We have always loved the Pilot App because of the discounts on gas. However, multiple times it has just suddenly stopped working -- phone number won't work; card # won't work. Message says there are multiple accounts, which is not true. Customer service SUCKS. Their reply is always for me to physically go and get another card to add and use that one. Really? How about testing your IT systems before you release them to your customers. Moving over to Loves... So tired of all the hassles at Pilot.

3-12-24 1:30amDon’t waste your money on reserve parking if you are showing up after midnight, lady with the pink hair says she can’t go out after midnight to tell someone to move if they haven’t paid and are parked in your reserved PAID FOR SPOT, all she can do is give you a refund. What a waste.

Great customer service here; from the gentleman that cleans the bathroom and the parking lot to Madison at subway (she fixed my difficult order with perfection and was very patient). I will definitely star this location as I am a trucker and I ALWAYS stop at pilot. I’d give this location 10 stars if I could.

Paid for parking on the app at 5:30 pmGot woke up very rudely at 1:00 am by a lady yelling at me to pay or leave or come inside and get pay slip .I say ok let me wake up and get dressed , even though I paid on the app ,She comes back within a few minutes and beats on door again and yelling you got to move or get towed , I m like lady I paid on the app and I’m getting dressed to come inside like we discussed just a second ago , as I’m getting dressed she remains outside hitting door and rushing me like I’m her child .Long story short this place will not do their job and check to see if you paid online or not before they just wake you up rudely in the middle of the nightThe night shift lady is Very unprofessional and unacceptable

Showers are good, Subway inside, CAT scale, they don't have the new 'brew on demand' coffee makers, the WiFi stinks... I got 1Mbps download and 3Mbps upload, at 12noon from inside the store. Burger King right next door.

Men’s bathroom for today 1-8-2021Thai review is solo for quick gas stop and per. Men’s bathroom. Constant leaking and inside is disgusting. The lady at the register was on her phone texting when I asked her a question. Her response to the front door of the restroom? “I don’t know.” And didn’t even make eye contact.Cheers!

It's a small pilot it's convenient and it's good for a quick shower and a quick bite to eat it all depends on the time that you go course if you go in between the middle of the day it's going to be pretty crowded but if you go early in the morning you're probably going to be lucky and not get a line doesn't have that much space and parking so as I said it's just pretty good for a quick shower quick bite to eat fuel and on your way it doesn't have that many showers but they're clean.

One the cleanest truck stops that I have been through in all my years trucking!! Well stocked and cashiers are nice and courteous!! Only they never have restocked this size water. I was told Canada dry are slow with deliveries!!!

I came in too the store the other night There was only 1 employee working at the time (Troy) he was wonderfulwith dealingwith all the customershe had keeping a bright smile on his face and joking with customers. Troy is a delight to the store. Always a good experience with him

1 star is too many but I can't go any lower. This is one of the most disgusting Pilots I have seen in a long time. Trash every where, all over the fuel islands and throughout the parking lot. I had to get out of my truck and move trash out of the way just so i wouldnt run it over while parking. It's as if nobody picked up any Trash in well over a month. Went inside and everyone working here was grumpy. The subway people were very rude and the store cashier seemed extremely annoyed that I went to her register and not the self checkout. I was so sickened by this entire place and felt unsafe staying here that I decided not to stay the night and moved to the rest area just east of the exit.

The store is great but when it comes to the cash register it needed to pay more attention to the customers and not try to push everybody to the self-service a lot of people like myself would rather somebody on the cash register like a clerk to check me out.

Hello my name is Adrian Mitchell,On a normal occasion I would write a positive review for a location dealing with Customer Service but with this location I cannot. On 18 November 2021, at 1:00am the morning I blew my tire hitting a pothole. I managed to get to the Pilot Gas Station safely.I asked if they potentially knew if one of the trucks had some sort of lift capabilities to assist with replacing the tire. I explained my situation to the Front Desk Clerk and he shunned me off like I was bothering him. As another Clerk sat down behind the desk. I eventually left and returned just to ask if I could leave the vehicle overnight and replace the tire in the morning. I was then responded to with “well are you in the way” with an attitude while he sat down behind the desk.I eventually just left and brought my vehicle over to Loves where I was received and greeted properly. The manager on duty was respectful at Loves unlike Pilot.This has been a reoccurring experience at this location with me and my friends. I will never use this gas station or recommend this gas station again. If you have the choice drive across the street to Loves and get quality customer service from them instead of dealing with aggressive employees at Pilot.I will be emailing Corporate about their Front Desk Clerk who states his name is John. I hope they are able to communicate what good customer service is and how to properly greet and provide that service.

I was out of hours and all the free parking was taken. Only the reserve parking was left. I went in to pay. But the employees working said it’s on the house tonight. Thank you sooo much, as a truck driver that was very sweet.

I was suprised at how nice and clean the grounds were when I pulled in for gas. I was on the last stretch home from a long trip and used my time filling up to stretch, use the facilities and get some fresh air. The restrooms were very clean, the store appeared organized and fully stocked, and the woman behind the counter could clearly see that I was tired and voiced her concern to help me stay awake and get home safely. I could not have stopped at a better place for fuel.

Showers have an extreme amount of mold. In the showers, around the sink and just about every corner of the bathroom. The employees NEVER clean the toilet seat or the rim. It always has pee all over the toilet seat. They literally just spray the cleaner and don't scrub anything. The whole place is outdated. The parking lot is extremely packed and very small. Good luck waking up after your 10 hour and try getting out of that place. Go across the street to Loves, much cleaner and the people are nicer.

I want to take the time to Thank Iris Dawkins she was so nice and professional… she went above and beyond to help me… I showed up late to get a reserved parking spot and someone was in it or the system was messing up… she walked outside with me to try to find a parking spot and also made sure a shower was clean for me to grab a shower… We as Drivers can’t do what we do if it wasn’t for people like her doing what she does… Thanks 🙏 again

This is a nice stop to make during travels. Each journey that gets me out of my area I try to map which service station / gas station has the best offering so that I know where to stop the next time I'm heading in that direction.Pilot is one of my staples. Not all are as nice but this one was definitely a site to be seen. In and out is fast and is typically very clean.

It is a small Pilot with very limited place for trucks to park good for local trucker traffic, the Burger King there is new and prepare great whoppers not like other BKs (Update 2 Aug 2020) this pilot has a Subway but no place to sit and eat it, not even outside, no trucker lounge at all, few showers. (Update) 10 Sept 2022, improved with indoor sitting with tables but still no outdoor tables for relaxing outside, even their competitor across the street don't have outdoor tables except for the dog park, let encourage drivers and travelers to get out and stretch and smell the air.

The store is clean and well maintained. Limited parking so get there early around 1700 or so if your out of time. They have a subway and burger King is next door with Arby's across the street at the loves. Fuel is under 3.00.

The store was clean and employees were nice and polite. As a truck driver I'm more concerned with fueling and showers. This store had the cleanest and the most room that I have seen at a pilot in a long time. I typically don't stop at Pilot over night because of the showers being small and nasty. Having to do a 34 hour restart I had no choice. Not a bad 34 hours. Could use a tv in the eating area by subway.
