Gave two stars because cashier was and is not personable. Lacks customer service.Also, can never seem to use the digital coupons with my account. Discounts don't ever show. The app each time really sucks. This is the only store have problems with.

Only go here because it is convenient and need to get one or two things. The parking lot looks like a dump. They never put the stock away so they have boxes everywhere and nothing on the shelves. The employees bring their kids there and just hangout behind the registers.

Great little store, have a great variety of things from dairy to motor oil. 95% time store is clean and organized, but first of month its total chaos but with everybody getting checks at the first month they just wiped the stock out so the girls constantly have stuff in the house trying to restock shelving they do a damn good job for we know more people than they have at the store.

On my last 6 visits to this store, which is very convenient to my residence, either the product was unavailable (no beer in the cooler) , or had to wait for a cashier to come to the register. I don't know how your store isn't totally empty due to pilfering and shoplifting. This is the worst managed store I have ever patronized; however, I will not purchase anything from this or another Dollar General establishment.

Everyone is super nice. The shelves are well maintained. Plenty of parking space. Lines move quickly despite being short staffed without affecting the cashier's customer service skills.

I like this place because its convenient and the people are always friendly. But honestly, this store is a disaster and has been since it opened. The parking lot is always full of trash. Theres tons of stuff everywhere they havnt been put away (not a one time issue either). Boxes stacked everywhere and the shelves are always a mess. Also seems like every time i go there, one of the employees has their kid with them while at work. I honestly feel like if a regional manager came in there and saw the state of it from time to time some people would lose their job. Ive been to DGs all over the country and this one at home is probably the worst.

It is great for a quick shop, but for to be so new it is junky already like the other dollar generals. They need to try and stop they stocking during store hours. Why not have a early shift like 5am to get stocking straight, so someone can be behind the counter to check customers out when they come to counter, instead of having employees keep walking away from counter to stock

Good lord what a mess! It looks like a BOMB went off in this place. Shelves completely disorganized if not completely empty. And a absolutely tons of merchandise in bins and on carts all over the store, making is a hazzard just to get around in. For a company that is growing ridiculously fast, they sure don't have their stores together!

Cashier was nice that is the only star earned. 2nd time in 2 weeks there are carts of boxes blocking almost every isle waiting to be stocked. Merchandise all over floors. Bare shelves. Nightmare trying to move cart down isles and pointless attempting to shop when there is nothing available to purchase.

Not much you can't get in this store, milk, breads, OTC meds, g lotion, shampoo, dishes, knick knacks , cleaning supplies, plastic ware, greeting cards and many other things for $1.00!Great place topic up odd and8 ends. Quick in and out, saves you money and you can fine lots of small items..

Would have been great if there was a reason for being closed at 6pm when the sign on the door says open every day until 10pm. Drove out of our way for no reason. I bet the other 6 cars that pulled in were wondering the same thing. Employees wouldn't come to the door. No one was answering the phone. Great way to do business!!!

This Dollar General was extremely cluttered and junky. It was fine for what I was there for... just to pick up some cold drinks while going to the raceway but other than that it looked like a storm had just went through there. It didn't look like they cared much about the store's upkeep probably because this is the only one for miles around.

New, clean store but the day I went there ther ladies who worked there were both outside on break when myself and 4 others needed to check out. This is not the norm, but it was unacceptable to those of us in a hurry. Smoke break should be when no one's shopping or one at a time

Store is much more organized than it was 6 months ago. Friendly and helpful staff events 7am on Thanksgiving day. If I could rate them 10 stars, I would!!!

The worst store ever.! Shipments of merchandise stored in the isles of the store. Piled so high, makes the lightning bad! It was a maze to get to the empty shelf. Looked like they would close down. I dis say, looks like y'all need help! He said don't need help, we need the hours! Store owner, GET it TOGETHER! Franchise owner, you got to see this to believe it!

If I could've given it 0 I would have. I have been in some pretty bad Dollar generals, but this one tops my list. Totally unorganized, stuff just thrown on shelves/on the floor. Absolutely horrific. This store needs to be shut down and overhauled

This was the first time I visited this store and it was absolutely trashed. The shelves were ransacked and there was trash and merchandise all over the floor. It was really terrible because the mess made it hard to find anything. I don't think I'll be visiting this Dollar General again.

I really like the quality and cleanliness of the Dollar General store on West Washington Street very neat very clean strove wasn't falling off the shelves real walkable you can walk through them with no problems in my mind Obelisk or it with a 10.

We all know you get more for your money at Dollar General. The lady who rang me up today wasn't in a good mood because it's Christmas Eve. Don't go into retail if you don't want to get stuck working the holidays.

There were u-boats and little flatbeds stacked high with boxes on every aisle making it almost impossible to get what I wanted off the shelf. I had to push these heavy things out the way to get to what I needed.

Disorganized, staff is not friendly, shelves are low on stock but there are always carts with unboxed items everywhere. Couldn't get to the mops or brooms at all during my visit.

More expensive then the Dollar tree but the beer is cold and you can steal anything in here. Great place to train the kids in shoplifting and the AC is cold as a polar bears toenails.

Service is not as fast as it should be. One manager just walks around and leaves one person to ring up a line of 10 people. She was moving slow because she is new so I can't fault her for that.

this particular location always looks like a bomb went off, very junky, messy, all in disarray, no organization. I only go here if absolutely necessary and usually end up going further down the road to Family Dollar anyway.

The North Dinwiddie store was very cluttered, shelves were empty and it was a mess. Boxes all over the floor. Checkout took a long time and their was only one person ahead of me.
