I brought in an older wheelbarrow that needed a new tire. Cole was amazing. He took off the old tire (very rusted bolts), and put on the new tire for me and loaded up my fixed wheelbarrow in my car. Kudos to Cole - he went above and beyond, all with a smile.

One of the best stores around for your outdoor needs.The staff welcome you soon as you enter the store. They're friendly, polite and very helpful. The store is very clean, neatly arranged and never out of stock. You can purchase live, small animals here and often live animal for sale in the parking area. The establishment also has a 90 days payment plan, which is helpful nowadays.

Lol your wallet will appreciate you!In all seriousness, this has become one of my favorite stores to frequent on weekends! The staff is always knowledgeable on the products and willing to assist in any questions. From farms to homes, this is every man’s dream store!

Julie was such a nice person. She had a great attitude when I said "bird said read 15.99" she then proceeded to go to the isle. Then she couldn't find it. Now she need me to show her. I go to show her the price and never followed. So I'm sitting in an Isle waiting. An associate came by and I had to call her. Just to find out she is right at the front taking care of other customers. Instead of taking care of the customer at hand for a mispriced item. Anyways Alexis (not sure of her name ) took us and handled it professionally. Refunding and apologizing. For the most part the shopping experience was normal. Just the customer service could use better training.

I come here once a month to buy dog food. Every time I come here I’ve had a pleasant experience. Today was the complete opposite. I’m not sure if Pamala working the front register was in a bad mood but cutting off your customers before they can finish their sentences and after I address what she did wrong by cutting me off she began arguing with me. I would love to just come to a store and just be treated accordingly vs a hassle or making them feel like they have to go out of their way just to do her job. My daughters where with me and I felt wrong correcting someone in front of them but respect goes beyond customer service. I’m sorry I asked you to ring me up Pamala. Maybe you’ll have a better day tomorrow.

They have just about everything you could want except for the hat or shirt that I was looking for.2-27-20- I returned to the store on 2-25-20, to purchase an item that I had seen on my first visit. I believe that I was checked out by one of the managers because we were discussing their military discount, which they have only on certain holidays such as memorial day, Fourth of July, veterans day. I was telling him that it might be beneficial to have a 10percent military discount every day. Even so most of prices are very affordable I recommend that all of my military friends and veterans visit the store check this out for yourself if you and the need for any farm tools implements automotive general supplies like an all-in-one hardware store

Pam is awesome! She is always very helpful and makes it a point to make sure you have or find whatever you need. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is always ready to assist from help to fill orders to assisting with loading. Way to go, you all deserve a BIG THANK YOU!!!!!

This particular location is amazing. All employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are dog friendly and support US Military veterans. I highly recommend you visit this location.

We were so excited & waited for this store to open. They are always changing the animal feed they stock & what they do carry they are always out of. So far 9 times out of 10 they do not have what we go in there for. They are fine if you are going in for clothes or random knickknacks but as for animal feed.....I'm going back to Southern States.

This is the only store I don’t mind coming to with my husband. It beats Home Depot and . Guitar Center! Everybody is always friendly and always find more than we need. A little disappointed that they don’t give military discounts. Our soldiers do not just work on two holidays out of the year. They are soldiers 24/7. And our Veterana already gave of themselves unselfishly. We have to drive about 30 minutes so we only come out when we really have to. Discount is a good incentive for the drive.

I honestly need to stay out of this store. I spend a lot of money here because they have the best plants and cheapest mulch. Also I find all my misc items for my garden.It's one of my favorite stores here in Virginia. This trip I bought fence posts, plants, and mulch. They also have the coconut bars I love and caramel popcorn , and root beer sodas.Right now they have baby chicks too. Soon. I'll buy some.

Tractor supply has great prices on most items. Store is easy to get to off 95 and 295. Good parking. Store is normally well merchandised. Staff is typically limited the front registers with no one helping on the sales floor, but if you know what you need thats not a problem.

Ordered online.. went to pick up.. Defective plants, wrung up wrong price. Took 45 minutes, standing in multiple lines multiple times to correct. Dealt with 3 staff, including manager. Not a single, "I'm sorry. " 1st and last time.

This tractor supply store was well stocked and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. There wasn't a long line like you usually find at other stores probably because they were actually running two registers. Good for them!

This is always a great place to shop. Every one of the folks who work there are very friendly and seem to know about everything that they sell. I can always find things that I need here that most of the big box stores do not have. I like this place and the people.

I like this store. Very friendly staff, carries a little bit of everything. Reminded me of a "general store". Doesn't try to carry everything, but just things you'll most likely need around a farm or home day to day. I definitely be back here when I need something.

I have walked out of that place three times empty handed because they do not restock items or do not actually have common "Tractor Supply" products. The place is fine for dog food, toys, housewares and junk etc. You would be lucky to find two hitch pins of the same size in that place! Save time and just go to Agri Supply.

Always a pleasure to shop at Tractor Supply!! This location was no different. We were visiting some friends in the area and needed some supplies. Without being specific, we got everything we needed and were greeted with smikes from the time we walked in to the time we left. Reasonably priced store for all uour farming needs and more!!!

Great Place, feed, seed, tools, some small farm and yard farm hardware. I believe prices should be a little less in line with national and rather more in the district or local area. Seaonal items are sent from national or somewhere instead of what is asked or requested it seems. I have asked on some All Stock feed and I still do not think it has made shelf yet. I am only one person so... They have many customers and some really great deals on small hand tools, wrenches, odds and ends. Lots of Carhartt, boots shirts and gifts. Nice folks, always willing to help me out.

Clean store friendly employees has a vet come once a month for regular animals. The vet is very good.. They have alot of farm and animals and toys for the kids and animals.
