The hotdogs are very good, but the service is 👎🏻, very rude. I have never stopped at this store that any employees has ever been friendly. EVER!!! I know they can be, I have seen them smile and be friendly with some of the patrons. Today the cashier rolled her eyes not once, but twice while waiting on me. I asked for my receipt, the cashier ran it and then looked away from me as she aimed it my way and let it drop on the counter before I could get ahold of it. I kindly said thank you and there was no reply. If you’re looking for good hotdogs you’ll find them here. If you’re looking for welcoming, kind service, we’ll……. 😂 Just my opinion.

Quick place to get food convenience is top notch here they know how to have the food ready and serving a lot of people. Chicken salad sandwich my husband always loves I got the BBQ and hotdog. Follow the crowd you know it’s good.

HOT DOGS! Best hotdogs in Pulaski County, oh and the staff are so sweet! Its a neighborhood corner store the way they treat it. Never had bad experiences! They prices are reasonable. Never heard or had a problem with there gas either there always busy!

Well to start my weekend I thought it would be wonderful to run out of gas roughly a mile away from Cougar Express .I walked inside and asked the manager could I possibly borrow a gas can larger than 1 gallon if available. I knew from previous experience that one gallon would not be enough to get my van running again and reliable. The manager on duty very kindly told the person he's working with he'd be right back a few moments later he came out with a 5-gallon gas can and allowed me to take it with no deposit and get enough fuel to safely get my van back on the road again. I have unfortunately run out of gas before and this was the most pleasant experience I had with this type of incident.

This is a good place to stop and get your gas and cigarettes for a pretty good price, even though I have quit smoking, I still got some family members that do so I would have to say that this store has the cheapest prices on there cigarettes and not only that there gas prices are cheap too. Plus if you are going out to a tanning salon, well this store has that as well and at times they have great sells on there pop alone with they have great food. The only thing I could say that this store needs to work on is their cashier's could be alot more friendlier, you know y'all could make another person's day alot more better just by being friendlier and smile at them, even if you don't mean it. Because your not the only one's that could be having a bad day. But other than that they do have some good options for it to be a small store. I'm giving this place 4 star's and would have gave them 5 but like I said I think the cashier's need to work on their friendliness

Previously worked at this establishment for a brief amount of time, the staff are extremely friendly and will do just about anything to help you if you need some type of assistance -And this is also one of the only gas stations I know of that also feature a tanning salon inside of the store itself!

They usually have some of the cheaper gas prices. They are located right on the side of the road, easy to get to. They sell hot food that is good, I like their hotdogs. They don't have a public restroom though.

They redid the gas pumps to "serve you better". The new pumps blare advertisements while pumping gas. I fail to see how this serves me better. False advertising in my opinion which is extremely irritating. Just like ads blaring while I gas up. All things being equal I will choose a station that doesn't assault my ears while I'm pumping gas.

Good convient store and gas station. Located between two towns, which makes it convient. Sells a wide variety of snacks, drinks, Pulaski County High School odds and ends. Nice cashiers.Pay before you pump. Pump accepts cards, too. Easy in and out. Able to see from normal traffic.This store has been around for decades, so that tells you of it's need in the local and environment inside, which is clean. Can get busy at certain times. I only suggest to watch for turning traffic or when turning.

Very rude people behind the counter. My suggestion hire new cashiers. Also you have public restrooms and every time some one tries to use them conveniently the key can't be found... my opinion is if you aren't gonna let people use them PUT UP A NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS SIGN!!! I wouldn't even give a half of a star

They are a walk away and I love the store grate people and so nice friendly and grate prices as well love the food they make and cook and drinks easy and convenient for me to locate everything. Wo I love this store....

A black boy tried to start a fight with me ! And the staff did nothing! Stay away from here unless you're looking for trouble! Then the black boy started a conversation with the girl behind the counter and they starting laffing at me.i hate this place and I will never go back. Warning stay away!!!

Cougar Xpress is your typical gas and mini mart store. Prices are average and the employees are friendly. Watch out if you get the Premium as it is alcohol free and sometimes costs 80¢ per gallon more than regular.

Staff are friendly, and efficient. It's a convenience store, but they make breakfast(biscuits) and lunch (hotdogs&hamburgers) as well.
