This is the worst NEX in the Hampton-roads area. I visited the card shop to purchase a B-day card for my son, the cards are not organized by the correct category and the workers are lounging in the lounge. No one is policing the shelves, which are always bare! The selection is limited and the customer service is weak. It's close to the job, which is the only reason I patronize the store.

No hours on the door for the barbershop. Apparently thebarbershop is no longer open on weekends. Poor customer service.

This NEX is like a box of chocolate. You never know what you're going to get. It has been nice seeing this NEX get some hard to find drinks

I love Scott center Navy exchange, however, it would be so much better if the garden shop was still there. I miss getting the mulch, grass seed, flowers and the most beautiful local hanging baskets and containers.. lawn mowers and shovels and rakes are so needed there. It seems the exchange and commissary merge could do better if they would have the necessities to maintain their property. Please construction reopening the garden shop at Scott center.

Despite being small, this exchange has quite a bit to offer.The selection of electronics, clothing, beauty, and cooking supplies is nice.The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Barely any service. Barbershop is closed on Sundays. If there is any service at all at the barber, the door is closed. I guess is to keep customers away.

I bought nintendo hyrule age of calamity nintendo switch, around 6pm. When i went home , i found out that the box was empty. The following morning i returned the box. And explained what happened. They gave me a new one. Thank you Nex portsmouth. I love shopping in this area. I always come once a week.

Came here at 1155, waited for 30 min no one showed up. I called all phone numbers no response. This is not the 1st time, every time I come here I had to wait or go find someone to help

Waited in line for 2hrs for ps5 release they open store and let 80+ people in and formed line in store. 20 min later they say sorry we only have 5 units. Terribly sad treatment of sailors who worked all night, 12year old dependents with veteran grandmas who waited and got there hopes up. Very poor managmemt.

Go here alot because it's close to home. Does not have as much as Norfolk NEX. Usually find what I am looking for. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
