ZERO STARSEVERY EMPLOYEE at this location,with the exception of 2, have the nastiest attitudes I have ever experienced while visiting a convenience store...the female employees are exceptionally rude and nasty to just about every person I have seen them interact with and for no reason other than to just spread their negative attitudes to anyone they come in contact with.THE store hours are Also posted on the front door and clearly state that the hours of operation are from "6am to 12am" but the awful sales associates that work here close whenever they feel like it which is usually around 11:30 which is a major inconvenience to everyone except for them. They all just act like they dont want to work and are mad that they are expected to.7-11 as a company should be ashamed of themselves for employing such rude and ignorant people and should seriously consider a whole new staff at this particular store because you have lost several loyal customers since this new crew of people was hired a couple of months ago.The poor customer service and nasty associates is literally out of control and someone in a position of authority should definitely look in to this.These people are a reflection of your business and that is not good for your business in any way.Do yourself a favor and hire people who actually want to work with the public.MT. VERNON 711 - PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!

This is the worst 711 I've ever been to. 711 is supposed to be open 24/7. This is the only one that closes at 12 if you arrive at this 711, any time after 11:50pm do not plan on getting service. They will not let you in. Poor customer service and there is always a bunch of bums begging for change. I will not be spending anymore money at this location.

The hot rollers were half empty which didn't matter much as there were no hot dog buns anyway. So, I ended up getting a cheese burger, potato wedges, a bag of chips and a Vitamin water to wash it all down. I couldn't find any condiments so I asked at the register. There wasn't any. Fine, I eat my cheese burger dry. When I picked up the cheese burger to take a bite, I discovered the bottom half of the bun was actually hard and crunchy. Considering the suspect activity happening right out front of the place to top it all off, I can promise you that I will never return to that particular 7-11 again.

Jonathan harasses my girlfriend and told her “good luck on the corner”.everytime i go after 11pm, one female and two male employees are just hanging out with friends inside with the doors locked and just completely ignored my existence at the door. I called and they said nothing for 20 seconds, just talked to eachother quietly, then disconnected the phone.

The night shift for the past five nights have been the worst I have ever seen from 11:00 till 6:00 in the morning. They never have anything on the grill until 5:00 a.m. and half the time you have to wait for them to get off their phone from texting to let you in or ring you up. In five nights this is the first time they had something on the grill after 11:00 and that's because earlier during the day I had to complain to the day shift about it. But what they have up there looks like it's been sitting there all day and when you ask for something they won't get it for you.

They are always closed at night. Even when there's employees in the store they'll still have a sign up saying they're closed. They'll close by 10pm and don't open until 6am. No matter what they tell you

I love this store. I go several times a day and the staff is professional and friendly. Kyle is a good guy and should be managing the store. He is kinda new but he is all about working and has gone the extra mile to get my stuff done. Love the store and the staff and the food. This is a really busy store.

I am not the kind of person to leave any type of a review, but I absolutely had to today. Today the cashier was pleasant but the manager had a very poor attitude. Just about every time I go in there and that manager is there she's rude, snotty and has an attitude with the employees and customers. I've heard her talk down and be disrespectful to her employees and customers. What's even worse is she will reprimand and act nasty to her employees in front of customers. If she was my boss, she would definitely get an attitude adjustment. Being nice, polite, respectful and courteous is NOT that difficult!! She is definitely a VERY BAD example of leadership!

I'm not sure why so many people are complaining about customers hustling. I live nearby and I go here very often and have not once been hustled or asked for money. There is occasionally a long line just like most businesses but it moves rather quickly they are very friendly and talkative but they know how to multitask and still move a line. I went in today to get a frozen pizza and one of the clerks offered to cook one of these 7-Eleven pizzas with which I've never tried, so I said sure why not she had it done rather quickly and it did not taste better at all friendly atmosphere.

Went into 7-Eleven on this chili evening and Bree the customer service worker behind the counter had a very clean store with the shelf stocked up and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and showing me how to combine 7-11 accounts way to go 7-11 for keeping such helpful and welcoming customer service worker

This location has never been the best, but always room to fail more.This place has some of the issues other bizs do in the area. Mainly people hustling customers for money or other things. Just in general an unsafe feeling when going somewhere to spend money. Some is the area, but most blame has to be management and owner. It all starts from the top downward. That was always bad, but the employees were always somewhat friendly, but not anymore. The employee who waited on me today at 1 am today was horrible. No greetings coming in store. Not even a Hi or anything when at register. At best csr was ambivalent, at worse should not ever have a job involving customers in any capacity. Will be following up with management and on up. Avoid at all cost.

Delightful experience - Less than a week ago I had achilles surgery (on crutches) and visited this store to get coffee today. TJ went out of her way to not only open the door for me but also carried my coffee to the car! Thank you TJ for your thoughtfulness!

If I could give this place no stars I would! I have been TRYING to use this store for almost a year . .. at least 20 or more times. EVERYTIME I have gone to this location I have had an issue. Either I had to go in because they don't take my card at the pump. Many times i pull up and have to change pumps AFTER I've stood outside wondering what is going on to go inside and wait another 5-10 min and they say, "oh yeah that pump isn't working. Sorry" How hard is it to put a sign that says out of order. Then I have to wait to go to Another pump and then go back wait in line to be able to use my card and then I get to get my gas.. .. to get gas in your car with a credit card should take no more than 10 min. Well I've been there for a half hour before! TODAY I pull up to pump 6 go in and wait in line (because I was given a gift card) for thembto run my card and in the middle of the transaction the computer went down. So the other cashier swiped it and of course it stated that the max had been met. Of course. So then I'm told I need to move to another pump. .. so I moved to pump 1. I go back inside... Swipe it again same message. .... And they couldn't decide what to do and kept stating. "It's not our fault that the computer went down.. " Then I was told, "I will just give u cash" like I was gonna drive to another location and get gas there.... Lol. .. I told them to call the number on the back and it would tell them the last transaction. ... I told them that I was getting gas THERE. So AGAIN I had to move to another pump because they couldn't clear the computer.. . So to get gas it was like 30 minutes! I explained that I did not have time for this and that if I was going to lose my job if I'm late... Let me just say this. If I am to lose my job over a messed up computer and employeese that could not ring up a misc charge and write it off they shouldn't be working there without a manager. If she was the manager Lord help this place! So it took me literally 30 minutes to get gas this morning. If I sound upset... You are correct! I will NEVER use this place again!!!!! I believe that they owe me the $25.00.... If you go there, good luck!!!!Renee Sprouse

Worst experience ever. Tried to charge me 16 bucks for 2 pespis and 2 pack of smokes. I ask how is it that much for what i got, gonna get smart and say well dont put your card in if its not the right price. Number on customer didnt get smart with you a question was asked and number 2 you are the cashier if you dont know what you doing then why are you at the job in the first place. Get my reciept and it has wings and a soda i didnt place on the counter. Really its on the screen the words are please hold while i clear the screen and the ring the customer up. The cashiers attitude was all wrong to be in customer service.

Very disappointing to walk into a 7 Eleven at 10am on a Saturday morning for coffee and they have decided to break down the entire coffee station. This is not the first time I have experienced this even on a week day at the exact same 7 Eleven. Very poorly managed location.
