If I could rate zero stars I would. The cashier was working while under the influence of something strong. She was pacing back and forth her eyes were jumpy she kept lifting her shirt up and was vaping inside while she was assisting customers. I will never visit this establishment again.

At approx 8:40am today, I arrived at this location and before I walked into the building, I noticed a family exiting and the smallest boy (around 5yrs old) dropped his groceries (his lunch) on the ground breaking his Yahoo bottle. Nobody seemed to care so I sticked around to make sure he was OK and offered to buy him another one. Mind you, I am using an assisted device to get around. When I checked out the little boy stood beside me as I explained to the only cashier (Caucasian woman late 50's to early 60's) checking people out at that time what happened. She rang me up and CHARGED ME for the Yahoo and a medium coffee, I gave it to the boy and he left the store. Immediately afterwards, the cashier told me that she was going to just write it off because of the accident the boy had. Wow! I was disgusted since she never mentioned she would not charge me or showed no empathy prior to this. In my opinion, this employee lacked customer service skills and had an opportunity to make a lasting positive impression to not only the family but the business she represents as well. As my mother always told me, "what goes around comes around" Not wishing bad karma on anyone but food for thought!

I went in here to play lottery at about 4:00 pm. the person behind the counter said he cant keep walking back and forth to the machine. I can understand that but he also did not listen to what I wanted or needed during my transaction. the person was rude and did not take care of customer wants or needs. also i want in there for cigarettes and grizzly and the person behind the counter dont know the selection for grizzly. they lost a lottery sale due to poor effort on there end. they also had one store clerk for checking out while the other person was doing stuff in the store. I will keep coming back but I usually dont have this much trouble when I go in. plese train your people to know how to treat a customer and make it more frindley and have them know there products in the store.

Stopped in at 6:10 am to get gas. Attendant said they were closed, no explanation. Angered other customers as well. Won't go back.

Normally, my experiences here are amazing. The staff is friendly and all of my questions get answered.Today, however, the manager or franchise owner was rude...BEYOND rude. She was ill informed and flat out wrong about what she stated. But, I was not going to engage in an argument with an ignorant person like her.Thank goodness there are other 7-11s in the area. I will not be visiting this franchise again.

Stopped there this morning around 6:20 a.m. I walked in with my hoodie on. I stood in line with my hoodie on. I get to the register, an African American lady with an attitude proceeds to tell me that I can't have my hoodie on and would not let me pay. At this point, I'm just trying to get my stuff and leave. There is NO sign saying not to wear a hoodie. She claims it's a rule. Then it should be posted! The food case I was in front of was dirty and the food looked old. Luckily, 7-Elevens are everywhere. Never going to this one again.

One star because you can’t give 0 , No customer service , employed not wearing masking , always close out credit card early , pulled into gas stall that had an uncleaned gas spill, almost got hit by a car walking out the door and somehow I was in the wrong for telling the driver to slow down and that she should be wearing a mask. Most of ptown is ghetto anyway and places like this are why.....

On 29 MAR18 at 11:39PM an employee pulled a firearm on for m asking for a refund on a product that I purchase the lady in the store was very disrespectfully and so was the man that was working. All I asked for was a refund so I could get my points added to my rewards account but they could do it an I can't understand why. I'm so upset about this. Who do I need to contact about this?
