It NEVER FAILS!!! I've yet to do an on-line order and somethings missing! & so many substitutions. If you don't note "NO SUBSTITUTIONS " before you place your order or correct it when they notify there's Substitutions, you will receive different items.I tipped my grocery packer for the very first time @ pick up because this young lady was the FIRST EVER To place my groceries in my vehicle and not just THROW THEM INTO MY CAR! I've sat and watched these young guys snatch ppls grocery bags and literally THROW THEM into the trunks of cars.I've had cases of water busted,bag of sugar ripped open and items not even in bags after getting home from store pickup!It really makes me angry!

I've found walmart's grocery pickup to be the best out of all that I've tried. They are great at communicating unavailable items and allows you time to choose something else or just skip that item all together. I love that I can add things after I've placed an order (up until a certain time). The staff are always friendly and respectful.

Ordering is great, but waiting for your stuff at curbside is a nightmare! Takes a while and I minimum stuff, but so many people ordered online it took forever to get my couple of items.

It was not a great experience, but I know this is not normal. Usually, the process is super smooth and quick.I believe they were poorly managed on this day. It was a mess!

Placed my order for pickup and was told my order would be ready later that day. Then got a message that the order had been delayed. Next afternoon got message it was ready. Drove to store, pulled into pickup area and called the posted number to check in. 30 minutes later I still didn't have my order. Called again; was told it would be out soon. 10 minutes later an employee stopped at my car without my order. Told her I needed to pick up an order across the street at Kroger and would return for my order. 15 minutes later I was back at Walmart and called to check in again. Was told my order was inside at the "tower", but they would retrieve it and bring it out. Another 15 or 20 minutes later I finally got my order. I will think twice before using their pickup service again.

I didn't get am that I needed. Replacements were not an issue tho... However, I got pumpkins to carve... One had a nasty soft, stinky rotten spot before I was able to get home... ( Not even 10 mins away) and the salad bag I got was already slimy and nasty looking! They need to pay more attention. I have had good days here.... Yet, the several bad waist money for sure!

I usually have no issues, but last week I placed an order and was told it was going to be delayed, I was okay with that and waited 2 hours, but then was notified at 8:20pm that my order was ready. Went up there to be told they were closed and I would need to get my food tomorrow. I put in a complaint to the store manager and through the apps chat line, still have not heard from the grocery manager. I did go pick up my order the next day and was missing items, and had issues with my app not letting me check in after the fiasco of the night before.

The worst waiting time ever... Ordered to be picked up from 4pm-5pm. Order delay message at 4:05 okay. Not a big deal... Says prefer was ready maybe around 5:30... I go... Didn't get the order and back home till after 7:45 it was lie after lie when I called and even the 3x they came to my car for an update!

Waited outside for 45 to 50 minutes and no one ever even came to the door so we had to cancel and wasted all that time we could have been making money someplace else thanks Walmart

I love being able to order my groceries and have them delivered or picking them up! It's so convenient, even before the pandemic I was an avid user. This last time there was a lil mix up and I tried to call the store to correct it. Unfortunately, no one was answering so...🤷🏾‍♀️. That's a store issue though. The actual online grocery service itself is awesome.

First let me tell you the lady who came to talk to me was very nice and went in to see if they were still on the shelf.... but....My order says to be picked up my Nov. 18 .. I came on the 16th and am told that they were reshopped yesterday and I need to call 1800 Walmart.. they ended up having the toy but had to sub out my storage containers

5pm on a Wednesday for pick up is a hot wait for 30 mins. 1 guy was working, poor guy. Also if you have a decent system they give you the stink eye. Its fredrick walmart, I dont expect much.

I honestly don't know how I lived without this. Quick, friendly, easy and literally life changing. I can stick to my grocery budget by buying online and not giving into temptation at the store and I don't have to deal with the hassle of grumpy kids! I've been using the service for well over a year and I've never had any issue.

I plan to continue using this service. It's very easy and convenient. You just have to keep an eye out for substitutions and make the change (as soon as you see it) if you don't want the item they selected as a replacement.

I like so much better than going in. Sometimes they forget something and you have to remind them and cone back and pu. Sometimes they don't pick the best produce, but these are minute.
