This 7-11 is in a rougher area of town, so the store is what you would expect. The store had a foul smell on the inside and was a little cluttered, but it wasn’t too dirty. It’s a smaller location so selection is limited.

At all 7-11 when paying with card you have the option of get cash back why should I have to let them know I'm getting cash back..An you tell me I have ask you if I can get cash back so u can tell me No or something different I control my money not your employees if they don't want to give me cash back or tell me I have to ask them to get cash back shouldnt work there the New older women in the morning 7-3,pm is rude an has a disrespectful mouth to all customer needs to be replaced

I recently purchased a home not too far from here. I was excited to be a regular but this store is filthy. It smells awful and looks just as bad. Additionally I don't like being harassed before I make it into the store. Finally the store isn't properly stocked. I've been 3 times and I won't be back.

this is one of the best 7-11s in the country I never have experienced such great service from all of the employees. The manager has the coolest fingernails I've ever seen she gave me a free Slurpee on my birthday

Worst experience ever. All i wanted was a iced coffee. They didn't have any syrup for the coffee. It was dirty and sticky on the counter. I had to ask for cups. On top of that it was a roach by the syrup and sugar. I will not return. I am closer to this one on Deep Creek, but i will go to the one on Frederick.

Gov is pretty much racist against every American except his own. “This is America” isn’t something you say when a person is paying for a refill and you’re charging full price.Stealing is in America too obviously!!!! No surprise why Trump acts the way he does now! As a black woman I see why he’s so serious about Immigration.

Cashiers are always very nice to me and know what I want before I ask, but they are very lacking on merchandise and the store layout is very awkward and doesn't flow or make any sense.

I am an employee of another 711...i always have a cup for ice....the very rude short lady with blonde/brown hair to her shoulders accused me today of stealing a cup and ice...she then proceeded to say she seen me steal a cup on camera...but refused to show me footage....your employee is very very rude and should not be working with the public....
