Needed some simple cans of gloss and semi gloss clear coat in a spray can and nobody has keys for the cases and nobody knows WHO has the keys. Such a waste of time at this store. Walmart used to be my go to quick shopping. Not so much now a days.

Purchased today Band of Brothers DVD set of 6. Got home and opened it up excited to watch the show. Only to find that it had only two spots for DVD and it was empty. COMPLETELY FREAKING EMPTY! Unacceptable, I should have known something was up when it felt light and the wrapping was loose yet sealed. Never again am I shopping at this horrendous store no matter the location. Will be returning to get MY MONEY back. Beware of this store!

If you are disabled and do not have a scooter of your own, do not shop here. People steal their scooters and I don't know why walmart doesn't invest in the locking carts in low income areas like foodlion does. Also no one cares about handicap parking and will block your ability to park with space to get in and out for those who truly need it. Also if you need the space to drop your ramp from your vehicle, don't shop here. Other customers don't care and park in the ramp spaces. The picture I posted is one of 5 cars. If someone needed to use a ramp from their van, they cant.

New management needed asap. Grocery pickup is a complete joke. You can sit there for 30 minutes and not see one worker come out. People leaving after not getting their groceries because they are tired of waiting. Some revamping definitely needs to be done in this department.

This store just sucks in every way! They can't even bring the grocery carts back into the store anymore for people to use. The last three times I had to find a cart in the parking lot and to find one that actually rolls is another issue of course. Store is filthy disorganized and poorly stocked. Prices going up and quality going way down very quickly. The only reason I even go to this store anymore is for pet food! KROGER RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FOR EVERYTHING ELSE FROM NOW ON!!!

Went to get degreaser with my husband. Hadn’t been to this location in months. Seemed fine. Didn’t have any problems finding what we needed. It was kinda busy but nothing unusual for a Walmart on a Sunday.

Walmart pickup here is not organized. I waited an hour and 30 minutes for my things. On my phone it clearly has me confirmed but the worker told me I was not checked in. I do not recommend anyone to come to this Walmart pickup. I don’t know if there computer system doesn’t work but this wait time is ridiculous.

This walmart is always always always out of shopping carts. I guess they no longer have someone bringing the carts back?Even then, there's only a handful of carts in the parking lot. I've had to skip grocery shopping here as I have nothing to put groceries in.I guess they don't want customers buying more than what they can physically carry in their arms.

I have been going by the bakery at various times for the last 2 weeks to try and order my daughters birthday cake. Today I went by and AGAIN there was no1 there! So I tried to place an order on the ap, since we at this time, had to settle for a regular cake and wanted to customize it. After I put all the details, it told me that I had to place 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE!!!! I am so pissed!!! If any1 was ever there, I'd have been able to get her cake!!! You people need to find some1 who can do their damn job!!! I will never recommend this bakery to ANY1 EVER!!!

It is a Walmart that is in Midtown Portsmouth. I avoid going in the night because I have seen A customer waving a gun. It is regularly patrolled, but Portsmouth is not a safe place. During the day, I have not encountered any problems. The Pharmacy is excellent, and stock generally has what you are looking for. Finally, I like their pick up service. Prices are great.

Walmart has removed all its safety measures in all its stores. This really discusses me when we have so many consumers who are still at risk in their store. There are other establishment who still provide hand sanitizer and wipes for safety for safety measures to their customers.and Walmart make too much money to be so cheap to their customers!!!!!! Walmart, how important are your customers to you?

I have visited this store three times and I am surprised that they do not have enough shopping carts for their customers. It's not that there are many customers in the store, it's that they don't have enough for a few customers. It's very disappointing to see that in a Walmart store. Especially because I lived in Rogers Arkansas, which is where its headquarters is located and where Walmart was born.

The 5 stars are mainly for Stephanie, the AP Coach there, who was willing to help me exchange a defective computer shortly after purchase within minutes I had returned to get an exchange. The staffs at the front door told me to comeback the next day. So, I asked for a manager and I am so glad Stephanie took me seriously and assisted me in obtaining a new pc for work. In short, she was patient and was caring and professional. I just want to say thank you again for her help. She is a real asset to this Wal-Mart!

This Walmart has next to nothing on their shelves. The employees are very rude and management doesn't care about the shoppers. It seems like they are just there to get a paycheck instead of helping and welcoming shoppers. I don't like this Walmart at all. I'd rather go to another Walmart and do my shopping.

It's much easier dealing with this place when ordering online for pickup because parking to go inside is a hassle sometimes especially around the holidays. Just make sure to review the order because they send notifications about substitutions if an item is not in stocked and this can be a pain if its not desired.

Did and online order at noon. Said it would be ready 5-6. Gotna text at 4:50 it would be ready. Got here at 5pm on the dot and checked in to slot 8. After 45mins of waiting I called and theysaid I wasn't checked in.i don't believe that .they said only 3 and 6 are checked in yet 1,2,3,6,7,8 are all full and waiting since I got here. I will not be returning because this isn't the first time they have done this. Online ordered maybe 4years ago and same thing.

Went to do a pickup order and they took so long I canceled my order. I was the third car to pull off, without receiving service. They had someone else’s order sitting out when I pulled up and it was still sitting out there when I pulled off. There was two men, who basically look the same, walking back and forth on the inside hella slow. Another young man came outside to get my name for my order and that was 10 minutes into waiting. I basically sat outside for 40 minutes with other groceries in my car THAWING THEY get were taking so long. I do not recommended shopping pickup for this store. They do not have it together

Early mornings are fine. The door people and check out monitors are fine. The floor workers are often hard to find. Their attitudes vary considerably. Can never find things and prices are inconsistent
