Although there was a problem with my pickup order due to an online system out of the stores control, the staff were so kind about everything and super apologetic. The manager was really sweet and personable and made the overall experience better. Great customer service!

I live 5 minutes away from this Dollar General, but I have never gone in until a few days ago. The store was clean and the staff was nice. The Christmas clearance was all $0.25 too!

Good customer service is so hard to find these days but this Dollar General in particular has an employee with fantastic customer service! His name is Marcus. Every time I enter this store and he’s working, he greets me with a smile right away and always tells me if I need help to let him know. Y’all better hold on to this guy!

I may have found a new happy place. After moving in, we had to set up house and there are so many items here that are less expensive or the same price than Wal-Mart and we should have come here for them instead. The selections here were classy and pretty- two things that I did not expect to say and am glad to. Many basic items are less expensive here than even around the corner at Food Lion for the exact same item. It is worth coming here first and then supplementing on the things that they don't carry. Really surprised and pleased with this store.

It's a very busy little store and super useful for nearby elderly. I had a bad experience with it as a FedEx drop location that involved carrying a 50 lb parcel in after asking whether we could drop there, waiting awhile, and then being told it was too big and having to carry it back out again. One employee was really helpful. The female was incredibly rude

The staff are always in a good mood and are always very helpful. Merchandise is always at a reasonable price. The isles are neat and tidy each and every time I go. They get 5 stars in my book. Love this place!

Not a pleasant experience, at all. Store is so cluttered, you can barely get down some of the aisles. AND the store associate was following me around. Now, I am NOT the type to make any little thing a race issue because, honestly, I can't recall ever experiencing racial profiling while shopping. However, after the third time I noticed he was at the end of the aisle I was on looking at me, I just went on to the register to check out and go. It was very uncomfortable and insulting. I would never risk everything I've worked so hard for and accomplished to steal something from a DOLLAR STORE. Not to mention, I had a freaking CLEAR (See through) PURSE! Dollar General, do better and teach your employees to NOT contribute to the many social issues that we're already battling. Thanks.

Good store but the employees make it the best. Orrie and Marissa are the greatest! Both helped me find the oatmeal product I couldn't locate. Always friendly and helpful. Both deserve a raise.

So worth coming from York county, to this Dollar General!! Very friendly,helpful staff an manager. The one in Yorktown or Grafton off of Denbigh Blvd. Has gone so far DOWNHILL I dont ever want to walk back in there 😫 there is 1 employee who has been there and has a great personality. I'm not sure how she even stays employed there. They go through managers about every 2 weeks and as of yesterday Saturday 6/8 I approached an employee to ask for assistance with the store app. He basically looked at me and said nobody else has had any problems today an walked off. Another lady shopping heard me ask and his reply so she tried pulling her app up on her phone and got the same message I was getting. I tried looking all over for him to tell him it's not just me or my phone ,of course I never found him so when I went to check out I ask the employee Angela "very sweet young lady" who has been there for awhile. Where the employee that was here was because I needed to speak with him she said he left. I said no way I just tried asking him about the app an explained my side of the story to her. She said she had been working the register allday and had so many customers upset about the app. I said I need his name becuase his ATTITUDE was uncalled for . She give me his name and informed me that he is the manager!! That's all I needed to hear,never again will I walk through them doors .I have complained two other times, one night I went there at 6pm to find a note taped to door sorry we are closed. Time on door and online says open until 9pm another time a lady working run me out of the store at 8:35pm and locked several other customers out. Definitely need to get some serious attention at that location before they find the store loosing alot of customers!! Then it will show in there sales and maybe someone from corporate will find the time to return calls or go to that store and try saving it!!

There is a knee deep pot hole full of water in your front entrance of the parking lot. It tried to eat my car and banged up my muffler a bit. I would like to know this gets fixed effectively and on a timely manner before it cause more damage to customers cars. Very unsatisfied with this.

Kinda set back from the road. The sign had a bush covering most of it, you'd miss it if you weren't looking. Google helped me to find "tracfone" minutes there, saved me a trip to Walmart, and about 45 minutes of my day 👍 What can I say? It's a Dollar store, they got all kinds of stuff cheap! The staff was Friendly.
