Love love love this shop!!! They have every animal imaginable. They have fish, birds, snakes, rabbits, ferrets, and much more. The shop owner was super nice! Before I left, one of the birds hopped right onto my arm! Super cool experience. All the animals are very sweet and it's refreshing to find a pet shop that still allows you to touch the animals. Highly recommend and will be going again.

We have had nothing but great experiences every time we have purchased our Cockatiel companions from them. Even though they are 2 hours away from us, they are definitely the go-to for us, and we'll worth the drive. They have educated us and have been super informative and helpful. I definitely highly recommend them for all your companion needs and interests, as well as recommend them to be the first ones to call for any pet related help and info. Store is always organized, clean, friendly and welcoming. Thank you guys so much for our precious new addition and all your help and guidance. The staff are all friendly and incredibly informative. They care about the animals they have and have no problem showing it! They have a wide variety of foods, vitamins, bedding and accessories ranging from birds, reptiles, and small mammals and fish. Family oriented. We decided to add a beautiful, hand raised, parakeet to our family from this establishment. Prices were competitive. Only $5 for grooming of our bird! Instantly impressed with this business. In the heat of Pulaski!

The staff was very polite and highly knowledgeable. The store was clean, and smelled much better than most individually owned pet stores!!! They had lots of stock as far as fresh and salt water fish, as well as plants. All of their small animals, birds and fish looked healthy and happy! And if they don't have what you're looking for they're happy to special order it!!! I will definitely be going back!!

Great Place! Julie is very friendly and informative. She willingly helped me out on nutritional facts for my new cockatiel, Jett. He is the best bird I have ever had.I loved how you could go in and hold all of the birds (small ones up front) and the birds were all so friendly. She let me put him on my shoulder and walk around with him in the store.Going to definitely get more birds from her!Plus, she has AMAZING prices. For nice, hand-tamed birds, her prices are CHEAP and affordable. For a normal hand-tamed cockatiel, mine was only about 125$. Other pet stores are 2x that much.

This place is a really great small petshop. The staff were very helpful, patient & knowledgeable. We ended up leaving with a parakeet & bunny along with their cages & accessories😃the best part is you can really see the love, care & time they put into their animals; they even had hedgehogs!!!

I had a great experience with them! I purchased two ferrets from them last month & they were very quick, helpful, and kind. They order ferrets from a breeder, so you can request exactly what you want & they made sure to send updates about the ferrets throughout the entire process. Once I arrived at the store, it was obvious to me that that care not only about their clients/customers, but about their animals too. Many ferrets bought from stores are sick, however when I took them for a check-up a few days later, the vet was shocked at how healthy they were! A great place & people over all!

Best pet store around. They take such good care of each and every animal and they seem so passionate about what they do. They are both extremely knowledgeable about reptiles, birds, and just about anything else you can imagine. All of the birds are hand raised and are great with people. Their prices are just as cheap as online rates if not cheaper. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a pet.

I usually stop here about once every two or three weeks to grab superworms for my bearded dragon. They always have what I need and only a couple times that I've heard they didn't have what someone else in the store was looking for and the guy working informed them he would order it and it would be there within 24-48hours. The people have always been extremely nice and polite and able to answer any questions that's ask about any pet or how to properly care for any pet.

Truly the best pet store I have ever come across. They keep their cages clean, their animals happy, and their prices affordable. I have bought many animals from them, and they are always so helpful! I love my dove and my goldfish, as well as pond and feeder fish. Worth the drive, hands down the best of the best.

They are fantastic people, who will take time to inform you about different animal's needs, I get feeders for my ball python here and I've never had any problem, they help ensure I have the right size, and have a return policy which is really nice, I would highly recommend them for anything you need!

Great to have a small pet store in Pulaski County. They had a pretty nice selection of aquarium animals, lizards, birds, guinea pig, hedge hog, and frog. I'm thrilled they sell live feeders for reptiles. They were out of a lot of items I needed but still maintained a good selection. The female knew plenty but lacked some knowledge when it came to a blue tongue skink. This is typical, though, as they aren't popular. Prices were normal for a small pet store. They were pretty busy, which I'm glad for them in these times.A lot of people didn't wear masks, though. So, if you are concerned about such--I would avoid this store when busy, as it's small.I look forward to returning again to see how things continue.

I really love this pet shop. There are a wide variety of animals (reptiles, birds, salt and freshwater fish, small mammals such as rats, Guinea pigs, hedgehogs, etc.) as well as all the food and accessories for them.The staff are the main reason I love this shop. It is easy to see how hard they all work to keep the animals happy and healthy. They are very knowledgeable about the pets and will take time to help you, despite being super busy with everything else.Prices are competitive with chain pet stores, but I would choose Wings, Tails and Fins even if they were a bit higher. In my opinion, it is much better to buy a pet from someone who is obviously passionate and knowledgeable about animals, rather than someone who just sees it as a job. I know when I purchase pets, pet food, or accessories, I will get what I paid for.I really hope this shop is around for years to come!

This is by far the best pet store in the NRV. They are so friendly and pleasant, super knowledgeable, and attentive. If there is something special you are looking for they will order for you. They remember everything we have purchased and help us to make sure everything in our tank is compatible. So happy I found this place, no need to go elsewhere, they are awesome!

Staff is extremely caring, knowledgeable and genuine. They have a large selection of items. Took time to explain different ideas with my parakeets. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes was under the assumption they were all handfed to make it easier with taming. I called the day before my visit and asked were they handfed. I was told yes. Other than that it is an awesome place.

The best pet store I have ever been to. The owners are so friendly and fun to talk to, the animals are very well taken care of and happy. It seriously reminded me of Mr Magoriums Wonder Imporium but with pets instead of toys. I can't say enough good things about this pet store, This is truly a place id go just to visit the owners and the birds. From the fish tank computer, to the beautiful Boa, to the African Grey birds and the adorable Asian house geckos for pest control, the whole place is so friendly and just plain fun. Widest selection of birds I have ever seen in a pet store. Small animal selection varies every time I come in, so i recommend visiting often if they don't have exactly what you are looking for at the moment. All the animals are taken well care of and the cages are clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
