This place should be embarrassed people think so negatively about them. They never have prescriptions ready on time or in a timely fashion. Some of the prescriptions have been wrong not only the quantity, but what is in them and their pharmacy staff is extremely rude. They don’t put you on hold they hang up on you and when you talk to them in person, they have an attitude, I work for a medical facility and when we call inpatient prescriptions or send them with the prescription they come back and say Walgreens said this or did that when it never should have been a situation at all, they can’t follow directions on a prescription and when you call them out on it, they can’t accept the blame and acknowledge that. Yeah sorry we messed up , I’m absolutely done with this pharmacy. Good luck if you continue to use them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This it’s the worst pharmacy that exists. They are so inept that taking a simple prescription over the phone is beyond their capabilities. 6 hours and waiting for a prescription to be filled is beyond ridiculous. This is what you get when you hire individuals with a free education!

I now see why the rating is so poor. I’m sure it all stems from the Pharmacy. That is the most unprofessional and unorganized group I’ve seen in a while. Most people don’t visit pharmacies because they want to buy rather as a need usually an immediate one!! They should act as such or simply get another job/ profession.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY AND DRIVE THRU!!! Waited online for 40 mins to be told they put my meds back on the 6th but I got a vm saying I had until the 11th to pick it up! Just terrible pharmacy.

Not worth even one star! I went to the drive thru, and was the only car there. Two female employees were in the window chatting among themselves. I waited ten minutes to be acknowledged; but they continued talking and laughing. Finally, I just drove off!

Absolutely awful experience. We scheduled vaccine appointments for 5 p.m. for me and my husband. We arrived early, as instructed by our text confirmation. First, the lady checking us in complained about giving us a vaccine and said she was so tired that she might have to vaccinate us with one eye closed because she was so exhausted. Then she called her coworkers cowardly for being squeamish about giving vaccines. Then, the pharmacist called us up to fill out paperwork that we had already completed. He wanted the same paperwork filled out for each shot we were getting. When he gave us this packet of paperwork, he grumpily told us that he didn't want us to think our shots would be anytime soon. He repeated that we were in for a long, long wait. I wanted to leave, but my husband believes we should honor our appointments. I'm typing this after waiting over an hour past our original appointment time. Never go here. We usually get our vaccines elsewhere, but we tried Walgreens this time. Walgreens was excellent at making me feel like the biggest inconvenience who ever walked the earth. Like my existence was the worst thing in this world. It's fitting that they abandoned their slogan: “At the corner of happy and healthy.” A more fitting motto would be: "At the corner of we wish you'd go away."

Unfortunately this is the lowest rating I could give. One person working the pharmacy and answering the telephone. I started coming here because Rite Aid was like this, I guess Walgreens will be filing bankruptcy next. Terrible customer service.

Very Rude, nasty and impatient when calling into pharmacy. Customer service starts when you answer the phones. Very disappointed with the lady who spoke on the phone, the tone and her rushing me off the phone as I heard the pharmacist yelling out words to her in the background.

Terrible customer service for the pharmacy. They fought with me multiple times when all I wanted to do was give them my insurance card. Unfortunately, my insurance is forcing me to use Walgreens (but that’s another story). I was told that my RXs would be ready at a certain time, they were not. When I spoke with the. In the phone I was told that one wouldn’t be available. A second RX was missing, and when I asked, I was told they didn’t have the generic, the brand would cost more, and insurance wouldn’t pay. I offered to pay out of pocket, then the story changed to they didn’t have enough to fill the prescription at all. I’m a new customer, and that will be the one and only time I deal with Walgreens.

Registered 3 children for vaccine appointments beginning at 9:30. When we arrived, there were no other customers in the pharmacy, so we felt relatively optimistic. We then waited over 30 minutes just to receive the first consent form. It was 10:36 before we were finally called back. I don't see the point of offering appointments if they're not going to be honored. It's the second time we've had this experience because all other area pharmacies are booked through December! Ridiculous.

Edit:I am now changing this to a four-star review. It would have been five, but given that I came here to write a negative review in the first place, I'll give it a four.Ryan, the overall store manager, is extremely professional and handled a really tough situation very well. After being shuffled between stores just to get my prescriptions, I had the unpleasant encounter of interacting with the girl in the pharmacy who has peircings all in her face. At that point I was just angry and frustrated and wanted my prescriptions, and thankfully Ryan got them within 5 minutes for me and explained the situation. I can see why he was chosen for his role and I really appreciated his help._______________________Maybe Corporate needs to get a reality check here. You ever notice how a business is run poorly from up above and the minion workers get the brunt of the work and complaints from customers? Of course you've noticed. That's the new norm for America.Walgreens was closed today due to staffing issues. I've been waiting for days to get my migraine injections and I need to pick up other rx's as well.Wake up corporate. Start paying better and hiring appropriately. Do better.

