I have been coming to this Walgreens for years. Soloman and his Staff are nothing but the best. From all of my shots to my medicines I would never go anywhere else. I am a Disabled Veteran and rely on this Walgreens to ensure that my Health and safety are taken care of. Plus the Ladies are beautiful too . Thank you WalgreensArmy OnePrince George Virginia

I have several regular prescriptions that I pick up from here all the time, and I usually have a great experience in the pharmacy's drive-thru. I also have had nothing but good experiences with the cashiers at the front counter. They're severely understaffed from what I see, but they're managing quite well despite this. They're typically always stocked so you'll most likely find what you need here, whether it be snacks, drinks, makeup, phone chargers, or over-the-counter medicines. I've also gotten a flu shot here a handful of times in the past and the nurses were always polite and made it as quick and painless as possible, which was a blessing as a kid.

By far the best, and most competent pharmacy in the area. They always have my prescriptions filled within a reasonable amount of time, they are kind, and the service is always fast!Best service in the area!

I am done with this pharmacy they don't mind lying to you when it comes to your medication and that is dangerous. I had not only the pharmacy tech lie to me but a Pharmacist, wow. They run out of certain medication, which can happen, but instead of telling you this they lie and said your doctor needs to reorder, had this happen several times, doctor reorder and they still didn't fill order but they keep telling same lie, at this point I'm about to run out of blood pressure medication and instead of them checking at another one of their pharmacies, they continue to lie to you and possibly playing with your life, then they got mad when I confronted them on it and took the initiative to go to another pharmacy and the oder was filled right away, so they rather me run out then to tell me the truth. How csn you trust a pharmacy that is willing to play with your life. I ask people to check on their elderly family members who go to this pharmacy to get their prescriptions fill because they probably tell them all kinds of lies. I personally think they should be investigated for their unethical practices. If anyone dies behibd them lying about their medication, they should be rightfully sued and charges brought against employees who think its okay to lie to customers about their prescriptions, when they can get it filled somewhere else. They have unethical practices going on and enough is enough. After I brought up my complaints and said I wanted my orders fulfilled at another Walgreens store, they canceled all my prescriptions, wow, how unethical and nasty is that. I will be talking to better business bureau and my lawyer. Please don't go here to fulfill your prescription if you value your life, if you have to go here ask lots of questions, if they say they can't fill a prescription call other pharmacies you have that right and another pharmacy can fill your orders. If you think you have been unethically treated by any of these workers in the pharmacy, then talk to a lawyer. I have had one yell at me, and challenged to cone into the store over the phone. Just a nasty group of individuals

Heather, the pharmacist is extremely rude. She definitely needs a customer service training class. I am taking her advice and transferring all of our prescriptions to a completely different pharmacy. Walgreen's loss. I hope every disgruntled customer takes their business elsewhere.

I was shorted pills by the pharmacy and the pharmacy manager Solomon would not so much as do an inventory on the med to be sure. I've been on this med for 10 yrs and never been shorted. After explaining what I took it for and how much (2 pills 3x daily) he just insisted my doc had to write a new script there was nothing he could do. So to not go off my med completely since I didn't have enough to get me to my doc appt in 12 days I was only taking 1 a day. As a result after doing that for a week I began to get withdrawl symptoms. I had insomnia, my skin was crawling and suicidal thoughts. Finally the district manager got in touch and verified by watching the video that I was I fact shorted 180 pills. He apologized. I never once heard from Solomon until a couple of days ago( this happened in Feb) wondering how a new med was working for me. I broached the subject of him not apologizing for dismissing me and not helping. He denied it and said I refuse to get into this again. I just hung up.Fill your meds at the S. Crater Walgreens at your own risk. Cause while people are people and can make mistakes. But if one is made and Solomon is the pharmacy manager your life will be put at risk as mine was and he will NOT care.

The manager here was clearly racially profiling me!!! I came in (with no purse or anything) and I watched him follow me around the aisles. I got to the front and he was just standing there watching me while the cashier was on her phone!! (Terrible customer service) so I went to the self check out where he continued to stare at me. I wanted to take an item off so I asked the cashier can she take the item off. He followed her. Why does there need to be 2 people to remove an item? He clearly was profiling me and I don’t feel comfortable in this store, I will not be back!!! I wasn’t even greeted or anything. Just rude!!!

Always takes over 24 hours to get my prescription. My child has an ear infection and a respiratory virus.It took 3 phone calls and two times entering the store to figure out that THEY typed my phone number wrong. For a year and a half I have dealt with subpar service and I’m done. It’s worth driving an extra 20 minutes to and from to utilize a pharmacy that knows how to dispense medicine to sick people in a timely manner.

Ive been using this pharmacy for years with nothing but great experiences. Lately every time I try to get a refill on my percriptions there is always a delay. When I check back they say they ordered it and it will be in the next day. I go back and still no refill. No notifications or even a sorry. Highly considering changing pharmacies.

My mom was there on Feb.5 at around 11 a.m. She is fraile and on Oxygen all the time. Since drive thru is currently closed she went in to get her meds. She went to her car and she left her keys at prescription counter. When she went back in store she was out of breath. The lady at the register went back and got her keys for her and then walked her to her car. I am thankful for her. Great customer service! Thanks so much for being there for my mom.

Management needs to retrain some of these people working there or simply just train them i dont know, lady was clueless how to add cash to cash app and they are listed as a place who does, lady told me that my card cant be reloaded, i went to sheetz right down the road took them 2 minutes to add cash to account lol.

They Cause me to miss my dose of medicine do to there filling my prescription of 10 pills when it was supposed to be the 50 that was on file now I have to wait until my insurance will pay for the medicine plus I’m going have to pay another $10 for the prescription..so Unnecessary
