This place is absolutely wonderful to get your pets groomed at . The groomers go over everything in great detail and they take their time explaining everything that will be done . They are very thorough and my dog looked great when they finished with her . The only problem I had is I do believe they are a little on the pricey side . I understand they have to recoup and profit but I think they are just a bit overpriced. Other than that if I lived in this location prenatal this would definitely be my go to for my dog !

Took my Toby here for his first ever grooming and they turned him from stinky scrappy to a whole fluffy teddy bear. The staff was so super sweet and they even gave me some advise for managing Toby’s coat at home in between appointments. This is my first dog ever so i really feel like i made a great choice taking him here and would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs grooming services. Pricing was so affordable too! The icing on the cake for me though was the puppy report card, too cute!

I took my sweet guy here to be groomed for the first time. The staff were wonderful in every way! They were friendly, explained the services in detail, and they were so flexible with drop off times. So easy to book appointments. You call, they tell you when to drop off and when to pick up. They are always on time and the dogs look and smell good.

Took my cat for nail trim. Today half of his nails didn't get trimmed. If he was figity, I would be more than happy to help hold him still. Just be honest. Don't matter, I'm moving to Florida.

!!!PSA!!! I took my boyfriends dog here to get her a bath and it seemed great lovely front desk ladies,I really thought this was going to be a long term bathing place for me. NO. my dog is flinching at every touch now, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone hit my dog by how a he’s acting. HOW DARE THEY.I entrusted you people with my baby and she comes back traumatized and too scared for me to even pet her.never again. And I’ve ready the previous reviews and I know you’re going to say “ this name isn’t in the system and you’re making this up to bring reviews down” and what I have to say about that is it’s not under MY name and I won’t be giving you my name so you can bad mouth my boyfriend.

Took all 3 of my dogs in, they were great! Finished a little ahead of schedule which was nice but didn't rush me to pick them up early. I love that each dog gets a report card so you know how things went and if they had any concerns. With 3 dogs, the written note helps keep things straight. Will definitely be continuing grooming here.

So I don't trust many people with my dogs. I called and asked a bunch of questions they answered and past my test. They got my three huskies in within the week. That's hard to do! The mom and daughter duo work great together. I normally groom my dogs myself but my back was recently pulled out and the thought of bathing and brushing all three was too much for me to handle. They did better than any of the other groomers have. They are so soft and their coat is looking healthier than ever. They smell so good. The owner used to be a dog trainer so I asked them to reinforce my dogs whining. As a rescue one of my girls have some separation anxiety and if I were to let her whine the whole time it would just increase her anxiety of being there. They said she settled quick and i heard no whinning during the 20 mins pick up process and got the grooming done an hour and half sooner than they originally said. Highly reccomend. I will be back!! Thank you thank you thankyou!!!

My husky, Lady, has been going here every 4 months for 3+ years, since she was a puppy. Lady & (and i) love the staff, and they love Lady.. Shes never hesitant to go in, and sooo well behaved with them. Very relaxed, never nervous. These people are superb at what they do, and are beautiful souls..I had to have her neck trimmed down a tiny bit - for the 1st time - for the underground fence collar, and with it being her first time with trimmers/scissors, she was so trusting and calm. And they did a excellent job blending it PERFECTLY!!! This place is a heaven for my dogs grooming (pampering) :-)

I brought my dog there and noticed the next day, that his cut was not blended well in the face area. I then had to take him to vet ( also the next day) for an ear infection. He had crust around his ear area. And to top it off, one side of his rear was raw to the skin! They either shaved or brushed him too hard on that side. They can say what they want but when I dropped my dog off he was fine. I know my dog just like you know yours! I won’t bring him there ever again! And to think I paid good $ for this!

Started bringing my e babies here after too many cancellations w Aussie Groomer(who's price for 1 dog is as much for 2 of my babies)2 of my babies love Ashley who always greets them, 1 isnt so sure but gives in to Ashley.They've always gotten the grooming I wanted right & Ive only taken them a few times while living in Powhatan searching for a groomer. I wish I'd found this groomer sooner back in Jan isnstead of trying Aussie.

We have been using them for a while now. I purchased one of their cologne sprays for our dog for the “in between” visits. I have been unable to use it because it will not spray. We just took out dog today for a grooming appt and I spoke with someone via the phone who stated to bring it in and they would exchange it. Well needless to say, I was lied to. I sent my daughter to pick up our dog and when she tried to do the exchange she was told they cannot because it has been “opened”. 😒 I consider this bad customer service being that I purchased a defective product from you therefore you should replace it. Buyers beware!

They said my dog was aggressive but he’s not. What I did find when I got home was that my dog has a blood shot eye that he did not have when I dropped him off that morning. He was only there a couple hours so I’m not sure what happened to my baby!
