I’ve been to a lot of places and this one takes the cake on atmosphere. The amount of effort they put in to make this place into an attraction is awesome. The seating is excellent, I felt right at home.Food was good. It was a very creative menu. I have heard that they change the menu up quite a bit, so I have good reason to go back when they come out with new menu items.The staff was really nice and helped me select some great choices based on what I like in food.I will definitely be back to try some more of the extensive drink collectionParking: 2hr parking on street

I cant say enough about how great this place is. I had the Ramen Fried Rice bowl with chicken and a cake batter Frappe. Both were delicious. The serving size for the price was on point too.The entire place is decorated to the max and the atmosphere is upbeat, modern and fun. If you live in town or are just passing through, stop and check out Mochi's.Parking: Parking on the street isn't difficult as it's not a busy street.

Great atmosphere, with very fun decorations everywhere! I especially liked the Pokémon decorations and collage of animal pictures, chandeliers, etc. Always something to keep your eyes busy! The food was amazing, i got the ramen with smoked chicken and everything was perfect. If you’re a fan of fun drinks, this is definitely the place for you; they have a whole menu full of allll kinds of stuff, there’s something for every person. I got the thai bubble tea and the flavor was awesome. Service was also great, very very friendly staff!! Great place overall!!! The only thing i wish for is for more tofu options and for them to stay open longer

We finally got to Mochi’s the other night after drooling over their photos for weeks. They did not disappoint. We got several dishes to share (ramen, protein rice bowl and lumpia) as well as Vietnamese coffees. what stood out to me was the kind and courteous staff and owners. Not only did they help give suggestions, we saw the owners hustling in the kitchen and yet made time to come out and chat with us. Definitely worth a visit to Pulaski as they are going super cool stuff there to help downtown. PS should probably mention out awesome the vibe was too. High schoolers were coming in to take pictures for Homecoming. Loved it!!

As a Pulaski native who now lives in NC but is often in town to visit family, I am so glad to have Mochi's Café as an option when we're there. If you're hungry, the menu includes café items slightly unique to the area like ramen and empanadas. My teen, for one, is over the moon that Pulaski is no longer a bubble tea desert.In addition to great food and drink options, the interior is worth a trip alone. It would be noteworthy even in a town much larger than Pulaski and adds so much to the experience.My only complaint is that while I hear there was some New Jeans playing on opening day, neither my teen nor I heard any Twice the entire time we were there. :)If you're anywhere between Wytheville or Radford, or even just passing by on I-81, Mochi's is definitely worth a visit. And don't forget to take a picture in the giant chair.

The atmosphere is awesome. I didn't try any of the drinks but ordered a to go Lemon chicken fried rice. What I got was ramen noodles 🍜 that were kind of dry and very, very few vegetables. They were good but hardly what I paid for it. However, there was an ample amount tender chicken in it. It had a good flavor but there was nothing about the dish that even remotely hinted of lemon. 🍋 Overall, I was very disappointed.Vegetarian options: Not enough vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: In all fairness, I'd have to look closer at the menu but it looks like it's mostly a high carb menu.Parking: There's not much that can be done re: parking. There's on street parking.Kid-friendliness: Menu should be adapted to include something kids would like.I didn't see any high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't remember seeing any wheelchair accessibility.

We had my DIL and son’s baby shower at Mochi’s and I cannot say enough positive things about the space, food, and people. Kate, Blake and the Mayor were all so kind and accommodating and the cafe is hands down the most beautiful cafe/venue I’ve ever walked into. 10/10 recommend for events!! Frankly, they probably undercharge for the hat they offer.

My family and I had a wonderful time here today. I am a vegetarian who doesn't love tofu but this, hands down, was the BEST tofu dish I've ever had. I had vegetarian fried rice and the tofu was crispy and flavorful! My son also loved his extreme milkshake. The overall vibe of the café is fantastic, the perfect blend of trendy and chill. Thanks for a great meal - we'll definitely be back soon!

I'm actually sitting in the place as I write this.They have a guy singing that's not good, speaker system is awful and overly loud. It's very obnoxious. They only need to play the radio over the sound system because I can't even hear orders being shouted out nor hear my wife talk to me unless she's screaming in my ear.The decor is awful. They can't decide on what they wanna be. The dog anime is weird, the stupid amount of flowers does not flow with anything at all. What is this place?!Service is slow and the lady's don't seemed to be trained on how to work the system too well but they managed.They need a better system to call out names.I won't be back. I'll order and that's it if I even do that.For a first time experience I'm not impressed at all.Update:Coffee flight isn't worth the money they charge. We paid $20 for the flight where it's worth only $10 maybe $12. Reasons being is that the coffee to ice ratio is way off. Crushed ice would be better so that more coffee could be used. The cookies and cream isn't too good. Needs the flavor ratio looked at. The raspberry chai NEEDS more chai. The mocha and espresso need to differentiate more in flavor but are good.

The food was fantastic!! I loved it and they were super friendly and helpful. The food is priced well also, it's a good value!! The only thing about this place is that you never know if they are open or not. I have came on at least 3 separate occasions where it clearly says they are open on Google and you drive all the way here and they aren't open. You never know if your just wasting $10 in gas to drive there and possibly get food. Just saying...Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. My kids loved the milkshakes and the food as well.

The absolutely best thing in Pulaski. Food and drinks are beyond amazing. But it's the owners and people that work there that make it. Especially katy. Made me feel so welcome. Go support this business. Pulaski needs more of this. I'm blown away, floored even.Kid-friendliness: My niece went one night to an event they held. She still talks about it. Support them. Do it.

So our service was the best!I think his name was Blake but I could be wrong. He was so very nice and made us feel welcoming and comfortable. That being said the food was okay. The beef bolgogi was disappointing it was ground beef with subpar broth. The drinks were great but the price of our meal plus the drinks were super overpriced. I will go back and try something else and see if it's worth it.

Absolutely phenomenal. Blake is an amazing chef and his vision of Mochi's is immaculate. The interior of the cafe is downright beautiful, the decor is one of a kind. The place just oozes with positivity and all the flowers are great. All the menu items are named after local pets which is extremely cute. The staff are great too from my experience. Despite the soft opening being very crowded, everything came out with quality. Mayor Shannon and Blake are a great power couple! I highly recommend stopping by Mochi's if you're in Pulaski because it's a unique experience that you will not get anywhere else. Oh, and the Vietnamese food they serve is top tier. There aren't any stairs or anything.

So for starters. The staff was very friendly. Their card machine was down so there was some wait which is ok. We ordered 4 drinks and some snacks. The lumpias were super hard and not edible. The empanada had good flavor but its all pastry very little filling. We ordered the brown sugar boba very mild flavor bot bad. The cookies amd cream boba was very bland. I got a salted caramel frappe if had absolutely no flavor what so ever it was like drinking plain milk with alittle sweetener. The strawberry banana smoothie was very flavorful. I heard through a Facebook page and to me it didnt live towards the hype. May have been an off day but for the price of everything and the quality of the drinks and food i wont be returning. As i said its bot due to staff they were more then friendly and welcoming. They doninlybhave one blender to make drinks so large orders do take time. Though they will make sure everything comes out as soon as possible. But none of us were satisfied with our order. Maybe in time as they are new things will improve.
