If you are hungry & need a quick bump then a hot sandwich from Island Stop is a must. Plus select treats from the deli cooler deserve a try...in addition an on site butcher will cut your steaks to order...selections in store vary with the season however this spot is a big plus for the Port Hayward lower Mathews County area.... let's give it our support...this area is a better place with them here.But wait- understand this place is under new management, actually new ownership. Their staff has changed. Their best sandwich maker behind the deli no longer there...this is sad. Hopefully her same high standards will be continued. Let's hope for the best & give this new team out support.