18 min wait in drive thru with only 1 car at the other window. Then the more recent arrival was helped first!I would have gone in by now if I had known was going to take this long for 1 pick up.

The worst customer service ever. I'm convinced they look for people with the worst attitudes to hire for the pharmacy.. They need to hire people that actually likes doing their job. They don't pick up the phone and when they do you are going on hold or they may even hang up on you smh.

Costumer service at the pharmacy is terrible, I came just to get a flu shot, I was told to get a schedule online and I did, when I came back I was told at the window to fall in line and I did. At the counter when it's my time to get a flu shot, the lady went at the back and maybe talk to someone after 5 or 6 minutes arguing with the guy at the back she came back to me telling me that my tricare insurance was down and they can't give me a flu shot. I waited 30 mins in line. They should have ask me what insurance I have since they already knew that tricare is down. Terrible pharmacy.

I consider this my pharmacy. Yes they get so busy that they will leave you on hold for some time. Yes there can be several cars filling both drive thru lines. I've even gotten someone else's medicine before. But they are working their hardest to get their customers help with a smile and are always kind.

This is literally the WORST place to pick up any prescriptions. Not all Walgreens, just THIS location. They don’t care to help out or answer the phones. They put you on hold forever then will answer (finally) and hang up. You walk in there and lines super long. They don’t care at all about customer service. They refuse to look up your account correctly causing you to have to go through that whole experience all over again simply because of THEI mistake.

We were visiting from another state for holidays .. had to have emergency meds called into the pharmacy... Upon our arrival at 6 pm .. there was a line 8 people deep . Every person in that line that made it to the counter was told meds were not ready and had to wait.. there was a line at the drive thru that was wrapped around the building twice.. I now remember why I did not like getting my meds filled here ... There has to be a better way and more effective way to assist the customer so that they are not waiting for hours for meds or refills that had been called in that morning ...

Worst place to pick up prescriptions. When I pulled up one lane was closed and there were 3 cars in front of me. 45 MINUTES LATER, 2 cars are in front of me, 2 cars behind me and 3 cars in the closed lane. I can't even get out. Hopefully by the time someone reads this review I might be out but then again I might still be stuck in the drive through. Send help and some ice water.

They are always under staffed. The people that are working don't try to move fast at all. I sat in the drive thru for a prescription or inside and would wait 15-30mins just for them to take care of 1 person. This is why the drive thru is long all the time. I call in a prescription refill and they will say it will be ready in 2 hours but really it takes them 4 hours or I have to sit there and wait for them to fill it because no one started on it. There is 2 pharmacies right beside this one that is twice as fast with less people. Explain me how is that possible? Do yourself a favor and just go to the other ones

Find another pharmacy. The customer service here has sank to a level requiring shovels to find. They have filled my script wrong, twice. Drive through customers take priority over people standing in line inside. Don't waste your time here. Rite Aide, across the street, will meet your needs in half the time.

Strictly pharmacy - My doctor called at noon, they didn’t have anything ready or said they never heard from my doctor but it was on their answering machine they found it after I told them. At 7 pm so 7 hours passed didn’t even listen to the voicemail bc they don’t answer the phone. I’m not a Karen but i had to be with them bc it always something. Their pharmacy is the worst customer service I have dealt with and it’s so unprofessional who ever manages that area. The rest of the store is amazing customer service.

I would give this store a zero rating if it were possible!! Where do I start? The staff in labcorp are the absolute worst people to deal with!! Very unprofessional and not friendly at all. They act as if they hate their jobs! I’m so glad that I don’t have to deal with them anymore. Next time, I will definitely take my business elsewhere where it’s more appreciated!

Absolutely horrible. The employees are nice and respectful but they need help… BAD. If you go anytime after 11 am, it’s going to be 30+ min wait. Anytime after 3pm and you can pretty much wrap it up. If I could switch I would smh.

The worst customer service. The store was not busy at all maybe one customer. When I asked for an item I stated what it was for, instead of helping me find it the associate says idk. So I ask is anyone else there and the associate stated yes but my manager is busy. Smh

Don’t even bother with the pharmacy here. It took two visits and several phone calls before they told me they called my insurance, who said I was no longer covered. When *I* called my insurance, they said the pharmacy never even ran my info! Nor did they make any call to verify anything. I went without my medicine for days just to learn this pharmacy is absolutely incompetent.

Haley was absolutely 👏 🙀. Everytime I come to this location she goes above and beyond to help customers and is always courteous and polite.She really helped me out today with my photography order and I couldn't be more grateful.I offered her a job and she politely declined.Can you say loyalty!GIVE HALEY A RAISE !!!!!!

This store is the worst by far, the pharmacy is slow and the customer service is terrible. Medicine is Never ready when promised, even when you get a call that is is ready.. so frustrating
