I WISH I could give a better review because I love pawn shops and this one was close to me. Having said that I have had no great experience there. The lady that owns the place is hard to deal with and seems quite jaded with her customers. The other staff didn't seem to know how to work the computer and never seem to care about the customers. I give them 2 stars. If you like to be low balled on your expensive things they will help.if you want to be overcharged for cheap used goods they will help. On a side note one of the employees was so tweaked out of his mind he couldn't stand still or stop jacking his jaw he advised the owner to loan me 50$ on a 1200$ automobile stereo when I asked for a hundred dollar loan. I think that's methed up. Beware of this place. This is after multiple visits to buy items there not a one time experience. I bought a lawnmower there and was told too bad when it didn't run.

The staff was friendly and inviting. I got an xbox 1 from them and it's been working so far, I did have to come back to the store twice (one of the times were my fault I didn't realize they didn't also play xbox 360 games) and I thought it was broken.the first console they gave me simply wouldn't power up. But they made it right with another console and even threw in a free game, not a bad place.

Pawned laptop and files went missing. I can't say for sure if something else caused it, but it's not like anything I have seen malware do in all my time majoring in cybersecurity. Just be smart and reset, secure, or make a guest account for your devices before taking to any pawn shop. Guess you live and learn. Ill be more cautious in the future. But im smart enough to back up anything I want to keep so I didn't make a deal out of it. But it adds to the list of reasons I miss home and haven't appreciated this town compared to the one and the folks where I grew up.I seem to keep on finding myself having high hopes in every place I go to associate with in almost 3 years here and end up disappointed every time..Called 2 pawnshops, one in Dublin and one in Pulaski downtown (1st pawn). The guy in Dublin proved to be completely rude both times I called him. VERY RUDE. Im so glad I ended up going to this one. If I could give them a hundred more starts I would. This is by far the best pawnshop I have ever been to. They gave me the best experience I ever had at any pawnshop ever and I've been to plenty enough in my life to know these guys are the best. No other pawnshop comes close to this one. I don't even usually leave reviews unless it's really good or really bad. So the fact that I'm leaving one and happily taking the time to do it out of my busy schedule speaks for itself. They are polite, knowledgeable,and just down right great people. From now on this is the only pawnshop I give my money or things to.

1st pawn is the best place around for used tools, lawn equipment, stereo equip, games, and DVDs. The prompt and friendly service are second to none. All employees are super friendly and quick to lend a helping hand. The deals are incredible and you always leave satisfied. So if your in town it's a great place to stop in and check out the merch.

The only pawn shop I will ever use. I've been doing business with them 24 years and they've never did me wrong and always treated me with respect, not only as a customer, but also as a friend. To deal with someone for that amount of time, you got to have a good understanding on both sides. No other pawn shop in Pulaski or surrounding areas, can compare.

Came here today for a gun. They had exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. The staff there was very nice and informative. Besides the guns they had a wide variety of treasures that are worth taking a look at. Everything I saw was decently priced, I wouldn’t hesitate to come here if you were looking at something unique to get. I’ll do business here again.

I am very happy with the staff at 1rst Pawn. I had left my wallet there after shopping at the store and it was returned with everything inside. The staff was very friendly and down to earth. I also purchased a new Firearm after my wallet was returned just to say Thank You! I would recommend 1rst Pawn to anyone. Thank you guy's and Gals very much.

I was reading the reviews and some guy not mentioning any names. You can read the reviews and see it obviously. He gave 1st Pawn one 🌟. I'm not affiliated with 1st Pawn in anyway and have done business with them off and on for years. First of all they're there to make money, if you don't know that before you go then you have problems. The owner has been in the pawn business most of his life. His father had a pawn business as well. He is a super nice guy and I've known him to let people get their possessions when he could have kept them legitimately. They are a business and in it to make money. I just have to say this guy done something to loose his stuff or something what you say? Not smart maybe? Go to any other pawn shop you can find and you will not be treated as professional and respectful as 1st Pawn. Go to Gardener's next time. Hahahaha.

Excellent! Staff was kind and friendly. I went to pawn a silver necklace and received $15 but before I came here I had tried gardner's pawn shop and was told they would only buy it for $3.75! I would definitely recommend coming here were you recieve a fair offer.

People visit pawn shops for various reasons: great deals on used items, guns and ammo. But mostly because they are in need of immediate cash, like me at different times in my life. It can be difficult to part with your valuables. You may feel regret or shame for having put yourself in that situation to exchange your stuff for cash. But there is one thing I can say about this Pawn Shop is that Ron, Brandi, Mike nor Sharon ever pass judgement!

The people here are great to deal with and I've always received a fair price. I have found the price marked is a starting point and you can deal with the employees. Whenever I need a tool I go here, they are much cheaper than a local big box store.

I pawned my Xbox one here and come to find out after using MY ID they put it in someone else's name (which is illegal). And doing so I was not able to get it back. Don't trust these dirt bags! They will screw you over.

Went in to look at guns they lost all my business when they have a shotgun priced at $170 used when they are new at walmart for $99 and they did not want to come down on it
