Well this place has gone downhill and to the lazy entitled non working brats. When I was last there it was clean this time I forgot my phone and was there for about 10 minutes and said nope I'll go to the next Love's because pilot across the street apparently set the bar so low that love's is following suit and doesn't care about this location and they're rude and too bothered to work. It's disgraceful when they go home to their homes EVERYDAY whereas us truckers that deliver the goods for their comforts seemed to go unappreciated. This is inexcusable. My pictures are from Christmas and I'm late posting however there's just no excuse for this. Time to clean house literally from the bottom up or top down fire em all and start over. Oh and let me say this about the garage DON'T MESS UP YOUR ⏰ TIMES WAITING ON THESE FOOLS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The Personal was so nice! clean showers, clean parking lot, need more parking, arby's was very nice personal also! asked them menu options did not get attitude like you do at other places. Laundry is reasonably priced too.

Don’t let the name Speedco fool you. They are far from that. Got here at 1:30pm. It’s now 8:00pm. My truck did not get pulled into the bay until 7:30pm. All I am having done is a PM. I was given excuse after excuse why it was taking so long. Employees not here. Power issues. Computer issues. Etc. Don’t make your problems, my problems. Even though I was out on a “list”. They pulled in two other trucks, before me, that were on the “list” after me. The 2 employees that were here, were nice. Otherwise I would have given 1 Star. Sad thing is, they really do not care. By “they”, I mean Loves Corporate. If they did, this poor service would not have happened. Too bad. I guess next time, I’ll be “loving” a different vendor to spend my money with.

For RV: There is a dump station and propane in this travel stop. At this date propane was 3.39 + taxes. The dump station is not the best for motorhome since the concrete curb is high, and the dump hole is too far. Once again that's a dump station designed by someone who has never seen an RV, but it's not rare to see that kind of design outside campgrounds. RV dump is charged $10.Overall it's a nice stop.

Best Love's I've been to! Stopped here to get some gas. While I was pumping I figured I'd clean my windshield. Bucket had fresh wiper fluid and wiper blade cleaned perfectly. Went inside to use the bathroom and it was so clean! Store was clean and well stocked. Cashier was very friendly.

Probably the most cleanest, most organized, friendliest TRUCK stop I’ve ever been to. And I’m Not a truck driver. 🤷🏽‍♀️ no complaints. They have everything you need. Even a shower and dog park.

WASTE of TIME. Checked in for a PM at 11 AM never been called. After back and forth to know when was my turn by 8 PM and parked in front their bay by 11 PM went back to know what’s going on and being told they knock truck door no answer but been called on my phone and expected me to wait for service in the morning next day. Not even for free I won’t let them touch my truck….

DOG FRIENDLY!!!!!! So glad I stopped here on my long journey home as I was surprised and impressed with the dog park by the gas pumps. My dogs definitely needed to stretch and run after being in the car.

Hubby and I went here to take showers during our bathroom remodeling (with only one shower in the house). $15 for two showers, plenty of hot water. Clean, with towels and washcloth included. Soap and shampoo on the wall in the shower. I have always made Love's my favorite place to stop for gas while traveling and now I have another reason to recommend them!

Had a great experience in the shop. Toney and Donnie were handling a DOT Inspection of my truck. They were very cordial, thorough but more importantly they didn't waste time.I will definitely return for more maintenance.

Oh God, where do I start. These are some careless people in this place Jesus. Went there to put a patch on that said to will be a 3 hour wait. Sat there from 11:34 AM didn’t get to me until pass 8:00 PM and it’s not because they were busy doing work. There was even this western express truck they kept inside the bay for well over 6 hours and guy said they were waiting for the driver to get approval from company, really. You should have asked him to remove his truck and get back in line when he gets the approval. Not keeping everyone else waiting just because a driver can’t get approval for payment. Wow. I’m still here sitting/waiting 4/2/2023 and it’s 7:52 PM

I normally stop at this truck stop because it's generally clean and decent food. Well this time I had to ask a question. The girl claiming to be the manager (didn't catch her name) was extremely rude over parking long enough where I was, out of everyone's way to not block the pumps and the truck parking was full to use the restroom and just grab coffee. I think I'm done with this specific love's, half the staff always has zero respect for the truck drivers and are generally in an off-putting mood. It's too bad, I enjoy it here more than the pilot across the street.

It Is a gas station but the place is very clean, staff is friendly, nice selection of food and drink. I highly suggest this place when you need to fuel up your car or body

quick service, friendly employees, the to go bacon cheeseburger was not good, it was dry and the bottom of the bun was hard as a rock.. guess it was under the little light way too long 😥.five starts are for quick friendly service and pass visits, hamburger would be a zero, uneatable. I had already left the store and a mile down the road or i would have returned it.

Just stopped at Love's. The staff welcomed me as a walked in. The restroom was extremely clean. The gentleman who rang me out was very polite. I told him that it was a very nice store and everyone was so pleasant. He said they put the love in loves.. Will definitely put this on my favorites for stopping along our trip.

I've never reviewed a gas station before, but my wife and I just left this one and we were hugely impressed. Everyone likes a clean bathroom - theirs are great! The men's room even had four stalls - wow. Most gas stations have one, if you're lucky, and just when you get in and start to conduct your business, some neanderthal starts banging on the door to get in. Nice surprise for a change!Outside, there's even a fenced dog area which I have never seen before. Got a pup that needs to stop and run around? Stop here!The gas pumps all seemed to be in good order, too. Nicely done.

Oh my, I hoped this one would show up. Needed a receipt for my records and it took 15 minutes and 3 people to find one who knew how to simply print a receipt. The two people on the smaller automobile side just chatted and cussed as though the customers were not present. I had to go to the truck side to find someone who knew how or cared about their job enough to work a register.

On our way home from Virginia Beach with 2 disabled adults. The car tire pressure light came on. Not being my vehicle I was concerned a tire was going flat. I stopped at this location and a wonderful young man had us follow him down to the garage. He and a mechanic checked the tire pressure for us. Everything was fine and we were on our way. Thank you Jamaal for excellent customer service.
