My wife and I have had protector 2 series whole house water filter system, and it has made life so much more comfortable. Our eyes don't sting after getting out of the shower, and our skin doesn't feel dry a few minutes later. Washing dishes is uses less soap than before, and there are no limescale spots on glasses. PLEASE GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! I wish i can do NO stars!!! East Coast Water Quality Inc. does NOT stand by their equipment and their faulty equipment will have you constantly having to pay for repairs. If you choose not to pay for the extra repairs its no big deal to East Coast water quality inc. because you are obligated to pay the financing company. The most current example (of many) is the machine was leaking in our garage. We called them to see about getting it fixed. The representative advised us inorder for them to come out they will have to charge us $100 per hour for them to come out to see what the issue is. It was almost time for the yearly visit which is going to be another $275 for maintenance so we waited. When the man gets here and he sees whats wrong with the equipment. THIS time its the bypass thats causing the leak. He goes to the truck and brings back a box with the actual bypass to replace the PART (which is "covered under the warranty") but he said Andrew said we have to pay and additional $30. We have had this machine for the last 6 years and every year its something else. Our machine has been broke more then its worked. At this point we are completely over it. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. If their are some more places to put this post to save other people please let me know. Also how to get from under this financing. Any lawyers have a solution?

Thought it was a smart investment. The salesman came and tested my water and persuaded me into thinking I was making a smart investment and would have clean and healthy water. Big mistake! Don't get me wrong it's nice having good quality water. Not only is the financing company charging me thousands of dollars more than the salesman told me it would be, but the services that the company said came with the deal has not been upheld. If I could have a second chance I would not purchase their services.

Larry the water guy was great! He answered all our questions and ensured we got all the promotions we were promised even though they were sent to me and I didn't realize! Really appreciate being able to drink my water without having to worry about getting new filters! Would definitely recommend.

My water feels great, I've had it about 4 months how to save us a lot of money by not having to buy a water bottles all the time Larry came back and checked out water and the water is still great quality. He's a very friendly guy and knows about the system and make sure to inform me that I needed to add more salt to my tank

Scam. Do not instal their overpriced unit. Pretty sure my water quality is just fine. Once I saw the monthly interest was essentially $75 additionally I knew I had to pay it off. Unit just broke and about to see what they are going to put me through to fix. Please avoid them at all costs.

I was skeptical of this at first but my wife talked me into this. It really is amazing investment. The water has a way better taste and smell. Washing has gotten better with the softer installation. I have since stopped buying water from the store. I highly recommend this.

At first I didn’t want to get the system but now that we have it I am so glad that we said yes. Cleaning has been so much easier. My skin is so much softer with reverse osmosis. The installation was very easy, they talked us through it as they were installing it. It was very knowledgeable.

“When Marcus arrived at our door we were already set on not getting sold on the water system. After seeing what we spend monthly for dirty water. And how much we would spend yearly and monthly for cleaner water. We began to consider it! They were willing to work with us and our personal circumstances. Not only that! They have any cleaning supplies you use! When my husband and I put our head together we realized it’s a great investment for our new home!”This review was literally made the same day we signed the contract. It was a deal so we would only have to pay $60 a month. HAHA jokes on us huh? They LIED throughout the whole process. Come to find out the placed a lien on our house. I’ve complained to better Business Bureau! We want them to simply come get their equipment and tell people the truth!

I am so impressed with this water system! Mike C was awesome at demonstrating the testing and talking through my options. And so on top of it, they sent Matt out the same day to install! Top notch service, the water quality is amazing. It tastes great, no smell, and it's so soft that I wash my hands with it too. So glad to have made this purchase!

I love the showers the most!!! I can tell the difference on my skin! The water is much softer. And is getting my skin to feel softer as well. I can also taste the difference in the ice as I am a huge ice eater. I love it and couldn’t be happier with my happier with my decision! 1000/10

We are very happy with our new water system! The sales representative was very nice. Our son had really bad eczema and since we changed our water system his skin has gotten so much better. We absolutely love our water system!!! East Coast Water Quality has been very professional and helpful along this journey. My skin is no longer dry and irritated. As soon as I moved into this house I noticed my hair getting brittle as well as changing colors. 5 stars goes to our new water system. Both the technician and installation guy was amazing, super friendly and so sweet with our dog! He worked with us financially, too. The whole team has been super professional and down to earth. And of course, the soft water is a game changer. We just moved to the area and bought a new construction home so soft water was a wise investment to take care of our new house! We live in Currituck County, N.C. We had a water treatment system with East Coast Water Quality installed 2 weeks ago. It has made an amazing change in our well water. We previously had a Culligan system which was not really helping. We now have pure water to drink from our reverse osmosis system and taking a shower & washing clothes is much improved. We don't have the sulfur smell anymore and no iron stains on fixtures and in our clothes. We highly recommend East Coast Water Quality! The customer service was excellent. Matt explained everything thoroughly. Five Stars on everything!

This company is fantastic!! Our tech has been great, really informative and professional. The water has been amazing. We just got our Westinghouse July 2018 and we noticed the difference immediately. Absolutely wonderful on our skin and hair. We drink more water now. We use less products so we save more money. We definitely feel healthier. We brag to everyone that stops by and to our family. This experience opened up our eyes to the quality of water, how important it is to know what’s in your water and how important it is to know what’s in your water. Everyone NEEDS clean water! :)

At first I was kind of iffy because of the price, but let me say it’s the best water quality I ever had. I don’t buy bottled water anymore or even use my brita. I can even tell the difference when I take a shower and wash my hands because my body doesn’t feel as dry. Best investment for my house yet :)**edited**So if I was you I would just go elsewhere or do it yourself. They charged me an arm and a leg for this system 10k! I was young and naïve especially because I was a first time home buyer. They give incentives why there was a lot of 5 star reviews. The system is great don’t get me wrong but if I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t and I would definitely go to Home Depot and do it myself.

I had a really great experience with the company overall especially the manager Matt. When they came to install the filter for the whole house they went out of their way to make sure it was installed where we wanted it and even got a shed for it to sit in for it being outsidse.After the installation, our hot water heater broke mechanically but Matt and the company immediately took full responsibility and paid for the cost of the new part and the tech coming out and installing it. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone who wants the feeling of clean water

We had Marcus V as our educator today and he was very professional and informative. I hate tap water in general, but I was truly disgusted with our water once he did his demonstration. Marcus was able to answer all of our questions and even had a handbook with him that he went over. When we signed for the clean water, this company worked quick!! He called his boss right that second and had someone come to our house in 30 mins to install water filter for our sink. Overall, they were all very professional and kind.

East coast water quality Inc and especially MIKE C. Were absolutely amazing! We had water with high rates of ammonia and chlorine and it was causing itchy and dry skin as well as really bad water spots. The setup recommended by MIKE C. And set up through east coast water quality Inc has changed that entirely. JAMES, the technician who installed our setup was very professional and efficient. Absolutely love our experience so far and can't wait to continue our relationship with the staff at east coast water quality Inc if MIKE C. And JAMES are an example of the standard the company has set.

I had a leak and when I called and left a VM they never called me back then I called again because the main water line that goes from the system to the house broke. Guess what? No call back. So I had to have a plumber reroute the water back to the house directly bc the system was in operable. These systems are too expensive to be breaking and not calling back. I did everything I was supposed to do like add salt and bought a space heater for when the temperatures got too low. This is a scam.

We absolutely LOVE our water system!! We have saved so much money on cleaning supplies as well as buying filters/water that is safe to drink. We have also seen our health remain well since getting our new water system! It is definitely worth the up front investment!
