The store is always a little crowded with stock. The staff are helpful and polite although customers are not. They could use some more help it appears. I will keep visiting on occasion.

The WORST Family Dollar I have ever been to. Employees are RUDE, store is nasty.. manager is never in the store. I’ve tried 4 times in the past 2 weeks to go in just for 2 things because it’s convenient and close to me.. DOORS LOCKED and a sign on the door they are temporarily closed!! It’s a business why would they close in the middle of their usual store hours?!

Employee inconveniently closes store in the middle of the day(when I first came it was 3pm) with a sign stating the store will reopen at 4:30pm only for patrons to return at suggested time and store still not open! Very unprofessional store needs new management and new employees this is a constant issue. One million plus thumbs down!!!

It was great. I'm happy to even be able to go in there and buy what i need and the staff has always been good. Even though i had to wear a mask it still beats the stores being closed.

Our Walgreens is pretty awesome the people that work there are very friendly they usually have what I'm looking for and so much more I love shopping their holiday clearances only problem I really have with our Walgreens is there security problems you can tell they're getting robbed right and left and worst of all is the Moochers outside

Good variety of merchandise. Could have gotten the fifth star, but you know how one ruins it for everyone else. Very rude and argumentative associate. Biggest problem for me is they keep a crowd of persons loitering outside, panhandling. I'm tired of explaining why I have not the time nor money for those who choose this as a way of living to support their habits.

A supervisor name savonne that work at family dollar at 3116 high street Portsmouth Virginia 23707 she started with my mom first she try to accuse my son which is 8 year old and a special needs children of stealing some chips which he didn't because my mom told him to put the chips back because I'm going to tell your mom come in here and pay for the chips off here debit card I was there when this happened so I came back in there after I took my son too the hospital and pay for the chips and I told her I was going to call corporate on her last month of October 30, 2018 I told my mom to go to family dollar Saturday Nov 17,2018 to get me some tissue my mom went to get the correct tissue for 5.00 because the employee told my mom too go get the correct tissue and when she did that savonne told my mom you are crazy and my mom didn't say nothing to her and that yes was going to call the police on my mom and told my mom leave my store and don't come back i call up there Saturday at around 8p.m. Saturday the savonne got nasty with me on the phone I ask her what was her name again and she Said why you asking me all them question I told her I'm customer and that you don't talk to me like that so I told her I will be up there too the store to report her tomorrow

False advertising. Claiming they don't do Instacart,when the app clearly states that they do. Manager wasted not only my time,but the Instacart driver's as well

Almost every time I go to the store it seems like it's only one register open, the lines be extremely long so please hire some more people so both register can be open more often

Messy place,at least they have some of what your looking for, but what can you expect from a store who isn't open past 5pm alot of nights anyway.
