Great and very professional staff. They actually ask and help you find what you're looking for. I think that they are reasonably priced and they have a very large selection of great foods. Parking is a hassle sometimes because you are fighting with Starbucks patrons for parking. So it looks full, but it is usually the Starbucks people taking up the parking.

Super convenient being in town of Purcellville. Everybody has been pleasant that I've dealt with. My wife and I especially like the self-service dog wash stations that they have there at a very reasonable price. They supply the towels and shampoo and conditioners and dryer.

LOVE Pet Supplies Plus Purcellville VA! Great rewards program, great variety, fabulous service especially the curbside pickup - which I really appreciate being disabled. Staff are always friendly, fast, and informative. And they have EXCELLENT coupons! The best part, showing they really CARE about the community and the animals -. They work with local rescues housing adoptable animals for free. They go above and beyond!

Love the dog bath. But the cashiers...so slow. Please is there are more than 2 ppl call for another assistant. Holding things and a dog with so many other dogs in a tight space is not fun.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is clean, well stocked with quality products. I got to meet the owner once and he was very friendly and proud of his store. I love the bathing station for my large dog and use it often with the punch card.

These people are "over-the-top " helpful. You are greeted as you enter, and asked if you need help finding anything. There is also an offer to carry heavy items. I have also come in trying to find a solution to a 'problem', and w employees shared their experiences with products to help. They obviously take "customer service" to the next level.

Super friendly staff; received a warm greeting from all the staff.Talked to an associate about the frozen marrow bones they had;; she took them out of the case. I told her that I would buy a package and went to take it out of her hand. She said no need to we will put it by the register and you can get it then. I checked out and the same woman helped me; discovered when I got home I never got the frozen bones....The store has very tight quarters which makes it interesting to maneuver through .

Really enjoyed the new store, tons of things to offer, it's more like a mini Petco now, even offering a few fish and live crickets and the best part, they had KITTENS! Got my fur-baby some treats that I can't find anywhere else and on sale! Definitely recommend for a great place to find pet items! The only reason I have 1 less star is because it's a bit hard to navigate the store, there isn't a ton of open space like there used to be (only because they have more stuff for pets) but yeah it did change the atmosphere a bit for me.

Pet supplies plus(purcellville)increased their Primal -6lb bag for dogs from $32 to $34 to $40. With tax is 43.00! (Over a 6 month time frame)! Also i have held several past conversation re: not honoring Primals 13 bag free policy. They direct you to go through an “online -coupon structure email offer” that in the past did not offer me the 13th bag free-twice over. I have 3 large dogs —-so I now go out of my way to Doggonenaturals in Leesburg…where my Primal remains at $32.00 and they honor the 13 bag free-no questions asked,no coupon,no emails, no discussions…as their computer keeps track and alerts the customer at the register when 13 bag has been reached. AND they also have high quality treats…love their turkey tensions.(Miss PetValue Store as they also honored and didnt overcharge.)

Every groomer in Winchester, Herndon and Ashburn was booked 1-3 weeks out. The self-service place in Ashburn was closed due to COVID so I was headed home to use the tub and a bowl when Pet Supplies helped me out. I was greeted immediately at the door and shortly walked to the cleanest elevated shower station with a spray and dryer nozzle as if I was a professional groomer. I was given a clean towel, a variety of shampoos (I liked the deodorizer shampoo) and apron.Because I was a Pet Supplies member from years ago as I haven’t lived near one in ages, the price changed from $10 to $5 to free with a punch card for a Dirty Dog Discount. Made my Saturday. Thank you!
