Today I have had the pleasure of being greeted by two wonderful employees name MissTony & Miss Don at the 3105 Dollar General Store on S. Crater where I lived near by these two Is hard working ladys was the most helpful respectful workers that I seen in a long time, they show so much love & kindness to everyone that's cames though dollar doors and as a customer I was very impressed by their attitude & customers service. SO as being a customers and such we can all come relate to work treating I poor with the wrong attitude especially when coming in the door's of a store when askinga question about things . So when you are treated when kindness generosity we all need to recognize that as well amen. These is why I'm writing this review. All because of these two beautiful ladys name Miss Don & Miss Tony who greeted everyone with such a pleasantries attitudes, that I was like wow this a first an different, so then I stop and saw listening in how others was being greet as well they came through those same doors. which lead me to writing this review Miss Don was stocking the shelves and greeting and assisting customers as she worked and Miss Tony was on the register cashiering greeting customers in a pleasure & respectful ways they came & wanted thoughthe doors. So we all was very impressed by this I come often to this store but this my first writing a review on this store. ALL because of thses two beautiful ladys and their worke ethics and attitude toward all customers that came and wanted. So I wanted to personal & pupils to say thanks 😊 and to whom ever hire these two beautiful hard working ladys they're doing excellent job for y'all business and they got the right attitude toward all customers ok. So I pray this review reach the right people's Owner Supervisor or Management tream. These Ladys need to be rewarded with some type of rewarded iam sure bonus, rises would be nice they both has made a different in this Store. So Thanks 😊 MissTony & Miss Don may God blessed you both & your family's it has been a true privilege & pleasure meeting & see you both I looking forward to seeing y'all on my next visit 🙏 to Dollar General store amen

I was in there for only about (10) minutes but I must say even though they were busy, the cashiers were very professional and business-like. The only reason I didn't give them a (5) star rating is that I feel the lighting was too dim. The brighter a store, the cleaner it looks.

I come here often and usually get pretty good deals. The staff is friendly. I had to rate it down because I went through the trouble of downloading Dollar General coupons only for their machine to be down. It was their computers error because the cashier could see that we had downloaded the correct coupons but there was no discount given.

Well stocked but it took way too long for the cashier to open up a second register and with the line getting longer and longer customers were lined up down a narrow aisle which doesn't lend itself well to social distancing.

I love Dollar General. I have social anxiety so I don't like crowded stores. It's hardly ever too crowded for me and the staff are very polite and professional.

I've been to a lot of dollar stores, but I do have to say that Ashley, here at the Cortland Road Dollar general is absolutely fantastic! Her wonderful personality brightens of the entire place and she gets along with everyone.

They need to bring in better generic sodas in the store the kind they are selling now is nasty tried the root beer couldn't get past the first sip. They also have a very low selection of non generics anyways.

This store is clean, well organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a store closer to me, but I'll drive the extra couple of miles to this store. It is so, so much better.

Have Prince George store closer...but go to South Crater location due to friendliness snd cleanliness! PROBLEM IS NUMEROUS TIMES DURING EVERY WEEK whoever that is working evening to close...IS CLOSING THE STORE 20 TO 25 MINUTES EARLY...SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 9PM...NOT 8:35PM...happens every week! Not so convenient when this continues to happen!!!!!!! Happening consistently for months! No posts or notifications on door as to why closed early! Manager must resolve!!

I rec'd a happy birthday money card for dollar general and the most CHEERFUL staff dropped what they were doing to show me where certain items were bcuz I wasn't accustomed to their store. I will return to that store again.

I always get sucked into this store. Lots of good deals, sometimes can be a little cluttered. Staff is usually real friendly and knowledgable. Good location.

They redid the store. It was nice and clean. A big improvement then what it was a years or so ago last time I was in there.

Store way too closed in. Stuffy tight not good for people trying to (social distance) shop look find purchase items while juggling keeping distance from the next person. Crabs in s basket talk about multitasking.

Dollar general is Dollar general!! I always find what I'm looking for. Only negative is boxes are always in the isle. Seems like truck day everyday. But it's all good.

Best Dollar general I've been to better sales than colonial heights , Petersburg,and Hopewell.i love my local Dollar general.employees so nice and friendly makes for an amazing experience every time.
