Most disgusting Sheetz I've ever been to. Bathroom is nasty and never has paper towels in the machine closest to the door. I ordered 2 hots dogs and drive all the way to Disputanna just to find out they were over cooked and was heated up with the sauerkraut. I brought them back same day. The supervisor, Joy, and the kitchen manager, Kathleen I believe is her name, just looked at like they couldn't process how it happened despite Kathleen being the one who prepared it and Joy being the one who threw on the counter towards me when it was done. They attempted to provide a new batch with no apologies or anything. I told them I would prefer a refund which I paid for on card but they gave me cash instead. When I told them I wanted it back on the card or be provided a receipt, they refused. I will never come back here. GO TO SHEETZ ON 460, THEY ARE CLEAN AND FRIENDLY WITH FRESH FOOD. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Great little Sheetz, I think I found my new favorite road trip meal, steak quesarito, it is very heavy and delicious, I basically put all of the free toppings on it jalapeno ranch, the thing weighs probably 2 lb and it was under $8.

Visited here quickly for a coffee drink. The drink was not amazing. But it may have been how I ordered it. I had the salted Carmel and vanilla. The staff was very nice. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. There were a lot of good options for snacks. I will definitely come back for more snacks.

I purchased a 7.99 premium sampler with 3 different appetizers. I have a photo of the quantity of food received attached. The pictures are misleading and no quantity is stipulated beforehand. You are better off taking your 8 dollars and grabbing some McDonald’s or Taco Bell.

Has Tesla chargers and a good place to go to as a break while driving. They have a lot of different food but no vegetarian sandwichs. They also have soft-serve and milk shakes. It would have been 5 stars if they had more hot vegetarian food options.

This gas station is more than just a gas station. It has a small restaurant that has some good food at. They also have some self serve ice cream with toppings to go with it. The have a good selection of drinks and snacks. There is an indoor sitting area also. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was extremely clean.

Currently in drive thru going on 15 minutes waiting for a sandwich at 5 o clock on a Saturday morning. Horrible customer service. Employees have an attitude when i knocked on the window to check on the status of my order.

I used to work here and I also go here a lot for food when I'm out. It's a great stop for getting drinks and fresh food. Ordering food is easy by using the self-service kiosk, and you can also order ahead on the app. Their subs are great, as are their french fries and personal pizzas. They have a large selection of snacks and drinks, but sometimes they're low on stock. The drink cups are always stocked, but they run out of Extra Large often as well as the large straws and lids. Even when I worked here, there were always at least two or three slushie flavors out of stock but they do have about 10 or 12 choices in total that make up for that. There's a huge amount of tobacco options behind the counter too. The only issue here is that getting through the drive-thru takes far too long to be considered convenient, but the reason for this is that there's usually only one cashier who has to juggle both the front counters and the drive-thru window all alone (I had to do this almost every shift). There are four self-checkout stations along the wall across the front counters, so I advise that you use those if possible.

New, open 2 weeks ago. Good location as its easy to get in and out. Pumps layed out well and little wait time if extremely busy. Ive never waited. But suggest they have a [people person] on front register.

Nice people working here. Deserving of the extra star. In regards to sheets. Second time and last time ever eating the stuff they call food here. Looks like something you'd buy at the airport. Really overpriced. Feel sick after eating. Not fresh food. Big yikes. People were really nice though.

This Sheetz is one on the cleanest well stocked I ever visited. I live just down the road and when I stop here there is no trash all over the parking lot unlike WaWa next door. The store is really clean no sticky substance on the floors and the staff are extremely nice. The food kiosks don’t have finger prints all over them. It would be nice to incorporate sanitation station in there. My go to convenience store.👌🏾

This place is always full of trash outside. Very disturbing because you can go in the store and there are associates that could be emptying the trash outside. Very disappointed Sheetz.

I must say, for my first time at any Sheetz, I was impressed compared to my regular pit stop in Petersburg. I filled up my gas tank at 2.24, lowest I saw or comparable. I then went inside, found lottery machine. I used the touchscreen to order a light snack. Instead of burgers, ordered chili dogs combo, included fries and get your drink. I rarely eat hotdogs anymore, they were great. Fries were very thin cut, also good. They also have a seating area that looked clean, took my food out. Order took a little time, but I attributed it to figuring out their system, I will be back, when in town.

It's dirty inside, out of stock of a lot of drinks in the cooler and items on their MTO system. Rest of my food sat while I waited because of their poor management. Tasted fine though.

Used the men’s room, and it did not smell good at all. Not to be gross, but it had a very strong odor of urine. Ordered a snack and asked for ketchup with my fries. Got in my vehicle and went to open my food, there was no ketchup. Not the end of the world, but annoying when something so simple is forgotten. They were not busy because I went in during the late morning.

The Sheetz on 151 Wagner Road in Petersburg VA is the worse one ever. The food service was slow and the bathrooms were so dirty they were unusable. I never leave public reviews, but this store was so unclean, I had to report it. Management needs to address this asap.

If this could be a no star it would. Very disappointed. Firstly all signs on Google and on doors signs state it's open 24hrs. Show up all food kiosk bagged over and unable to order. Secondly. Management very rude and darn near pushing out customers.

I used my debit card to pay outside at the pump for gas. I had 100.00 on my card. I bought 30.00 In gas. When I try to pay for my items at Walmart My card was declined. Sheetz had put a hold on my card $100 even though I only got $30 worth of gas this mornings they have not Released my money yet!And it's embarrassing. Please share Get your gas from somewhere else

I think Sheetz is honestly so underrated. I love going to this Sheetz cause the food (majority of the time- not all) is usually really good for the price. The workers are very professional and pleasant.I would just appreciate if there could be a little more sanitary procedure in between customers making use of the ordering machine. (Maybe put a box of wipes beside each machine to enable customers wipe down before ordering).Overall great service.

This is a fairly new store but it has not been kept clean for past year or so. The restrooms are nasty, the counters are sticky, floors need sweeping/mopping, trash picked up and trashcan emptied.Very disappointing to see a Sheetz store in this condition.

Very disappointed. We stop at this store on long interstate trips because it is clean and well stocked. Today, one fuel pump was marked out of service (with a woman in a car passed out or sleeping in front of it) and another was out of order but not marked. There was trash all over the sidewalk, but the friendly homeless man was polite (he used to work there). The restrooms had not been cleaned for a long time and they were totally understaffed. Hoping the “new manager” that the employee I informed about the sleeper on pump 6 mentioned is part of the solution, not the problem. Oh, and outdoor trash cans were all overflowing.

The service here is terrible. A 45+ minute wait for food is absurd. The staff just stares at you when you ask why 2 hot dogs takes that long. This is the worst sheetz I have ever been to.
