This is a relatively a new, larger dollartree store. The store at this point is a total mess! Items were not stocked in shelves, boxes were everywhere and shelves were empty. I went in today and met the new manager who promised that things will improve. I really hope that things will improve.

-5 for Corporate Office!This location constantly has bare shelves. I have shopped at other locations around Hampton Roads and it appears that this particular one is being grossly cheated. All money spends the same! If there are issues that need to be resolved because of THIS location, then FIX IT! Decent, upright people live, work, and shop in this community and deserve to be respected as such!Shame on Dollar Tree Corporate!

This is an "Essential" store, necessary for our, & all communities, for their vast variety of products for an economic price for any individual budget. But, honestly it seems like every single store is in disrepair and a lack of employees? The shelves are always ransacked and hardly ever stocked, with boxes unopened, standing in the isles, waiting for unavailing? And the checkout lines are long and slow, 1 or 2 open, for the lack of enough registers open for business? What's up with this?

The people who work here are incredibly rude. Asked for help and was told the cashier would help. The associate asked if there was a line and I said it was a long one. I got in line to wait my turn, no big deal. I was then pulled out of the line and told to wait somewhere else. Which I did. As I was walking out the associate was complaining loudly that I didn't want to wait in line.

It's a typical Dollar Tree as far as the layout of the store. The displays were neat in appearance. The floors were fairly clean, a little dirt had been dragged in by the entrance. The cashier lady we had checking us out was friendly and polite. Great selection of bread to choose from. The only downside was the soda isle was pretty much picked clean. All in All a good store.

This place is due for an ethical and moral overhaul. 2 employees looking at me waiting at the register for about 7 minutes off and on,until another customer comes behind me. Then tells me, without a greeting,"you know we don't do cash back at this time". I look around and see no indication of what she said in regards to"no cash back at this time". I noticed that the name tags on both female employees we're turned away,whereas not to reveal their names. Suggestion: teach your employees the definition of customer and respect, before you hire them. Dollar General, here I come. Update: Since my last visit to London Plaza, that Dollar Tree branch has closed. Thank You.

The lady who was supposed to check me out was very racist and made very snide comments to me after sending me away, claiming that her register was closed. I will never go to this store and I will be calling corporate and asking them to review camera footage.

Love this place! The employees are very nice and personable. Very easy to get in and out. They always open another register if there is a line. There was hardly anyone there today. Very clean store.

they have better selections then before and I like the new location any thing that you buy there is more cheapier than any other grocery store and the services is good keep up the good week and my God bless every one

Always only have 1 register open and the manager does not give a care in the world about a smooth flowing store. She will let the line rap around while she hides in the side room...WORST OPERATING DOLLAR TREE EVER. I'm literally waiting outside of the Dollar tree as we speak and the manager is not opening in the door...I hate it here!!

I came to the dollar tree at 8pm on Wednesday the 24th of August and the door was locked. No one was even in the store but the lights were on. There was one car in the parking lot.

Well for starters the manager there is TERRIBLE.. I think her name is Stacy? I’ve gotten into multiple disagreements with her because of how she talks and treats people. ALL of the employees often complain about how they are treated by her but when’s he comes around they act as if they are literally scared of her. She has no regard for people. She is the upmost rudest, nastiest, & most disrespectful lady I’ve ever met. Also the store is dirty and if you sit outside when it gets dark you can see mice running around through the lights above the front door. I would never shop there again

Door and website clearly state they open at 9. I go to the store to get my kids some milk for their cereal and I got told that they're not open till 10. Change it on here and on the door. It's a inconvenience to others.
