Just moved from NY to VA.. still getting acclimated to southern hospitality. Shopping with my daughter and by happenstance stopped in this location. The staff, as well as customers, exuded politeness and charm. There were treasures among the clutter..a great way to spend a lazy afternoon. Even standing in line, which was somewhat longer than usual, proved positive as it allowed one to converse with others..a magical time indeed. I highly recommend this location and kudos to the staff for making me feel welcome. Thank you

Ollie's Outlet is a good bargain store. They have everything from beauty supplies to automotive supplies to towels and wash rags. They have cleaning supplies and laundry detergent and much more. It is a clean big store with friendly employees. It is located in Pine Hill Plaza in Petersburg off of the interstate. The prices are very reasonable.

I do love an Ollie’s cause you never know what you’re gonna find so I make it a point to stop in many. This location was very clean, very neat, and fairly well stocked considering it’s less than two weeks til Christmas. The checkout line was long, but that had four registers open. Keshawn rang us up and was great. He apologized for the wait in line and was very polite and friendly.

A very unique shopping experience. At first glance this appears to be a very cluttered store with items all over the place. That is the great thing about the store. They do have items stacked in corners and in bins because they are so many items at great prices. From clothes to equipment to condiments. This is not a run in and run out store. If you take your time you will find some of the most sought after items at great prices

Greeted upon entering store.Attendants thru the store were putting out Christmas items, stocking shelves. Was asked multiple times if I needed help or was I finding everything okay.Great customer service.Store well stocked.Phone number brings up discount when available

Has a lot of things for good prices. It could be a little more organized with the products and have been there a couple times in line when it's been long and only had maybe one or two registers open. They could've used help getting the line down because there were plenty of people working from what I saw those one or two times it's happened, but the two people that were working the registers got it done even when they called for help. Especially when one of those two times they were getting ready to close.

I typically like Ollie's and have recommended friends to check out the deals. Tonight, however, was the worst experience I'd ever had. The store was good, the cashier was good, but the male manager was EXTREMELY rude. My husband was also completely taken back at how over the top rude he was. If the items weren't for my husband, I would have left it all and walked out. I feel bad for anyone who has him as their manager.

You come to a store that posts nothing except being about discounts-great. What we all need. What you'll find are items not all priced, what is priced is a lie. You're told we don't do it that way anymore. After spending time asking every question (including price) before bringing a mattress and box spring SET up. Not the $369.99 ($392.18 with tax) we were expecting, saw on the packaging and already been told. No $419.98 - ($445.18 with tax). I had already planned out what we could afford Before hand (checked their prices 2 days ahead of time asking the Same questions just with hubby this trip) so Ollie's Asst managers (2 of them in one night??) Decided none of that mattered and just kept repeating We don't sell them like that no more. .... Then do your damn job - take off stickers And train your staff.

I mean it is what it is, not gonna be the most organized of places but pretty good deals on name brand products. Lines were a little long but we may have just caught them at a busy time. Associate gave us a great greeting when we first walked in and I picked up a few gag gifts. 5 star for being what they were supposed to be.

Great bargain outlet. Has lots of stuff, odds and ends and great prices. Reminds us of the shops we grew up with way back in the 70s!!

I wish they took EBT and Foodstamps but sadly they dont. Other then that I get some really good stuff. Just be careful when buying tech, its a hit or miss. The heater we bought has worked perfectly the past 2 months, but a heating pad died withen a week, not Ollies fault perse just what they get in stock inst always the best of the best.

Decided to give this store another try when they weren't overly crowded. The shelves are bursting with merchandise. Yes the store is a hot mess but if you do go and look hard enough you will find affordable deals on popular name brand items. Sometimes the search is enjoyable when you come out with treasures. Great deals.

This area has been needing an Ollie's. Ollie's is a big discount store. It was spaced out. It needs to be more kept up. It is like some Ollie's that doesn't have a lot of merchandise but it has the same stuff, a lot of too much there in spot or just nothing in some but it has the same. I'm glad this one is here.

I have shopped at many Ollie's over the years, but this location is exceptional. It's very clean, well-organized, and has plenty of inventory. I think this store is currently the crown jewel of Petersburg.

This is a big store with lots of variety. It's big and bright. I like the discount food section the most and also the office supplies. My husband likes the books and household gadgets sections more. Most people will find things they like here. I recommend you go by and check this store out.
