Pharmacy staff are worthless. Constantly not having prescriptions ready, being rude to those in line by ignoring them and even outright refusing service for needed medicine when someone attempts to bring up their constant failures directly or in person. While Customer Service isn't easy, it is part of the job you're performing. People need their medicine, and it is your job to provide it as prescribed regardless of what you think/feel about it or how busy you may or may not be on your personal time. It is unacceptable

I tried to pick up a prescription yesterday afternoon. There were 2 customers at the registers and 4 ahead of me in line. I stood in line for 5 minutes without moving. There was only one cashier working the 2 registers. I'm 69 years old with a bad back and I can't stand in line indefinitely. This pharmacy has closed the drive-thru window. There are many customers with physical limitations who are unable to stand for a long time and need the drive-thru window open. Parents with several children in the car would also rather use the drive-thru than drag their kids inside. I picked up my prescription this afternoon and was still in line for 10 minutes. Again, the 2 registers were attended by one cashier. My drug insurance that began on January 1 lists CVS as their preferred pharmacy, with prices lower than other pharmacies, but I need to share with them that CVS is incapable of providing efficient service to their customers.

CVS high street pharmacy department needs to be thrown in the trash !!!!! The whole department, they act just like it Trash!! Their attitudes, their customer service, everything.. they also bully the customers , God knows how they act to their Co workers, it’s a shame that CVS is allowing such an hostile environment. This pharmacy is worthless and unethical!! CVS do better , and fire all of them!!!!!!!

I had to inquire about a medicine that was submitted to CVS (High Street) to check if it was ready several times. The lady that answered (same person each time) was very rude. After 3 WEEKS, I was told it was ready via text. I went the same day and was told they gave the last medication to fill someone else’s prescription and they might have some next week! The CONSTANT DELAY IN MEDICATION AND RUDENESS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My insurance changed and CVS was on the list. Going to check with my insurance company and see about a different pharmacy!

The drivethru is always closed, the employees don't answer the phones and the pharmacy hours are constantly changing. I rarely get good/pleasant service. I hate that I have to use this pharmacy at all but I have to because of my insurance.

I went here for the minute clinic which had a lot of time slots available, which was convenient. The PA who saw me was helpful in verifying my condition and prescribed reasonable meds to treat the pain and to allow the injury to heal. I picked the meds up in their pharmacy pretty quickly, no real issues in or out, though I did leave and wait until I got the text message saying it was ready for pickup. I get most of my meds through CVS Caremark (mail order) so I only interact with this pharmacy on occasion. The store seemed a little run-down inside, but most of these drug stores feel that way these days. Employees were friendly / cordial.I see a lot of other comments saying the pharmacy here is no good, but I'd recommend going to the pharmacy outside of peak hours. The pharmacy techs who are filling those meds get worked non-stop during their shift, and the work requires focus. Sometimes it takes a few minutes - that's reasonable. CVS Pharmacy corporate will automatically send you a request for feedback on your visit via email. That's your opportunity to complain, not while you're in the store. Those metrics are probably the only thing CVS corporate is tracking.

My wife has been waiting for her prescription for over a week. Every day she stops in and is told it will be filled by 5. Today she stopped in again but this time was called a racial slur to her face twice by the disgruntled pharm tech. Numerous witnesses were in line at the time. Another tech jumped up and suddenly “found” the prescription. No pharm manager was available to address the situation, no store manager was available. The store phone also went unanswered to try and reach someone of authority. CVS will never get another dollar of mine or any other that I can help. Corporate will be getting a written complaint.

Unfortunately CVS in Churchland took over 24 hours to fill my prescriptions of readily available prescriptions. Fortunately I was not urgent that I receive the medication, but it was needed to treat my illness. This isn’t the first time I’ve had long wait times and observed the overwhelmed staff trying to help customers.

Pharmacy Associates are very rude and disrespectful to patrons. The CVS App tells you WHEN to pick up your Rx and you still have to wait upwards of ONE HOUR to have a pharmacy rep to “expedite” your request, even after you have it processed through the app.

The slowest pharmacy. You call in and they’ll tell you that your prescription will be ready at “x” time. You get there and they’re, whoops it’s not done yet. “I can expedite it for you though if you wait in-store an hour”. Absolute worst. If I could give zero stars I would.

I switched to different pharmacy today after I received an automated call saying I needed to come to the store with my updated insurance card before they'll fill the prescription. This happens every time. The last time they did this I told them they needed to figure out how to run insurance because I was not making 2 trips. Anytime you call the store it's several minutes of an automated system before it finally connects you to a live person too. I don't know why CVS goes out of its way to make it difficult for people.

Attempted to drop off a prescription for my dog this morning. Pharmacist looked at the prescription without taking it and asked me "is that supposed to be a prescription?" Finally took it when I explained it was for a canine. "Has he had prescription filled here before?" No first ever. "Well, I can't fill that.Took it to my regular pharmacy (Walmart, 4 stars) with no issue. Only reason I went to CVS is the fact they opened earlier. Never again.

Every time I enter this CVS, one of the associates welcomes me to the store. They are always friendly and helpful. If I can’t find what I am looking for, they will stop stocking the shelves or whatever task they are doing, and go with me to the shelf. How great is that😋!The CVS rewards card is always saving me money and giving me extra bucks to spend on future purchases. Love my CVS!💕

This pharmacy is as slow as slow can be. Their drive-thru is slow. They do not fill refills on time. If you have to call, expect a 45-minute wait. (Other CVS pharmacies are aware of this problem as well.) I am currently experiencing a delay in refilling a medication because this pharmacy had to do a partial fill on one of my medications last month and then started counting 30 days from the date when they were able to finally fill the remainder of the drug (5 days later). The partial fill was 6 days late. Avoid this pharmacy if you value your time and timely refills.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. Lines are always long. Nobody ever answers the phone so you are always stuck going here in person to get them to fill something that you have to come back for. What a time waster. This place has been mismanaged for years.

Most of the time I can go up to the window and they already know who I am. The head pharmacist is always chatting me up and we are always telling each other jokes! The downside, they are slow, or just understaffed, and they close at 6pm on weekends.
