I’ve been eating at Pizza Plus for years now. Not the biggest fan of their pizza but their subs were always great. I ordered a barbecue chicken sub online, once I got home with it and unwrapped it it looked like a completely different sandwich. They usually use a fresh baked dough for their sandwiches yet this was made with what tasted and looked like store bought sub rolls but definitely expired as it had an awful yeasty taste to it. Called to ask if they changed their recipe or maybe made a simple mistake, instead I just got made out to be a liar with no apology or any means to fix it. Pretty disappointing to pay $10 for something I couldn’t even eat.

If it was possible to leave less than 1 star I would have I put in an online order at around 11 and was called and told no delivery driver till 3 so I canceled the order I put in yet another at 3:30 and was once again called and told the driver was there but no one else was till 5 no one should have to wait 6 hours for 1 order and a small order at that I always have problems out of this location and I'm done

Just recently moved back to Pound, the 3 online orders I've placed has been messed up each time. Last night I was just done and returned the food untouched and asked for a refund. Couldn't do a refund,but offered to remake it, but in all fairness I lost faith in their food and just done. The manager allowed me to leave the credit in a family members names so they could get food with it instead.

Service was terrible, selection on buffet was the worse I have ever saw at a pizza plus. Staff didn't care about customers. Staff would bring out one miserable pizza to feed 12 people, and would not bring another out for several minutes. Will not be going back anytime soon. Would give no stars but cant.

First time eating here and it was great. Wonderful salad bar and pizza. Friendly service and very clean. Literally the cleanest public restroom I have ever seen .

Ordered 2 kids cups and received 2 adult cupsAfter a spill, I then got a kids cup.Ordered 1 speciality pizza pan and 1 thin crust pizza.Both came out pan,Had to repeat my specialty pizza order 4 times.Waitress was not rude or mean in anyway, just need to listen better and when u write the drink and food order down. Serve what is asked for.

Place was dirty and sticky. Staff was extremely unhelpful. Manager/owner (Older lady) was the rudest human I have ever met. Place was awful from the parking lot to the table - recomend arby's before this place

Pizza & ice cream is delicious... Check your salad before eating it... They claim total ignorance of their WiFi password however a customer came through an hour later and knows what it is but they are clueless...? Yep?

Worst pizza ever. Idk what all these people are talking about. It isn't even decent pizza . Half the time I swear the crust has to be left over from the day before. Jakie is greedy with toppings. Not enough sauce or cheese. You can still see the crust in the middle of the pizza. Would never recommend to anyone. I drive to wise to get pizza and I can throw a rock and hit pizza plus from my house if that tells you anything .
