My wife needed to receive her Covid-19 vaccine for immigration purposes. With a two-year-old son and plans for another child, we were apprehensive about the vaccine's potential impact on pregnancy. We felt compelled to proceed due to the necessity of obtaining her green card.We scheduled an appointment through Walgreens' call center, but there was a mix-up with the locations. Despite arriving at 5:00 pm on a Friday without an appointment, Shania went above and beyond. Not only did she accommodate us, but she also guided us through the entire process. She helped us navigate insurance coverage for the vaccine and conducted research on any potential pregnancy complications associated with it. She even reached out to a colleague for additional support.In a world where individuals are often treated merely as numbers, Shania's kindness, sincerity, and willingness to accommodate, along with her compassionate treatment, truly stood out. Walgreens, you have a genuine gem in Shania. Thank you for your exceptional service.Additionally, I want to mention that Garrick was exceptionally friendly, and the entire staff at this store seem to truly prioritize treating people... like people. Their approach was incredibly refreshing and should be recognized by Walgreens.

They've lied to me about my prescription being available more than once. This last time they didn't even contact another pharmacy. The other day they transferred a prescription but then tried to fill it, causing insurance delays. In less then 5 days they've caused me 2 emergency delays with no apology. This has happened here before. Do not ever trust this location with anything.

They told me my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes and that I could go across the street and grab groceries. I come back to learn that they didn't have the insulin my dog needs and instead of calling me with that information, they just wasted time waiting to tell me in person.They transferred the prescription to another Walgreens (even further from my house) and told me I'd have to wait an hour because their location is busy. Except, I've already wasted 30 min with this location, so they should have told the new location to push it up in line.

Close early all the time at exactly 3 15 or 4 45
