Hailey (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) is an amazing associate!We went to the Bluefield WV location at 9 am today but the store manager made it extremely obvious that he wasn't interested in our business! He said there was no delivery but "maybe the $500 shipping fee would be worth it to us"... We were buying a riding mower, safe, and a few other kind of pricey items. The Bluefield location and the Pounding Mill location are about the same distance from our home so we decided to go to a different location. Hailey has an old soul! She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get exactly what we wanted AND GET IT DELIVERED!She displayed the best customer service I've seen (she is super young too!! ) in YEARS!When we need something from tractor supply, we'll be going back to that location and looking for Hailey because she is genuinely amazing!!!

There is this one particular girl that works there every time you ask for propane she will lie and say we are out or give you another excuse so they don't have to mess with it. That's there job.do it or work somewhere else. Every time you go in she's doing nothing but on her cell phone.

It was wonderful..best cashier ever..however,there was one weird guy that was peeking his head around from the isle looking me at and it freakes me out but I quickly learned that he was trying to be incognito to see if I was maybe taking something.. It is such a good thing for The employees and owner to watch their customers because theft has a part to play in the cost of items rising ...However he needs to be a little less creepy or actually learn how to be incognito

Love this place and love they not only allow my service dog but regular dogs as well and treat them all the same. They are wonderful down to earth good home grown people. If only other stores was this way my PTSD might not come out as much. Thanks for treating me so great

I love shopping here. Easy to find anything you need. Pleasant workers. They are helpful if you need assistance. I also love going here to shop because it's convenient to the Dollar Tree next door. I love shopping there as well.

The basics when it comes to farm supplies but the store is always neat and tidy and as a plus the folks that work there not only know what they are talking about they are actually super nice too! Check it out! Parking is plentiful although sometimes the lots a little rough with potholes and all but that's not the stores fault! Right off 460 next to Wal-Mart!

Went in to see if I could get my excide batteries warrantied. So I ask the cashier if they would warranty them as two commercial truck batteries are heavy. He asks the manager outside and he apparently says yes so I go get the batteries out of my car bring them in. I get the pleasure of going to look for the size battery I need. To my surprise I find they have switched brands to Traveller which is their brand and have no idea who makes it. All they were interested in was doing a return when I need batteries. To top it all off you call corporate customer service to vent the frustration of being lied too and an hour later you hang up from being on hold. I suspect there is a good reason this store has a high employee turnover because the less than charming manager seems to of ran off every employee who has a clue what is going on. He certainly doesn't have a clue and my truck is still broke down. I'll never step foot in that store again and I suspect I'll never step foot in another Tractor Supply after this.

Levi is a great guy!!! He went out of his way to make sure I had the right trailer wheel/tire combo after I couldn't find it. Searched in the back and even opened a pallet for me. Honest, knowledgable, and all around good guy/hard worker. Thanks for the help!

The Tractor Supply in Claypool Hill/ Pounding Mill Virginia is an absolutely great store to shop. From being greeted as I walk through the door to being offered help finding what I was looking for, to the small talk and thank you come again. That was after they helped me to sign up for their rewards program. The people who work at this tractor supply have definitely learned customer assistance and service , as they make you feel welcomed into if their store

We bought 2 baby ducks last year for Easter and bought 2 baby ducks this year for Easter from Tractor Supply in Pounding Mill and they are still alive and well. They make beautiful animals and wonderful pets and if both are girl ducks then they lay eggs and you can eat them. I'm very, very pleased with buying baby ducks at Tractor Supply!!!

Prices too high and was hoping they would allow the small children to hold the chicks or at least touch them planning to buy but couldn't find out if they we're afraid to take care of them

I like this store, but I'm not happy that their scratch feed has gone up $3.50 a bag since the last time I bought it a month ago. I will be going elsewhere for this from now on.
