This Lowe's is always super organized and the staff always asks if I need help which is rare. Found what I needed pretty quickly since I'm in here so much I know where to go. The only issues I ever have here are at checkout. Either there's not enough registers open or the self checkout is down or being weird. But even with that the staff does all they can so it doesn't kill the experience. Keep it up!

Worst lumber selection I have ever seen. Not a single thing one of 1/2 treated ply wood, the treated 1x2x8s, or the 1/4in ply wood was usable either split or warped.Went up the road to home depot and everything was in perfect shape, and cheaper.

Lowe’s damaged my floor, wall and pipes installing a new washing machine. Scratched up my new washer and took my old washer. Then told me they can’t replace my new washer until they pick up the new scratched washer?? This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and they will never get my business again. I can not believe how sorry this store has treated us.

Not sure why I'm rating a Lowe's, its a Lowe's, you want things for your home they have it, your garden they have it. But I can speak on employees,they are extremely friendly and if you ask for help they will be glad to help you, unlike Walmart employees turning their backs on you🤣. Most of the check out is self check out though and I know a lot of older people do not like it, but I'm good with checking myself out.

Lol! Lowes is a big name indoor lumber yard that doesn't even carry standard 3/4, 5/8, or 1/2 plywood anymore.If this place is your only option, you better pray you don't have to match any existing construction.

Huge store I can't think of anything you can't find in here that you might need. I would probably be kicked off of Google if I try to list all the things that I found an interesting or that I can use that I found in Lowes. Great store, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. It is very well-organized & easy to find what you're looking for or staff who can assist you. Great merchandise, clean environment & great prices and discounts on clearance all throughout the store. Every holiday or season they tried to have some an event for the family and workers. Cookouts, giveaways, trunk-or-treat, etc. They push these events online and in different stores, to let any and everyone know they are welcome.

Beautiful store, the Christmas display was phenomenal. Had my order ready when I got there. So many helpful employees to answer all my questions. I will be returning. It was well worth my drive.

I’ve shopped several construction stores and Lowe’s has gotten so much better for my business. The pricing is comparable with the other stores. I shop here for the service. Eric helps me with everything and I mean everything. I own a class A construction company and we’re growing and Eric makes sure we have our supplies on time. I hope that at some point Lowe’s will have a store just for Professional contractors. They need a Pro store not just a Pro desk.

On September 15, 2023 I place an order on Lowe’s. Com for a Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator I paid $2805.27 I was given a delivery date for October 3,2023 , Dakota “the store delivery coordinator”contacted me on October 2,2023 and told me the refrigerator wouldn’t be delivered the next day because it’s stuck in transit, he then gave me a delivery date for October 9,2023 Dakota contacted me again and told me the refrigerator was still stuck in transit and gave me a new date for October 15,2023 , Dakota contacted me on October 15, and told me the refrigerator still was in transit , I then asked to speak with his manager , his manager called me back and assured me that the refrigerator was in transit and gave me an extended delivery date for November 4, I received an email November 3, informing me that the refrigerator would be delivered tomorrow, On November 4th I was told by customer service and the Lowe’s store that my order was canceled due to payment issues… I asked how was there an issue when the order was paid in full , they explained after 30days if I haven’t received the order it’s canceled, I then was told the refrigerator had been at the store since October 25, I received no call that the refrigerator was ready to be delivered or there was an issue with the payment , on November 4 after hearing this , I rushed to the store and paid 2805.17, and was given an delivery date for November 6 , I received a call November 5 that said my order will be delivered between 4pm-8pm on November 6, I called the Prince George lowes store at 7:03 pm Missy from customer service assured me my order would be delivered by 8pm and it was on the way, I became very upset and headed to the store at 8:20pm and requested a refund the Manager JUDE said he cannot give me a refund until the refrigerator is back in the store , he said once its back he would refund me and call me , it’s 11pm still no call or refund and most of all no refrigerator this is what you call VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTHING THAT I HAVE SAID WAS GOOD ABOUT THE ORDER I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE SEPTEMBER 15 ,and my delivery window was 4pm-8pm no one prioritize my order or even tried to help the manager attitude was very distasteful and unprofessional to be a manager , IAM CURRENTLY CUTTING UP MY LOWES CREDIT CARD and will never recommend Lowe’s to anyone

We were looking for Christmas decorations. We could not find what we were looking for. We did purchase some lamps. We try to use Lowes because they have actual cashier's. Home Depot has gone to mostly self checkout and I personally don't like that.

Very disappointed. My husband went picked up a washer and dryer set. When he got home we realized they gave us two dryers. We’re an hour from there and we called they couldn’t help us told us we had to come back up and switch it out so we had to reload the second dryer and waited 30 minutes for someone to finally get the washer. Tried to talk to the manager and he just said he was busy and walked away to help someone else. Just very disappointed after spending so much on a washer dryer and not getting what we bought and having to drive 2 extra hours because of their mistake. Will not be returning to this location.

Worst customer service experience I ever had. I asked for help pulling and loading 16 bundles of shingles. Waited out front of the lumber yard for 40 minutes when finally an employee came and asked what I needed again. I tell him the 16 bundle of shingles I purchased. I waited another 10 minutes for him to bring me 13 bundles of the wrong shingles then walk off. I asked the forklift driver that was passing by if they could just pull the pallet so I could easily load the right shingles and he replied to me saying that they have a lot of customers in front of me I’d be better off just getting them myself. So I took the wrong shingles back in, pulled the right shingles, loaded everything by myself right in front of the door while the employees just watched and didn’t say a word to me.

I used to shop exclusively at this Lowe's. It gets worse every visit. Now I'm going through a lot because we decided to get new appliances. Price was great. However, we had an 8-12 time slot for delivery. Kept getting told they are on their way. They are running behind. At 6pm (6 hours after the time slot) I a told they will be here soon. With all my groceries sitting out I get a call after 7 saying they have to reschedule. I took the whole day off. I was told I'd get a call for compensation from the delivery company. No call. With the exception of one manager I spoke to everyone else seems to be incompetent and provided varying pieces of wrong information. I finally get my appliances delivered. All seems well... Until we discover something is wrong with the dishwasher. Samsung sends a tech out. The tech says the installation company Lowe's sourced installed it incorrectly and its considered physically damaged so warranty will not fix. Now I have to wait for the installation company to come out next week to.... do what? Tell me it needs to be swapped out so I'll wait another week?If you want to get appliances through Lowe's just be sure to rent your own truck and hire your own installers.

They never have any carts all carts are taken up by pre order picks that take up multiple isles in the building materials so when you xan find a cart you have to move ten just to get through to load it

I bought a washer and dryer matching set from the PG store Monday & had it delivered today, Wednesday May 17th. It was on sale, 👍 delivered exactly when they said they would, took no time for the guys to take my door off and bring them in, they were very nice and respectful! Thankyou Lowes! GREAT JOB! HAPPY CUSTOMER!

They lost my order for a micwave and disher and a few years ago they gave me these blue cards instead of my cash over 1000 of stuff never delivered to my house i am 75 and not well and lowes is making me stress out had to go to dr for pills to calm me down. Never had high blood pressure but they put me on a liw dose. I pray to god that no one gets treated like this. Can anyone please help sandra petree 19530 oxford la sutherland va 23885. I had to go back three times to get the correct paint. I went in with a sample that I had picked to get a quart. When I got home it was a very different color! I went back, return the paint and tried again. They got the color right, but gave me flant instead of satin... So I had to return the paint again! I finally got the right color and sheen, but what a pain!!
