The Lady named Keisha that’s an employee at this 7 eleven was very, very rude and has a bad attitude ! Customer Service does not fit her personality at all! After waiting patiently in the line for my food, I asked her if I could get another bag to put my food in she told me I can get a hot dog box, Then I asked her if she could put my food back in the oven for a little because it looked a little undone she got an attitude and told me to wait because she has to clear her store out! So I stepped back and let her clear the line and politely let her know that i wasn’t being rude to her so it wasn’t necessary for her to be rude to me! Then she told me I needed to leave, I asked her if I could get their corporate number and she told me to google it! I will never return back to that store!

When you don’t allow a man in his late 60’s to buy cigarettes because he has no ID. Then your using a law that was meant for good to deprive others. In other areas 7-11 does not do this, I understand this area is trying to come up but in the end if you keep this up. You will be primed for a class action lawsuit. Because you are discriminating your trying to keep poor people out of the store. If you do it here you better do it every where.

Watch them! They don't update their prices and when you call them out "management" on duty will discount the price still higher than the advertised price and look at you like you're wrong for not accepting. Openly cheating patrons is unacceptable. Please fix this....homeless loitering spot all day and night, which cannot be fixed because of location.If no stars were an option you earned it!

I went into this location to use the restroom. I’m a delivery driver I need to be able to have access to bathrooms through these restaurants and gas stations. So when I walk in and I asked the employee if the restrooms were open and she said no they’re not open to the public. Oh that’s real smart you have at least 20 people in your store right now and you don’t have a restroom available for them. Regardless whether you’re following policy or not is not valid. If you’re going to have your business open to the public you should have your restroom open to the public. And for delivery drivers like myself and the ones all over Hampton Roads we need to be able to go into a company and be able to use the bathroom.

Please tell precious NOBODY wants to hear her snap her gum like a damn horse. When she sees she is disgusting customers she does it more. I would never expect great customer service from 7 11 but they are trash here. Go down the street to the one across mcdonalds. Those are some good people.

There is no sign or notice about closing early so has the hours changed? My husband and I always choose this location after midnight because of the great service we receive from the employees but they've been closing early.
