Absolutely the rudest woman working there. Screaming across the counter and store at another employee. Acted like waiting on me was a total inconvenience. Couldn't even walk thru the store. What a mess

I went into the store today looking for a kid's toy and couldn't find anything because the isles are so full of clutter and carts that you can't see anything that's on the shelves much less get through the store. The Dollar General on the other end of town is not like this. It is much nicer and neater. Where is this stores management?

The lady that has been manager at this branch was unapologetically rude. Aisles were cluttered, and they also have been closing 15-20 minutes before closing time so make sure you make it there early.

The lady manager is very rude and not helpful.simerhing should be done .m,the rest of the employees are helpful, I was there today over a dispute with said manager,she set my bag to the side but not the other one I left not knowing I had 2 bags Icalled back but she said there's no bag

The store is cluttered. I had my daughter in her stroller when we stopped in and I could hardly push her around. The staff is nice enough. I find myself here about once or twice a week simply because I live in quick walking distance.

Dam store is so junked up !!!The aisles are always cluttered!I was in there Sunday & a big bag of dog food slid off the top shelf & hit me!!! And why people think It's cheap is crazy!!I only go there occasionally because it's convenient!!! NOT cheap!!!

It's ok as far as dollar stores go. It's always cluttered and disorganized. I can't imagine how quickly you could escape in an emergency since there's always large carts and boxes in the isles. But the staff is usually friendly and helpful. Which I guess they have to be since the store is not organized.

Nice place to shop, some prices are lower,but over all its a fast place for me to get what i need from clothing, household supplies, groceries ,down to tobacco and beer if thats what u like. The only thing i have a problem with is the employees treat everyone as if they are stealing, and have the worst attitude when it comes to helping or interacting with customers.

This store Stays open til 10pm instead of 9 pm like the rest of the ones in the county. Customer service could be better at times and if you go in at night between 930 and 10 bee prepared for them to start screaming store closes in so many minutes every few min til they get to 10 then it's ever 2or 3 min . It makes it very stressful experience at that time.

The renovation of this Dollar General is phenomenal! Like going to a totally different store from prior one. Looks as if size doubled. Great food selection with prices that are favorable for saving! Great staff!

Worst looking, unclean store ever. Asked for help ,"was told it would be in the freezer section if we have it "Didn't have my glasses but was no use to make her have to stop ttalking to her 2 other buddies behind the counter.Have to move the cart they use to stock shelves with to get items off shelf .Those carts are usually heavy with merchandise, or full of cardboard. If not for its location and convenience this store wouldn't last long most anywhere else.Need a manager that's willing to stock shelves if she dosen't have help .Surprised they've not lost their SNAP license from the state they stay out of stock so much ,especially in the frozen food department.No margarine or butter in their freezer for the last 4 days . Was told Thursday a truck with buter on it would be in Friday .

Aisles always full of stock carts so it's difficult to get through and find what you are looking for. Usually one of the store workers is outside smoking and on the phone while the line at the checkout grows longer and longer. For a store that was just remodeled it sure looks dirty. I suggest not going there unless really necessary.

Mask wearing was not enforced! Attrackted very shady looking people. Felt very unsafe in the store. Noticed that the empty bins from restocking were carelessly piled up in front of the hair and beauty shelves for African Americans and made them inaccessible.

I like the people there and they are always willing to help you find what you are looking for . One person working there is a gift to that store her name is Linda , she will go above and beyond the help you find what you need and is always smiling.

People to work in Dollar General are nice. Store looks a little bit better since they remodeled but still not wheelchair accessible.

Basic Dollar General.No public restrooms.As with several businesses in Pulaski, they do not require mandatory mask-wearing and very few do. So, if this is a concern--you may want to shop elsewhere.

Misty Williams Quesenberry, the store manager, is an awful person with a terrible attitude. She doesn't treat her customers with the respect they deserve, since it is their money that pays her wages. I had been shopping at this dollar General since I moved to pulaski a year and a half ago, using a bookbag to save on plastic waste. She ordered me to leave my bookbag at the front register. I declined and finished shopping in 10 minutes, during which she had called the police. She made up this story about me shopping lifting weeks ago and that she wanted me banished from the store. I was forced to sign the tresspassing notice by officer W.T. Carpenter. Called corporate and was told by J.C. Tabor that she was abusing her authority, it is absolutely NOT their policy to banish a customer unless they have been charged with shoplifting. If she is so miserable with her job she needs to step down and stop messing with someone's life.

Good place to go to get a bargin if you look close. However you need to not only look at price but the quantity you are buying. I thought i was getting a bargin but when i got home the quantity i got was half so it was no bargin. Would return but I'll be a smarter shopper next time.
