The manager Anna at this location (very short with blonde hair) is overly rude & disrespectful, & nasty. As I was checking out with another employee she proceeded to say “ma’am you’re not allowed in my store”. I ignored her and she said it again. I ignored her again and she came over and snatched my things off of the counter in the middle of a transaction with another employee & told me I wasn’t allowed in “her store”. To save myself from going off I just left and went next door. Save your time & go to another location or better yet GO TO THE MINI MART NEXT DOOR WHERE THE SERVICE IS GREAT!

I'd rather give 0 stars. But I work on base at Craney island and have for months and will be for about 7 more months. Myself and my crew of 7 others go to this store every morning just about and spend money. The short blonde lady that's around 5ft tall or shorter was there today and again when I went at lunch to heat up my food. I heat it up and ask her for a plastic spoon and she ask me if im getting food off the grill and when i say no she tells me they don't give out their plastic utensils or condiments unless you order off the grill. I said well I'm buying other stuff but her rude self wouldn't let me get a plastic spoon. But why would I need one for pizza or chicken wings or a hot dog. She's just ignorant and rude as hell. So if I bought yogurt I couldn't get a damn spoon. So I put my stuff I had back and walked out. And it's crazy how many reviews about her being rude and unprofessional and nothing is done. Some people are just miserable I guess.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I went into this establishment to purchase slurpees for my children. The store manager- short Caucasian lady that can barely see over the counter (not being funny I don’t want to use a discriminatory term) proceeds to tell me that she is at shift change and will not be breaking a $20 bill for a $2 purchase. I let her know that I would buy additional items to increase my total and she proceeds to tell me that she will not be breaking a $20. I let her know that I am not able to purchase the slurpees then and she says “that’s rude ma’am and do not come back to my store” I say to her “ma’am how am i being rude, you can’t tell me how to spend my money.” She snatches the slurpees off the counter and throws them in the trash and proceeds to tell me that I am banned from her store LOL.For a store manager to behave in this manner over a $20 bill towards a paying customer, I can only imagine how she treats her staff. She certainly does not have to worry about me visiting her store ever again.

So on Monday morning est. 9:45AM-10:00 AM . A angry short slim African American girl cashier was behind the counter. She had her ear piece in her ear putting chicken on the pan to put in the oven. I try to get her attention . Stood for a while before she turned around. I asked can I use the bathroom. she mumble bathroom out of order. So i asked can I please use the the other one she said .employees only. know I was in my uniform and work for the city. The girl responded very rudely and was disrespectful . Would not let me use the bathroom. I also told her i am disabled. she dropped on the floor and she put it back on the tray putting it in the oven. Be careful eating at that location.

They prices are out of the box, a tea that cost $1.25 other seven eleven they selling it for $2.67, Pepsi 2.99 for small bottle next door you buy the big bottle same price, poor customer service, walk next door fair price

The lady at the cash register was extremely racists towards me and treated the person in front and behind me (different races) like a normal human and then treated me like I was a nuscence. I will not be going back to this place.

Cashier spoke while I came in. I already had a cup with drink in it i just needed ice. I purchased my snacks she charged me for the cup i explained to her i already had this cup coming in. She replied well i didnt see it so I'm charging you...very rude yall need to get better cashiers. They need to actually look up and see who and what is coming in the door if you are going to speak.

Need customer service training. I walked in and the cashier looked at me, made eye contact, and never greeted me. She gave me my total and didn't thank me or anything. Just gave me my change and sent me on my way. Very rude!
