Miracle was a great help. She was able to assist me with a special request to increase the size of a picture as well as juggle the front register by herself. Personality plus. Her customer service was outstanding. CVS is blessed to have her...She has a way with the elderly and disable customers. She went over and beyond to help them.

CVS is the worst. No one answers the phone when you call. A text message is sent to my phone that a prescription is ready for pickup. When I arrive at the store, the prescription is not ready. This has happened more than a few times. As of late, certain medications are not in stock. When I dont need the pharmacy, self-service is the only service available...or go stand on a long line at the pharmacy. I would give a zero star but I do use the makeup section which offers a satisfactory selection of products.

Absolutely horrible service. It takes them weeks to fill a prescription and don’t bother calling them with questions. They don’t answer the phone. And even when you get a message saying your script is ready, it probably isn’t. I’ve had that happen 3 times now. Waiting to pick up a script is awful. They are the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Latest interaction was I called in my prescription over a week ago with plenty of time for them to get it filled before I ran out. Tried contacting them today and am being told that there’s no record of the meds being called in. I am now completely out of said medication. I’ve worked in a pharmacy before. This is completely unprofessional. Will definitely be transferring to a new pharmacy.

I recently had to transfer my medications from Rite Aid to CVS. The reason is due to the closing of my Rite Aid on Airline Blvd. It sent all our medication to be Rite Aid on Hodges Ferry Rd. I have no beef with the Rite Aid on Hodges Ferry Rd, however the amount of time it was taking to fill my prescription was anywhere from 5-7 days!! They NEVER answer the phone. It made my life difficult for getting my meds on time . I transferred to CVS son Airline Blvd and all I can say is Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou to the team at this Pharmacy. They made my transfer easy, and I look forward to seeing this great team each and every time I need my meds refilled. A special thanks to Sharon the pharmacist who went out of her way to welcome me and setting me up with text alerts to notify me of my meds being ready!

Awesome Customer Service by Jaylen (Pharmacy Drop Off Counter). She sorted out my insurance issues then she processed my doctor's hieroglyphics and helped me coordinate pickup of other routine meds. Love her smile, thorough level of knowledge, and positive attitude. She is amazing.

As soon as I get the chance and the opportunity to change pharmacies I will. It’s just ridiculous how short staff and rude this cvs location is. I wish I was able to sympathize the fact that there was a near by pharmacy that closed, which caused the pharmacy department to be backed up but I can’t, because before a near by pharmacy closed, the employees were still rude, still short staff, nobody answers the phone and your prescriptions were never ready. So at this point they just need to throw away the entire pharmacy department at this location.

I was shopping at the CVS on Airline Blvd yesterday. I stopped in on my way to work to pick up prescriptions but they were not ready. I had a handful of things that I took to the front checkout to purchase. There was one person checking out so there wasn't going to be much of a wait but an associate named Ty stopped what she was doing and said she could help me at the self service checkout. She took the time to assist me in checking out and even noticed that one of the items I purchased was a buy one get one half off. She went a step further and offered to go grab another one for me. Unusually great customer service!!with such a gracious spirit

I recently transferred my scripts over to CVS. Absolutely the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with!! They have a problem with answering the phone. And also with filling my scripts. I will not be back at all!!! The worst!!

Had few problems this pharmacy my doctor send my medication 2 time when I pick up 5 days later is nothing there so they don't keep medication to pick up after 5 or 1 week, so i recommend pick up after 5 hour or 1 day, I feel they don't care clients they do they job this pharmacy most close by my home not had other choice few employee they are friendly good enough...
