needed and was on my way.

I bought a vape a few two days ago and Raheem. I don’t know if that’s the correct spelling. I came back today on the 10th and we went over the surveillance video and he concluded that I left a vape on the counter and walked out so he gave me a brand new vape for free.
