This store is disgusting I used to be a worker there it’s rats inside of the store they be eating threw the Merchandise and whatever they don’t touch or eat threw in the box we are told to keep and put it on the self there is mold on the soda machine so make sure you look close before getting you a drink please zoom in on theses pictures you will see everything the cashier on 11-7 don’t clean the grill at all they sit in the store with the doors locked and then they had a assistant manger pull a gun out on a customer and they didn’t fire the customer and when we called asset protection cause we didn’t feel safe the just over looked it because they need workers which put everyone else that worked there in danger and I have dat video too

As you can see. It shows a lower price tag. Then, it charges me a much higher price, just like Walmart. I brought it to the associate attention. He replied ohwell. A d didn't adjust the price.Pure theft.

Pumps not working, Soda machines got water coming out of them. Slushies watered down with no warnings like the little red light. Cashier had a full blow conversation when I came in, during my visit and when I left. Their Sprite is kinda crispy tho. Better experience than others saying it was closed but not by much.

Closed all the time. Everytime I come to this store they are closed. Pretty sure they lock the doors daily from around 7-8PM until the next morning around 6-7AM. It's fine I guess, but just change the store hours and don't list it as 24/7.

I went to 711 on Wednesday night to get some gameleaf cigars and when I got home I had a set of eyelashes stuck to one of my packs just nasty like how and why are the workers taking lashes off at work. Good thing I didn't order no food. Get it together . They always been unprofessional . I have the picture too

I have held my peace about this for a long time! This 7-eleven on George Washington and Elm Ave is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. The staff is unprofessional. They have music blasting with profanity. The women cuss like they don't know any other words in the English language. They lock the doors to MOP at the busiest time of the morning, when shipyard and others are trying to grab coffee before work. They don't have breakfast items in the hot case and those guys come in there hungry! The only positive I can find is that they keep the store very clean. Today was the final straw for me. The young lady working the night shift had her 3 kids at work with her. Now let me pause to say, I understand doing what you have to do if you don't have a baby sitter. I get it. However, you are at WORK. This is a BUSINESS establishment. These boys were throwing large pieces of ice at the ice delivery men. They were taking bags off their carts and trying to ride on the cart while they were bringing the ice in. Mom said nothing! As far as I know, this store is corporate. I am not a fan of anyone losing their job, but if I bought this store as a franchisee, I would have to fire everyone and start from scratch. Today was my last morning getting coffee or anything else. I will drive the extra 5 minutes in either direction to another store.I saw this posted:"To maintain a safe and clean environment your local 7-Eleven may be closed between 12am and 5am daily for enhanced sanitation measures.This store is consistently locked for "sanitizing" between 6 am and 6:30 which is peak coffee time in this area....I strongly suggest that the owner or a representative from corporate do some random pop ups between 5am and 7am and see whats going on. Send a secret shopper or something

The owner says the store may be closed for sanitation between 12 and 5 but I got to this 7/11 at 7pm and it was locked up tight. I thought they might be sanitizing still so I sat outside and waited. Well an hour and thirty minutes later it was still locked and the woman working had finished mopping an hour earlier and was nowhere to be seen. I sat and watched as numerous customers were turned away because of the locked doors. Showing an overall neglect of work ethic and disregard for customers. This isn't the only review I've seen of the store being closed more then it is open and I can assure you that this is most certain the case.

Here currently smh I’m told they are closed but Google says it’s 24 hours and that’s what 7-11 is known for the 24 hour service and this is not the first time this has happened one night all the 7-11 were claiming some reason they had the doors locked most were claiming they were doing inventory

Clean, stocked, and organized. Workers are respectful and polite. *Every single time* I come here someone asks me for money outside. They need to put up no loitering signs and remove the crates in the front so people don't sit down and stay for hours.

Customer service worker Keisha was very informative and taught me a lot about loading the cash app in store the store was very clean coffee was all filled up and stocked and I believe she is in here by herself doing the damn thing, smart worker, great customer service and friendly! Thanks, great job 7-Eleven!

3 out of the 5 times i’ve been to this location they were closed and the 4th time they were just opening and it was the middle of the day. management must be bad if they’re barely able to employ a “24 hour” store.

My experience was horrible. Clerk was not courteous. She had little knowledge of operations. Spoke as if she had no training. "I don't know" seem to be all she knew. Unclean and she left register with no one else there walked to the back came back past me as if she wanted to confront me physically bout her mistake at register.

Always closing first thing in the morning 6:45 when trying to get coffe or they will pull their drawer out and start counting money to make you wait and they count slow. In the morning they will lock the doors and hangout in there or slowly stock and leave the store shut for about an hour

Went to get a pack of cigarettes this morning and when I got there, the clerk informed me they were closed. Kinda funny since she let a couple of vagrants into the store but not me. Will NOT be going back to this location.

Worst 7/11 in the area. Everything ring up wrong so I asked her to fix it. She claimed to not be willing to fix it then she didn't know how. Asked her to call her manager, instead she calls some guy to come try to fight me , then calls the cops. She then proceeds to lie to 9/11 saying I'm a threat and she scared while the guy she called is trying to fight me. Even came from behind the counter to dap up the guy. She then ignored other customers, some who walked out while she kept ranting. Other customers coming in to buy alcohol and other stuff but she couldn't sell it because she said she was under 21. Why does 7/11 have underage, violent kids who don't know how to do their job working here??

I guess they are no longer open 24 7 I’ve been there a few times at 12 and one and the only people there was two workers and I guess there friends hanging out in the store but the door was locked and they told me I needed to leave they are closed. The strange thing is the one up the road was open along with the one on Fredrick. That’s one place has lost my business
