Do not purchase food product from this family dollar. They do not change or rotate their food properly. Just brought milk last night and notice it was 2 weeks old. Ketchup I brought was brown almost bbq sauce.

It doesn't make any sense that the workers in this store do what ever they want to. To many times I along with other patrons who goes to the store that suppose to close at 9PM. But closes at 8:40 or 8:45. The store do be clean and it's great customer service. But they shouldn't be able to close whenever they want to. One 1 occasion I was in the store shopping. Nobody came over the PA system and said they were closing the store or anything. It was 8:36 PM, I get up front to check out and the cashier asked me where did I come from? Why am I in here the store is closed. And got upset like it was my fault that nobody announced that the store was closing. Or even checked to see if anyone was in the store shopping.

Went to family dollar on high st before my doctor's appointment to pick up a few things. The young lady at the front register was so nasty, I mean nasty. She huffed and puffed as if I was bothering her. I remained cool and I ask for a refund of some pills that ring up wrong. She was bothered by that. Smh. I kindly got in my car and went to my appointment. I called back to get her name is I call corporate. I guessing she needs time off and has been working too hard. She wasn't happy about me calling back a d I think she is the person calling my number privately. Are the cameras audio? I will not tolerate no one trying to intimidate me. I tried calling the corporate office and will try again once I leave my appointment.

UPDATE: 8:28a. Store still CLOSED🤦🏽‍♀️This store is RIDICULOUS. THE CURRENT MG is absolute 🗑. It's 8:10am WHY IS THE STORE STILL CLOSED?! WITH EMPLOYEES INSIDE?! WHERE ARE YOU SIR?

They looked a little racist. Im not sure. I ont be going there again. They look like raciats .white folk lied and told me the store closes at 10pm when it clearly closes at 10pm. Im not sure why. It clearly said it was open. I wont be going there again

There is an older Cashier at this place that makes it her business to attempt to harrass all whom she deems unworthy of shopping at this location. She is rude and nasty not to mention the fact that she has no people skills. If anyone knows how to get in touch with corporate I suggest that they do because she is a bad face for the business.

Always ample parking. A little gritty inside and out. Just the other day I was thinking it is likely one of Family Dollar's neglected stores. Employees are always working, busy, pleasant. Prices are ok; standard FD pricing.

I love going to this location because thee Customer service Representatives are so-o-o Awesome & Caring about my needs. Shelves are stocked well!! Customers are made to feel Special😀

Had a return of 2 pairs of readers in original packaging, total cost $12.72 on my receipt supervisor bungled the return with the inept cashier, I was told they are now on sale so received $9.54 refund, they kept my $3.18, even though my receipt clearly showed 2 days ago paid full price, and said that was that. Don't shop here.

Csshiers were notvthe best in the World but the store was clean and layed oit fairly well. Not as good as the one i usually go to but for some reason that store was closed today.

They do not have sufficient size bags for larger items. I almost lost my pillow because of this. Had it not been for a concerned citizen, someone other than myself would have been sleeping on my pillow.
